The sales team are friendly and professional. The price point for my service was very reasonable. My repair service was completed at the time promised.James provided outstanding service. He suggested adding lifetime warranty on the key fob batteries I replaced. It was a rainy, cloudy day in Chicago but James was upbeat, engaging, personable, professional, and made the buying experience outstanding.

went in to get my iPhone XR screen replaced as it had blacked out for $119, and i was back within months to get it repaired AGAIN as I had dropped it and the screen blacked out again. Both times I noticed that I couldn t click certain things on my screen at times and would have to lock the screen or restart my phone entirely for the screen to work. I went to quick repair shop in Elmhurst for the same price, only waited 30 minutes and no longer am having screen problems. I wouldn t recommend tbh

I'm very satisfied with my experience here! Got an iPhone 8 screen replacement - appointments were available same-day and technicians were available right when I walked in. Service was fast, and I would recomment Batteries Plus for any phone repairs!

Service person was friendly and helpful. Installed car battery very quickly. Buying and installing battery was less than 15 minutes. I even showed up 30 minutes early for appt. and he was still able to get me in and out quickly. I was in my car and leaving 10 min. before my scheduled appt. Great job.

12-5-22Mike, is the person that took care of what I needed done which was to install a battery in my car remote starter. He was very knowledgeable, courteous and professional. I have to give the gang at Batteries Plus Blubs a huge shout out. You wonder what happened to service? Service is alive and well at this location. My battery had died in the -20 degree wind chill in Chicago. I received a jump and drove to the BPB location at 7111 W. North Ave. The service was totally five stars. The manager was very concerned regarding my safety. They had sold out of my size battery, so he called another location and asked if they would be on standby with the battery and install it for me. He made sure to give me a jump and conifrmed the other location at 240 E Roosevelt Rd, Villa Park, was waiting for me with the battery. (The staff at this location was even more attentive, and also provided five-star service.)The only reason that I'm deducting one star is because corporate offered 20% when placing the order online. When I used the code, it was refused. Even the manager tried other codes for the 20%, and all were rejected. When I checked out, the 20% was replaced with 10%. I figured that Batteries Plus corporate was taking advantage of the freezing weather and quickly dropped their 20% offer for more profit. But the greedy corporate move shouldn't reflect on the level of service that management offered.

Adrian and Mike were great and went out of their way to answer questions and assist me! Unfortunately they didn't have all the batteries needed (please stock 4 of the Duracell 31agm batteries) so I had to go to the Oak Lawn location. Boy was that a bad idea, very disappointed by their service and run around but will some help from Adrian I got the issue solved. Finally someplace that actually cares about customer service! Highly recommend them & many thanks for all your help Villa Park Batteries Plus, Adrian and Mike rock!!

I shopped online at batteries plus bulbs to get what I needed. Then when I was picking the items up in the store I forgot I needed one more thing and I asked my sales person who directed me right to what I was looking for plus he also gave me the 10% discount that I got online which was very nice.

on 9/8/21 (around 6:30 pm) , I consulted with the staff about my iPhone problem ( not able to hear the sound) and he diagnosed the issues and repaired it within 30 minutes. I was very happy with the result. I highly recommend the store.

Went there to get batteries replaced on some watches and I am just beyond mad at myself for not listening to the reviews. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!! Not only was the customer service horrible but the associate working on my watches had so many screw ups. I should ve been compensated for how extremely inconvenient it was for me and how dissatisfied I was. I honestly would ve rather taken my business elsewhere and spent double just for quality service. AGAIN, I DO NOT RECOMMEND. Just do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.

The service was excellent. I needed new batteries for my FOBs. I had no idea how to open the FOB casing. The service representative explained and showed me how to open the casing and to replace the battery. He let me use a device that can tell if the battery is working, and it was. All of this took only about 5 minutes. I wish I got his name. He was friendly, helpful, and professional. Great hiring move, Batteries Plus Bulbs!!!!

I ordered a battery and paid online. I arrived Saturday at 8:30;AM. The young man on duty was the only employee. He was able to install my battery in Under 20 minutes. The temperature was about 12 degrees outside. He also stopped to wait on 2 customers. The price was good for a good battery. I will shop here again.

I have been bringing my phone here for years and my other phones from my company.I had a screen replaced on my iPhone 7+ and a week later experienced issues with screen going black. If I pressed it in a certain spot it would stay on. After doing this over and over I decided to bring my phone back in. First tech told me he isn t the best but will try his best to fix it because it s under warranty. He did seem to get it working better until the next day I woke up to the black screen. I brought it back in and another tech told me he can t warranty it because it s got a hairline crack in it (from me pushing the screen to get it to work)I was told they can t do anything for me even after doing business there for years. Willing to even pay money STILL everyone here is basically pushing me out the door, not even offering a solution. The owner of the store relayed a message to the techs to have me go to corporate which the number they gave me wasn t even the correct number.After asking to talk with owner multiple times he didn t want to talk . I am very disipointed in how they would treat a long term loyal customer.I will never go here again. Terrible owner who just thinks about his penny s.

My husband took his iphone here to have the screen repaired. Not sure what went wrong, but the technician broke the phone. The "manager" Brian orders a new phone without consulting with us FIRST. He orders the cheapest found on Amazon and tells us it'll arrive in 5 days. As if, we are going to go almost a week without a phone. We find one online with free one day shipping. We place the order and send the receipt to Brian. The receipt was requested by Brian - he stated he could not issue us a check without the receipt. Which is ridiculous! What if we did not want to purchase a new phone? Does that change the fact that YOUR company broke our original phone? I don't think so....Brian then states he will cut us a check for the amount of the cheapest phone he found on Amazon (NOT the amount we spent on a new phone). Brian tells us we can come pick up the check within a week. I told him absolutely NOT. He then says "fine, pick it up Monday" (The phone was damaged on a Thursday).I arrive at the facility to pick up the "check" today (Monday) and Brian hands me cash. I asked him, "what happened to the check, we were waiting on". Brian walks away without responding.This "manager" is highly unprofessional. This situation was handled terribly with no sense of urgency after destroying a customer's property. I wouldn't recommend this place.

Scheduled a charge port repair for my iPhone. The part was not in stock but was ordered the same day. I was originally quoted 2 week lead time for the part. The part arrived 2 days later. The service was completed same day that the part arrived. Service was 100% through scheduling and the actual repair today. The charge port appears to be working fine and no other issues with the audio, or microphone. I will give a higher rating depending upon the durability of the charge port repair after the 6 month warranty period.

First, the phone number for this store on Google is wrong. I did go to the Batteries Plus Web site and got the right number. I called the store (this was on a Thursday, May 25, 2017) and asked if the battery was in stock. The manager said it wasn't and would take until Tuesday until they got it. I went back to the Web Site and tried to order the battery there because of the discount offer. I got an error message regarding the cart. I tried it again and got another error message. I looked at that cart and saw there were 2 batteries in it. I deleted one and finished with the order. A few hours after I placed the order, I got an E-mail saying the battery was ready for pick up. I then called the store back again and the manager told me the E-mail was wrong and they would call me when the battery came in. On Tuesday I called to store and asked if the battery came in yet. The person answering the phone told me they received no deliveries yet that day but checked and told me the battery was in. Since Monday was Memorial Day and I doubt if the store got any deliveries on Sunday, the battery was sitting there from at least Saturday and the store neglected to call me. Batteries Plus better get their act together otherwise, I highly doubt if I will be dealing with this store much in the future if I can avoid it.

It was very easy to find the battery I needed and it was in stock. I was so happy as my drill is about 20 years old and was difficult to find. They had it in stock and I was able to order online and pick it up at the store. Very convenient and the batteries I get here last.

These guys have any and every kind of battery and light bulb you can imagine; I have yet to stump them. It is very easy to order and pick up in-store and the 10% discount for doing this made it a no-brainer. Product was ready within 1/2 hour.

Thorough coming and going. I had my aunt's iPhone 7 glass and battery replaced. Much better than paying Apple as there was a discount for buying both together.
