Giovanni Cupello will sell you a broken vehicle, take your money then offer to fix your vehicle and in the ending refuse to give your car or your money back. This business needs to be shut down. What they do is illegal. It's a sad shame how someone could think to get away with this.

So I'll start by saying I love Audi, I've had 2 audis before getting this one I was mainly looking for a A6 or A8 the regular wheelbase I was nowhere near interested in the A8L but my father insisted that we should just go and have a look at the vehicle so I begin to search for an A8L and I came across this car and I consider myself lucky that I came across this car because when I walked into this dealership I walked in with the mood of completely not purchasing this vehicle but when I started talking to Giovanni which is the owner of this place he is an amazing person he walked me through the car so thoroughly he knew about the car he was up front and honest about the car about the Carfax about the history of the vehicle about but the flaws of the vehicle which were hardly any but considering is a 2011 I get it he was very honest about the pricing too and gave me a really good price and help me with the financing getting me a good rate buying a car from him felt more like I'm buying from a family member rather than a dealer nonetheless the last thing I would say is I walked out of that dealership with two things a friend like Giovanni and a car

I was in a tight spot after my car broke down. I was referred to car match and they were able to get me a good deal on a car for a very reasonablePrice. I am very happy with the car and it was a pleasurableExperience dealing with gio the owner.
