Javier had several clients and still was able to provide The best customer service any customer can ask for like myself as I had thousands of questions and he was able to answer each and everyone and still take care of the customers so they could leave happy and definitely I did as well if there was more people like him working in places we would have such a successful business atmosphere, but hands-down to Javier and his assistant as they did amazing and I am so grateful to have gone here for the work on my jeepThank youFresa

Friendly and responsive service provider. met with Javier immediately upon walking in. Jose worked on my vehicle. Gave options on services desired, and didn t pressure for sales on any services. Impressed with the detailed service report they emailed me. It has recommendations on services needed, and it included photos of what they are seeing. Highly recommend.

The people at Car-X are exceptional. The Manager, Steve was very helpful, and went out of his way to take me home, as the job to fix my car, was going to be extensive. Yousif (Sp?) showed me everything that needed to be done, and explained it in laymen s terms for me. Even though they were incredibly busy, they took the time to explain everything so I could understand. They do a great job at Car-X, and I would recommend them to everyone!

Friendly Staff and quick service. They were really nice to me and explaining what was going on with my car. They also did a break down report that highlighted things to look out for now and in the future. Overall, I would come back.

I went in to Car X thinking I needed to get my brakes replaced, but Steve was honest and assured me new brakes wasn t needed, only a cleaning. I got my brakes cleaned and my car is braking better than ever. Preciate the honesty and savings Steve! You re the man.

COME SEE STEVE!! FRIENDLY & GREAT SERVICE! I have to personally thank Steve for staying late because of a ridiculous situation I had to deal with from a parts store across the street. Since I have been going to Car-X Steve has been very friendly and professional and knowledgeable when it comes to reparing vehicles. Most importantly Steve is honest, he doesn't try to upsell you or make you pay for what you don't need. Conveniently located, friendly staff, great work! 10 stars from me

Honest and trustworthy. My car was hit and I brought it in for an alignment. The car was fine and I wasn t charged anything. They did a full inspection. Great guys!

Mr Garcia is a knowledgeable mechanic & an even better FOH manager.my vehicles have been worked on by three car x locations across the state for 15 years, & have never experienced customer service at an auto body like I did with Mr Garcia. rather than telling you what's wrong, he'll walk you in back to show you, explain what's wrong & allow you to make the best choice for you at the given moment of time.I will gladly be driving an hour for work to be done at this location, by Mr Garcia. keep up the great work.

They show you the problem so you understand what needs to be done and why. Some Dealers just tell you all manner of things are required and then try and guilt you into paying for it all! And the prices are okay, least in comparison to Dealers.

I went in for tire replacements and right away was greeted at the door by Steve. They right away started working on my car, I wasn t there for much longer than 30-40 minutes. 10/10 great customer service

I ve been coming here just the starting of January 2022 and so far every time I come for an oil change there is always a new manager. Seems like managers don t last I use to pay no more than $30 for my oil change. Today which will be my last time I paid $40 for the simple oil change. Caught me off guard. Not just that the promotions of $29.99 is still on the window.Aggravates me to see false advertisement. Not coming back I have to look somewhere else.

I would like to give the store 5 stars and Jesse 10 stars for the great service! I was told by my dealer that I need a $200 brake fluid flush and I thought it was a robbery. So I googled and find this Carx at Villa Park and took my car there. The first thing they did is to test my brake fluid with the test stripe. Guess what. I don't need a brake fluid flush at all! Special shout out to Jessie for his sincerity and helping me saved $200! Highly recommend here

Came in for a wheel mounting appointment where Christian and the team provided great and quick customer service. This is the type of place you want to come to. Robert is one of the most attentive and warm managers I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with. In the 45 minutes I was there, 3 clients walked in and this dude knew them all by name.I'll happily drive out of my way to come to this place.
