I had the best ever car buying experience at Great Lakes AutoSports, and I have bought many cars. Mike is not just the sales person, he's the owner and it shows in his professionalism and comfortable approach with customers. You will be treated honestly and fairly. He also selects good condition cars for his inventory. Highly recommend.

Working with Great Lakes Auto Sales was the best experience I ve had purchasing a vehicle in 20 years. Mike was straight forward and honest regarding the vehicle, did a deep dive on the vehicle before we drove 2 hours to look at it. He found some items that gave him concern and repaired them in advance because it was the way he d want to be treated. When we got there the car was better than advertised and we drove away with a solid car at a fair price and the best experience one could hope for. Had a very good experience. Found a car we'd been looking for online here and decided to make a trip out of it. Flew in, caught a ride to this location from O'Hare and took the car from there. Mike had everything ready just as promised and the car ran great through the next five states. Worked out very well and we're enjoying the new car very much. Thank you to Mike and Aubrey.

Buying a car can be a rough experience but the salesman was up front, honest and showed everything he was doing step by step so that I would not only understand but so that we had a mutual trust for one another. As a bonus, this dealership deals with very high-end luxury cars as well as the average joe vehicle. There s something to be said, knowing my 2006 SUV got the same love care and attention as a Lotus, a 1950 s Mercury and Ferrari. I d buy every car from this dealer and more.

I brought my 2014 Smart Fortwo from Mike and it runs great! Low miles, perfect for my needs. I'm very happy with my car and Mike was very nice. The bulbs needed replacement so he replaced those for me free. Was transparent about one of the tires getting low now and then. Mike even gave me a rim cover for free!Very nice people there. Mechanic was friendly and so was Aubrey! I'm recommending them to my friends.I definitely recommend this place. Nothing but a good experience from a first time buyer of a car for a student.

I had a great no-pressure experience buying a car at Great Lakes AutoSports. Mike was upfront and quick to explain and answer any questions or concerns I had. It can be difficult finding a car dealer you can trust. No hassles or typical car dealership sales pressures. I found a great car and got a great deal. Awesome place. I went with my mom to look for a vehicle and they really took care of her. Not only did she get a great vehicle that s in like new condition, they really worked with her to meet her price range and work a cash deal. Upon getting ready to leave we noticed the car needed new wipers. The dealer handed her cash so she could get them replaced. I know my mom is highly satisfied with the car & her experience there, as am I with how they took care of her. Highly recommend

worse dealership to deal with. I was sold a vehicle whose 4x4 transmission messed up after 2 months of purchase, and they are refusing to provide me with the original car key for my vehicle. On top of that horrible customer service. They never answer. Now that I took it back to them to fix, they are taking their sweet time and want to hold my car, without providing me with a temp car.
