Came in for my first oil change on my 2023 Traverse and the service advisor Marlex R, took care of me in a professional and timely manner. Walked into the show room to look at what was on the floor and my sales man Alex came up to me and we started talking. It's nice to see that ur not forgotten once you buy a vehicle. Keep up the good work.

Amazing service! Marlex Rodriguez, the service advisor made our experience so smooth. Not only did he do his job but he went far and beyond helping us, he gave us affordable payments options and explained throughly how it works. This is the second time that Marlex has helped us. Thank you Marlex for your kindness and for making each visit an easy process!

Dan Piszczek was vary nice. He informed me about all that needed to be done on my car. He also was kind to have one of the guy drive us to a restaurant so we didn t have to sit in the lobby for two hours. Dan texted me often when he needed t know to do the work. Since my Saturn is over 25 years old I do not use a dealer for service but I needed someone who could fix something no one else would and Castle did and I know it was extremely labor intensive but they did and so far is working fine and without Dan Piszczek help I doubt it would have gotten done he kept me in the loop almost daily he even made sure I got credit for a part that I didn t need he knows his job and does it well so in short Castle has a new customer that will continue to use them for service and continue to call on Dan when I need something thanks againService: Auto body & trim repair

I only go to castle Chevrolet in villa Park for my service. I have Rick or Rusty do maintenance on my vehicles they are hands down the best!! I had some maintenance done last week and a rattle sound coming from my brand new car, Rusty took care of both things and I was out in a little over an hour. I have had issues with the people who check you in they don't really like to listen to what you're saying and like to ignore that I've made a appointment with a specific mechanic.

I just had to share my awesome experience with Dan Piszvzek and Pat Ros at Castle Chevrolet dealership. I dropped my car, they explained to me the kind of service my car needed, and I was walking out of the door, this is perfect for a busy day.Later, they called me and asked for additional information and boom! Had to have work done om my vehicle. Dan Piszczek was AWSOME. Ran into a problem because we couldn't get sunbit to accept my financial payment plan because I forgot I put a freeze on my info. He went as far as even calling the credit Bureau for me. He didn't have to do that. William iWalthall s just as AWSOME. He did a fantastic job fixing my ac issue. Thanks guys. A very happy and cooled returning customer here

I took my car in to get fixed last week and Castle Chevrolet did a magnificent job. Marlex was great he took the time to answer all of my questions and even showed me the parts that were replaced and put the car on the lift so I could see what under the car looked like at my request. There is a great peace of mind knowing that I took my Chevrolet vehicle to a certified Chevrolet service center and my car got fixed professionally and was thoroughly inspected to make sure everything was good before leaving the shop.Service: Vehicle Inspection

MARLEX RODRIGUEZ THAT WORKS IN THE SERVICE SHOP WAS VERY HELPFUL AND PATIENT TODAY. MY CAR WARRANTY WAS GIVING HE & I A HARD TIME. MARLEX WAS ON THE PHONE FOR AN HOUR. While out of town in Oak Brook on a Saturday, I had a tire suddenly damage on me; miraculously, I limped into the first tire repair shop I would come across. I pulled up in front of the Castle Chevrolet service department. From there, I was in good hands with Dan who ordered a new tire for my car. I was out in good time to make it in time for a big wedding!Service: Auto tire replacement

I've been a customer of Castle Chevrolet for many years. They strive to accommodate their customers with reasonable prices and quality maintenance. My recent visit entailed a multi-point inspection for a road trip. Dan Piszczek my service advisor was amazing. His personality was warm and welcoming. Let me first state that when we arrived 4:30 pm at the Hotel and mentioned to guest services that we may have an issue with our 2021 Chevrolet Tahoe and who they would suggest immediately she said Castle just down the street. She proceeded to get me a phone # of which I consider myself extremely lucky because the person in Service that took my call was Dan Piszczek. When I explained my situation and that we were visiting for a memorial service the following day (Saturday), he told me to bring it in and they would do what they could. They also found aCourtesy car to use for the evening. Unfortunately, Dan text me Saturday while the service was going on, but I called him back as soon as I was free and spoke to him. The news was not so good and we had to scramble to make other arrangements with a Rental Car, Additional nights stay in Hotel along with letting other family members know the issue. Dan kept constant contact with me during this whole ordeal as to when the parts would be available, when it would repaired and when I could make arrangements for a transportation company to pick my vehicle up and deliver back to Ham lake, Mn. Kudos to Dan !!! Castle should consider themselves fortunate to have such dedicated and passionate people on their TEAM.Thank You DanSincerely,Rick YoderService: Engine repair

I went in panicking about 2 weeks ago because my engine light came on and it was a Saturday. Turned out i need an oil pan and oil pump. Patryk made sure to have the problem fixed before they closed on Saturday they were so nice and patient we me.
