Best auto shop experience I ve had in a long time. Took the car in for a simple issue that ended up being a different problem from what we expected.Car was fixed quickly and at a fair price. 10/10 would recommend.

Very efficient in what they do Charley looked very friendly fixed our town and country in about 1 hour the place we bought our well took us over to Charleys Lucky Motors on North sve in Villa Park treated us extremely well and payed for charleys I'll say we were lucky Harrison one honest and a great person you can trust

Garbage business. Liars and crooks. I was a vendor for Charley. He refused to pay his bill and ended up costing me $900. I thought he was a good guy and would be a great account. Clearly I was wrong. After talking to others around the area, I found out very quick he was a scumbag. Do not bring your car here and do not associate yourself with this guyService: Auto maintenance

I brought my vehicle here to have a transmission replaced. He charged me almost $5000. After a month of the car not getting done, i asked for a loaner cause its ridiculous that he couldn't get it done in that amount of time. The loaner he provided broke down on me at least 3 times. The service here is horrible they are rude. After 8 months of my car not getting fixed i ased for the car and my money back, he flat out refused to refund me. Do not take your car here he will scam you. If i could give negative stars i wouldService: Transmission

I had them fix a truck window for me this summer. It fell down and wouldn't roll back up. I wanted to get it fixed asap to keep my truck safe and avoid a break in. I called Charley's for the first time ever and they were able to get me in same day. The work done seemed reasonably priced for what I researched and it was very quickly done. I have always driven by this place but never been before. This may need to become our go to place since the pricing was very fair and service was great. Thank you again for the quick turnaround!

George is a great guy. Tells you exactly what is wrong, and what needs to be fixed. The prices are fair and quality of repairs are amazing. My family has been using him for a while and every time we are extremely satisfied. I would recommend Charlies Auto Service to everyone.

George always does fantastic work. He finishes everything quickly and is priced completely reasonably. Not only is he a good mechanic he's also a great guy. He knows my family by my name and always asks how they're doing. I have referred many people to George and they are all happy with his service.

Great business, very reasonable prices and they usually are able to take your car in for service the same day or by the next day. The customer service is also amazing I would definitely recommend this auto repair shop.

I love Charlies auto!! George and everyone working there are such kind people and hard workers. My family and I have been taking are cars there for as long as i can remember and I have never had a bad experience. They fix what you need fixing in a fair priced and quick amount of time. Recently I got a flat tire in a small accident and limped my car over there a few hours before they closed. He called that night to get me a new tire and called early in the morning to say everythung was all fixed and for lot less money then I expected. George and everyone there have saved me multiple times with my car problems and would highly recommend to others !! :)

These guys are great. They tell it to you straight and do very good work. I had issues with my tires for years. It was getting to the point where I thought something was wrong with my rims. Turns out previous mechanics weren t doing a good enough job clearing the old corrosion before applying the seal to my wheels. These guys took care of it, and no more flats!

Charlies Auto is not like your typical auto shop. They are part of the community. I think of them more as a neighbor than a business. I was introduced to George the owner when I moved to the neighborhood and I have taken all our vehicles there now for the past 3 years. Words and phrases that describe George and Charlies Auto. Honest, Fast, Up Front, Willing to go the extra mile, Willing to work with you, Friend. The best thing about my cars breaking down is I know there is someone I can trust to get it back on the road. Thank you Charlies Auto for superb work.

My family Mechanic retired several years ago. My sister started using George and referred me. George is amazing he always remembers me and always makes time to take care of my car (Pretty Girl) the same day. Today I brought my car in because the heat was not working and he fixed it the for me the same day. His prices are fair and he is very honest which is hard to find. I have and will continue to refer friends and family to Charlies Auto.

George is great at Charlie's I have been taking my car to them for 3 years. Either oil changes, a check engine light....whatever it is he gets it done. IF you are looking for a great place to take you car, take it to Charley's and ask for George. He is great!!!!

It's been a week now when I stop by to this shop and fix my tire on my Camaro and my break and rotors on my Honda Odyssey for a reasonable price, I talk to this guy name George very nice and knowledgeable on every question you ask. I will recommend to all my friends and family for sure!

Tremendous job on fixing my cars they are wonderful and repair everything fast and with honesty and integrity and the best prices in town for any make model car repair. we have been going there since George the new owner took it over he is the best mechanic let me tell you thats why they always gonna be busy.

Used this shop for a simpletire order of new tires. Install was done within 3 hours. Gave me a ride home for the wait.(forgot my wallet, could not Lyft) which was unexpected. Picked up and no issue with the install.Service: TiresService: Tires

I never leave reviews they might be good for oil changes they are like a jiffy lube i just don't want no one going thru what I went thru I went for an engine replacement and the engine they claimed to of replaced the oil leaked out on the expressway 8miles after I picked up the car and had to pay a 200$ tow And now I have white smoke blowing 2 weeks after that and they have no answer left my engine cover in the back seat very sloppy work they doService: Engine repair

Charged my mom 70 years old 500 dollars to tow get car and replace a battery.He looked to me about insurance covering work he did and he kept $800 for work that should've cost 500.He's a dishonest crook. Go somewhere else.
