I was referred to Cole's Auto Body by word of mouth. Before coming to Cole's, I called 2 other shops for information and guidance, but both shops were very short and rude with me. When I called Cole's, I explained that may care was involved in a hit and run, that left damage to my left fender and windshield fluid container. I also explained that this was my firs time ever dealing with any type of accident and insurance claim. Cole's immediately gave me an appointment for a quote on the damage, and they were able to guide me on how to file my claim. They did an amazing job repairing the damage in 3 days! You can't even tell that there was ever any damage to my car.

Sam and his Staff at Cole's are absolutely the best. I actually deal with many auto body shops in my profession and there is not one I trust more than Sam. Sam worked closely with my auto insurance carrier (which can be extremely frustrating) to get every dollar needed to make my car look new again. Sam was professional, attentive, and kept me updated on the car. I highly recommend Cole's and Sam for all your auto repair work!! Great Job!

Cole s Auto Body (Sam and his whole team) did a fantastic job repairing my car after an auto accident. From start to finish they helped make a difficult situation so much better! Sam went to work immediately securing parts for the repair and completed everything in the timeframe quoted. Just had my car repaired at Cole s Auto Body. Sam was incredibly helpful, gave me a great price, finished everything faster than promised, did beautiful work, and even provided a loaner vehicle. Owner Sam is very friendly and professional. He's been in business for years and experienced in auto body repair. He replaced front and rear bumper due to auto accident. Paint color on replaced bumper looks amazing and identical to car color. You can't tell its been replaced. do NOT come here for body work. If i could give them zero stars I would. I brought my company vehicle for body work after an accident and after they completed the work, I left the shop and not an hour after, the front bumper starts falling off. I brought it back and they repaired it and the same thing happens again. A coworker of mine had the same issues with his exact company vehicle as mine and all they do is tell us is that its our fault. 2 vehicles, 2 different drivers, same low quality repair. they are NOT professionals. go somewhere else. also don't believe the response. I didn't hit anything after I left and they didn't contact my company. I would have know if they did. Also, the claim that all I do is rate places negative is not true, check for your self. this is the only thing that they can come up with? how pathetic.

This was the most attentive auto body shop I have ever been to. They finished my car on schedule. Called to give me updates and made the process of getting my car repaired easy. I would recommend them to any one who is in need of an autobody service.

I took my car to this body shop because my sun roof was dipped in in the front and they took a look at it. The brackets that held it up somehow got loose and it just needed to be raised up and tightened. They did not charge me anything and it's great customer service that they did that for me for free. This review is the least I can do for them in return.

They did an amazing job on my car. I was a little nervous how $8000 worth of damage can be fix but Cole s Auto Body shop was amazing!
