JC Auto Care and The Crew never ceases to amaze me!!!.They literally worked magic on repairing some damage that I had from a car accident and I will never forget this.I was easily able to schedule an appointment and within an hour they were done.This has been my go to spot for close to 10 years and they have never let me down on prices, honesty and service.They have always been trustworthy and upfront with what can or can not be done and always willing to go the extra mile to help me.I truly appreciate what Jason and the crew did for me. Thanks Again.

J C auto by far is the best repair shop in the western suburbs. I've dealt with a lot of repair shops but none of them can compete with J C auto's professionalism and pricing. I do not worry about taking my cars to the mechanic anymore!! I wish I could give them 10 stars this should be the only repair shop you go to.

This used to be a very reputable place, best in the area! I don't know what happened but now they'll take your money fix a minor issue but leave the major issue up to you then laugh cause they already got your money. Never will they get another dollar from me. You should take your business across the street!

Reasonable pricing on service. They use Napa or OEM quality parts . Friendly staff and management. Clean public bathrooms. Inviting sitting area. Honest and reliable work.

I was driving across the country with my family and started to have battery issues. He helped us after hours and ran a test of my battery and alternator. He didn t have to help us, but whe was patient and helped us in our time of need! Honest mechanics are hard to come by... which is why JC Auto is my new go-to mechanic for me and my family.I sent my wife there without me as a test to see if they'd try and take advantage of her like most mechanics do with women and the elderly. They were honest with her and gave a good explanation of the cars issues, while also offering cheaper alternatives to fix the problem.Whether dealing with Jaison or Chewy, you can be assured you're car is in good hands.

Chuey is an honest man. He never does unnecessary work and he tells you exactly what the problem is (or if he can't find it, he tells you that as well!). His work is good and the prices reasonable. I and my church members count on him for keeping our cars in good shape. Jaison is so nice and he fixed my car quickly. He called and kept me posted. He also didn't just start fixing my vehicle until I gave them the green light. No hidden fees either. I couldn't have asked for better service. I definitely will be returning to them in future for both my vehicles.

While traveling in Chicago for a con, my friend needed to have his brakes looked at as they were acting up. Chuy was able to get him in same day and have the work done 1.5 hr earlier than the estimated time. Great work, fast and fair.Service: BrakesService: Brakes

Andy saved me when my radiator decided to crack driving from o'hare to Michigan. He was able to repair it quickly so I was able to get back on the road as soon as possible. The cost was very reasonable, I know other places might have been tempted to overcharge me knowing I was desperate. Plus, he even pointed out places I could eat and stay while he fixed my car. I only wish I lived closer. It's hard to find trustworthy mechanics.

One of my friends reccomend this place to me and I went there to give it a try. This place is great the guys knows what they are doing and the service is really fast. The employees were polite and most of all the price is amazing. Just give it a try you will be amazed like I was.
