I recently brought my 2019 Civic Type R to get some lowering springs installed! Honest pricing and great service! Huge shoutout to Robert for keeping me posted on any concerns that came up. Over all I m am highly satisfied and will recommend to anyone looking to get some repairs/upgrades done to their vehicles!

I have said this before and I will say it again! This is the BEST mechanic repair shop around! The guys at Bucios are AMAZING! They repair only what needs to be repaired. They are so honest and professional and trustworthy! Look no further this is the place to go for all of your repair or just routine maintenance needs!!

A+++ team and service! Came here the first time to get my car checked. Bobby was great! He s honest and patient to go through all my concerns which not a lot of mechanics do these days. If i can give no star it would be took my car hear thinking I can spend my money for reliable quality work wasn't the case they Rip me off for a few grand I had to fix the same part twice I took my car to pep boys haven't had a problem since this is a cash cow place sad because I know an older guy that takes his car there and it always needs surgery for some odd reason mechanical work inexperience talk a good talk A+ avoid this place fishy

This is the only place I'll ever come for an oil change. Everyone here is super friendly, they always take my car immediately (I call ahead since their space is limited) and it takes usually around 20 minutes from start to finish. I recently bought my car to another mechanic for some minor maintenance. I was told they couldn't do my oil change because a part was damaged by my last repair job. I took a picture and showed it to Bucio's ,who has always stood by their work and gave me a free oil change. After working with them for the past 7 years I will continue to support them because they not only are fair but it's rare to see businesses that value customer loyalty over a buck these days. Amazing service and fair prices. After an accident my insurance adjuster said if he lived in the area he d take his car here. I drive out of my way to get everything checked up on by them and whenever I have issues I know they ll take good care of me as always. Love these guys!

Honestly I saved money coming here and they got things done the same day. Quick and efficient, they can call you and you can pay over the phone or at the counter and pick up your car. Amazing service guys thank you!

Where to start... Bucio's was recommended to me by a friend and I can definitely see why! Robert and the crew are absolutely amazing!!!!! Ever take your vehicle in for repairs and the shop calls back with additional repairs they feel are necessary? Well I have had that done to me especially being a female and having a car seat in my car. I told Bucio's what I knew needed to be fixed on my vehicle and what I wanted done. It was great to be listened to and not taken advantage of. I cannot express enough how incredibly happy I am with them. I am also very pleased to see the numerous well deserved 5 star ratings they have! They have earned my business from here on out!

This is a great repair shop. My car broke down in villa park and I wasn t able to get it right away as I live close to Indiana. They stored it for me for a week with no problem. Although they could not fix what was wrong with my car, they recommend someone for me to go to. They were very friendly and professional. Thanks Robert!! They also fixed the wiring for my windows for no charge, which I did not expect but am forever grateful. I recommend this repair shop to any one that lives in this area.

I started going here about 6 years ago once I got my first car in college. Now my entire family and girl friends family brings their cars here. Price, customer service, quality work, and timely service are the hallmarks of this shop. Brought my old Mustang here and they got it running great. Now they take care of my new Challenger. I will not take it anywhere else! Rob and his family are great people. Wish there was more than 5 stars!!

I took my diesel truck their 3 times now and every time they fixed it right never have any problems these guys are the only one to touch my truck! I made other appointments to take it back because they found other things wrong with it. If your looking to fix your car these are the guys. Cheaper and fastest shop I know. They ll treat you right here. Thanks again guys see you soon!!!

I brought my car to Bucio s immediately after receiving a check engine warning w/ text saying emissions workshop . Robert immediately went out to my auto w/ a hand held computer to hook up to my auto s diagnostic harness. Within 5 minutes he had the problem diagnosed and he promptly gave me a printed estimate. The estimate was very reasonable so I accepted it and we set up an appointment for the next morning. I arrived on time and he immediately pulled my auto into a stall and the work was performed within the estimated time frame. My auto is running perfectly & I am extremely happy w/ the service thanks to Robert and their very efficient & knowledgeable mechanics.

One of my favorite things about this shop, is the professionalism the owner and his son have. They get to the point, don't sugar-coat anything, and they are honest about what's going on with your vehicle . The work they do is a plus. Quality. I was given a quote of $800.00 for a evap leak. They claimed I needed a fuel tank and fuel pump for my 2007 Dodge Nitro. Turns out my gas cap wasn't locked in place. Always great folks to deal with. They give honest prices and do great work. No overselling here, but they do let you know other parts that can be fixed, with quoted pricing. Well worth doing business!

I started bringing my cars to Bucio's when I needed them on my way to a new job I had started. They were convenient. From my first visit, I was sold on their friendliness, fair price, and speed of service. We take all cars for all repairs to Bucio's. From a simple flat tire to a major engine problem, I've always been taken care of in a timely manner. I would highly recommend bringing any age or model car with any issue to Bucio's. You'll be glad you did.

After calling several places, i picked this out randomly from a search I called not only was his quotes so much lower than anyone elses, he used quality parts and worked with my crazy time and crazy schedule and i was there for such a shorter time than anticipated. Very impressed!!! These incredible people stayed later to work on my boyfriends car when he needed it in a few hours. They did incredible work and were very open and honest about everything that was going on with his car. 10 out of 10!!!!

It s really bad customer serviceI went there and I had bad axle front they told me will fix it for 200$ plus the partsI keep it on them and they call me your car are done but we change another parts for 400$So you have to pay 600$That s weird because they didn t call me and let me know about the extra partsAnd I look about the car they didn t change anything extraThey laying you and they are chang
