I got the passenger front wheel replaced. Worked with Hadi. He is nice, supportive and quick! Prices are very competitive and everyone there is nice and makes you feel you want to revisit for car service. The place is clean, and the waiting area is friendly and serviced with hot drinks and beverages. Highly recommended!

I worked with Assistance Manager Jose N after having a bad flat tire that could not be repaired. He advised me that I needed a new tire, and it would cost $299 for one tire. I had no choice but to replace it with a new one for my Nissan Armada 2023. The person who replaced my tire was also very helpful. He took care of my old tire and put the new one on my car. Overall, I received very good customer service, and I will come back again if I have any issues."

Great service. It took three visits, but that is because we fixed the issues ourselves. And they were very accommodating. Diagnosed our suspension issues for free, then we bought tires and alignment. Now my 250,000 mile vehicle runs like new.

We greatly appreciate the team at Belle Tire. We took our car in after noticing it had a flat tire this morning. No more than an hour later, I received a call from Hodi letting me know the tire was already fixed and ready. I will always will go to Belle Tire for any tire needs in the future. Thank you so much!

LOVE these guys. Have always taken care of my needs whether it was a flat in the middle of winter or my seasonal tire changes.I ve been to a lot of shops and Belle Tire s customer service is class leading. Thank you!!

I found a nail in my tire and called several tire shops to see who could fit me in. Every place was booked, including Belle Tire. But when I called they were super helpful and made time to see me even when they had appointments. They were able to service my vehicle quickly and didn t charge me to fill the hole in my tire. I was so relieved and grateful for their help. Their customer service and friendliness was top notch. I ll be returning when I need new tires for sure!

This was my 2nd time back to this store for a another set of tires this time for my dad. I can't say enough good things about the experience we had. Rod was very helpful in organizing the entire sale. My dad is a military veteran and received 10 percent discount with a bunch of rebates to go along with it,the savings were over $300.00. The installation only took about an hour with ordering the tires included. The customer service is excellent they make you feel like your the most important thing in the store . I'm not a big review guy but this place definitely deserves a great review so the word gets out that we have a great tire store in town. Thanks guys for the excellent service.

Saw this review today on fb:Just posting to warn other women to not go to Belle Tire in Villa Park. They lie to people they think won t know any better and try to charge for thousands of dollars of unnecessary work. The manager told me to get a second job and ask for money from friends to pay for 2k of work he said I needed. I ended up getting the work I actually needed done for under 300. I know that s a concern at a lot of shops, but there are shops in the area that won t screw you over and lie to you.

Made appointement online and came in inspected my tires and let me know they were 11 yrs old. Already was going to change all the tires since one had a slow leak but the price was affordable. Minutes later the car was on the rack and tires changed. First time here but not last, great group of guys

I wish I could give more stars! Rob and the team at Belle Tire took such good care of my son and I when I got a flat yesterday. I was in IL from Michigan for a convention and had no idea how to change the tire on my Jeep. Rob made sure we could get to the shop. He and the team did everything they could to keep cost reasonable and quickly get me back on the road so I could get home to Michigan. I have a ton of friends in that area and have told them about my amazing experience. I would definitely go back and I highly recommend them. Thank you!!

Belle tire in Villa Park got my 5 star review! I had a couple valve caps that were seized and they took care of me with no issues and a great price! I will recommend them to my friends and will be back with any issues. Thank you!

Stopped in after hearing a noise from my left front tire.Turns out I had picked up a bolt on the road. They had me patched up and back on the road in no time. Thomas was the tech that did the repair, he had no problems with me asking to swap the patched tire with one from the rear, and to have my wheels torqued to my preference. I'll be getting my next set of tires from Belle.

I spent almost $1000 on tires and services, they give an appointment at 9am. I arrived 9am and they front desk guy said that I have to wait because is another car in front of me, I had been waiting for 1h and 20 min. and my tires haven't installed yet, why do you guys give appointment if you not going to follow then

Ordered and paid for a set of tires during the Black Friday sale. Made an appointment to have them installed a week later. Showed up to my appointment on time and after sitting in the waiting room for 40 minutes they told me the tires were not in stock. I got a refund and took my business across the street.

I had a positive experience at Belle Tire in Villa Park. I brought my car in with a flat tire and they were able to replace it within an hour. They reviewed different options with me and made me feel comfortable and confident that I was choosing the best tire for my vehicle. While they did recommend additional maintenance, when I expressed that I wasn't prepared to have it done that day, they were respectful of my decision and did not pressure me to have any additional services performed. The staff was friendly, respectful, and had a good sense of humor. I would definitely consider returning to Belle Tire for my next service appointment.

I appreciate their attention to detail from start to finish. From quoting, scheduling, and installing my tires they made it easy. They even inspected and fixed my husbands tires at last minute notice. Definitely recommend, reasonably priced and hard working team.

Great customer service. Clean lobby and shop from what I could see. Very kind staff. Abel really took care of me and made sure I was comfortable while waiting for my tires to be installed. They were able to squeeze me in next day service, which was highly appreciated. I definitely recommend!

After work my tire pressure light came on. I had to search for a shop that was open late and luckily I found Belle Tire. They are so friendly and professional. The waiting area is clean and comfortable with plenty of charging stations and refreshments if you need to wait while your auto is fixed. They patched up both of my front tires for free! What a great surprise. Thank you Belle Tire! I will be back for your other services.

Amazing service by the guys (and gals). They got me in for a tire rotation on very short notice and got me out very quick. I DID NOTICE, days later, they FIXED my bumper that was hanging off. Out of the park service deserves secure business. These guys are deserving of that. Great job guys I will be seeing you in the future for all tire work.

Belle Tire Villa Park it s a very good company, all the people who work there are gentle, very polite and professional, they give you what they offered you, few months ago I bought from them my 4 tires and now I called them to asked for the rotation of my tires and they made it with out any cost, They explained me that when you buy the tires from them all the control s rotations and others are included and that s fantastic.I really recommend Belle Tire.

First time going to Belle Tire for a tire dismount. A very professional staff, Rod, welcomed me with a friendly smile. The service was fast and efficient and it was done in less than 15 minutes!

I ended up getting a nail on the way to work. Legit the worst!!! I was able to fill the tire and called around. Belle will fix the tire for free if it is safe for them to do so. I have always been unlucky with tires, so of course, the nail was in a position they couldn t fix. They were able to put my donut on, and give me prices for a new tire. They were so honest, I was surprised, but also super happy! He told me that the rest of my tires were perfectly fine, and did not try to scam me a whole set. He also explained the AWD of cars and how tires have to match.I was so thankful that even though I walked in, they got to my car in a good time and explained all the things. They didn t mansplain things like a lot of auto men will do . I appreciated the service of Belle. I d recommend them to anyone! They are fantastic people.

This place was awesome, I originally went to their competitor. I told them the price I was given and they quoted me a better price over the phone with higher quality tires. No switch around or bait and switch. My only complaint was I was already tired and the delay felt excessive. Was told it would be an hour install and alignment it was 3 or so in total. Got same day walk in great deal, wonderful quality, besides the delay I was very impressed and the staff were pretty friendly. I'd recommend getting tires here and will recommend my co workers to check them out too.
