Want to thank all the wonderful people at Castle Chevrolet for making me feel at home during my vehicle maintenance visit. I want to especially thank Dan Piszczek for giving me continuous updates while my Corvette was being serviced and for calling me the next day to ask if my vehicle was running smoothly. thanks Dan I really appreciate that.

I recently walked into castle Chevrolet for a desperate need of a vehicle to replace my previous vehicle which had broken down on me. I was looking to get into an affordable vehicle that wouldn t break the bank on my monthly payments and was worried with a not having such a great credit score and not much to put on a down payment it would be nearly impossible, but boy was I wrong. Because in comes Jonathan Medina a salesman to save the day or should I say week. Jonathan was able to work with me to get me into a vehicle that not only fit me for everyday use but fit for my budget as well. He spent a whole week trying to get me in the perfect car. If it wasn t for Jonathan s hard work and great service I d probably still be biking to work. Thank you Jonathan and castle Chevy for my 2016 Chevy Cruze. I love it!!!

For all my service needs, Castle Chevrolet is the ONLY place I trust. My Mechanic Jason, is very honest and knowledgeable with GM service updates. I initially took my brand new Chevy to the dealership I purchased it from, for a simple oil change. For my second oil change I wasn t around the area so I decided to take it to Castle Chevrolet in Villa park. I was informed that the wrong filter was used from my last oil change I reported this to the service manager from my previous oil change and he wasn t aware of the filter difference for that model. Very disappointed and shocking. I never went back there since. Having a trusted mechanic is very important. Your family s safety is on your vehicle and trusted mechanics hands.

Had to get a new transmission installed on my C8 the corvette specialist Yogo did a excellent job and the car in running excellent. Dan the services rep kept me up to day with the hold process and kept me informed. Their service was outstanding and I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

Took wife's car in Monday, radio not working, didn't look at it till Wednesday. New radio cost 1040.00 will never buy gm again. Have had problems with her 2016 Malibu, my 2015 Colorado and my 2018 Silverado. Quality not there anymore

Beware "Cash" BuyersMy husband and I purchased a used vehicle in Sept 2022. Despite the vehicle not having all the advertised features, we liked the car and decided to get it. We informed the salesman we were paying "cash". He insisted we had to complete a credit application due to new federal laws. After a little back and forth we went ahead and completed all the paper work (credit app included), being assured our credit would not be ran. We leave with the car, and get a Hard Credit Inquiry Alert a couple days later. We call the dealership SEVERAL times to get the issue corrected. All we needed was a simple letter acknowledging the mistake, that we could send to the Credit Bureau to dismiss the inquiry. Everyone one we spoke to gave a different reason for why the credit was ran and directed us to another person to handle. We never got ahold of our original Salesperson, and the finance person who worked with us, let us know, after finally returning our messages, it was his last week working there, so he couldn't do anything. No one ever seemed to be in office, voicemail boxes were full, and returning calls took days. We never heard from the General Manager, who may or may not have ever been looped into the issue as we were promised they would be. Thus, we were not able to get a resolve through the dealership and are filing a formal complaint with the FTC. A completely unnecessary and frustrating situation. Just overall bad customer service.

I brought my car here for maintenance since it was close to my work. Marlex is the gentleman that took care of me. I cannot express my appreciation enough regarding his great customer service. He was very professional and kind in responses to all the questions I had during my service. I will continue to come back to him for any vehicle services. Thank you Marlex!!

Javier assisted me in finding an AWD vehicle that was affordable for me. I was disappointed that the windows weren t tinted so he offered to tint them at no extra charge. He and Jasper got me a monthly payment that was in my budget and Jasper even offered me a loaner car while my vehicle was being tinted. I was happy with the service I received at Castle and I d recommend this dealer to everyone.

I live behind the dealership. The mechanics joy ride in customer cars in my neighborhood all the time. I tried calling to complain and no one wanted to take me call.They joy rid in customers cars. Do not take your car here!!
