So friendly! Competitive rates, quick service. They were able to get me in the same day at a great rate. I had to bring my infant and toddler to get my windshield replaced. I was told it would be about 45 minutes and I don t think I was there more than 30 minutes. The gentleman at the front desk (I believe the owner) was so sweet. It started snowing pretty hard when we were there and he offered to help me get the kids in the car. The man who replaced my windshield also cranked my heat to make sure my kids didn t get into a cold car. Would highly recommend this place to anyone!

Where do I start?Very friendly, focuses heavily on customer service. They got the job done quickly (about an hour) and for way cheaper than I expected. I ll be recommending this place to everyone I know. I m glad to see there s still small businesses around that operate this way.

I called Safelite auto glass 800 plus tax. Because of a camera in my windshield. Called several others 700+. AA charged me 475 I only had 450 they still took care of me. They got me in next day. I waited about a hour. This will always be my families and friends glass shop. Thank you

Highly recommend them. Tony helped me replace the windshield of my 4runner in one day. While safeXXXX wanted me to wait 2 weeks for the appointment and they wanted twice the cost. so im very happy to call AA, got in done the next day and safe at rhe same time.

My back windshield decided to shatter on its own during heavy rain. I tried to book with Safelite thinking it was my only quick choice, they wanted $525 dollars and wouldn't be able to do the replacement for 2 days.....nope! I called AA Auto Glass at 9am, dropped my car off at 9:30, and my car was done at 10:30 and for a much better price, great job, and great customer service. I would recommend these guys to anyone I know.

Terrible! The back window of our car was shattered and AA Auto glass was able to replace the glass the next day. They replaced the glass. However, the old glass shattered in the back tailgate while they were replacing the old glass, and it sounds like there is pea gravel moving around every single time we drive. It is incredibly frustrating and annoying. When asked Tony if he can try to get the glass out, he gave us excuse after excuse as to why he would not be able to get the shattered glass out. We even gave him another try by going back to the shop (we live in the city so incredibly inconvenient) so that he could make it right. Again, more excuses. All we did by using them was exchanging one problem for another. I have had a rear window replaced before and this was never an issue. Very disappointing.**UPDATE - We brought our car to another glass shop and they were able to remove the glass in just a few minutes.

Great first experience. I was looking for a local VP company to service our business fleet. I don't want a vehicle out of service for more than one day and they came through even though I gave them wrong information and they had to locate the correct windshield, they still got it done in the same day. Tony was super responsive and was able to fix another shop's screw up. His crew perfectly reinstalled the windshield on my BMW after another shop had put it in incorrectly. I would absolutely use AA Auto Glass again and am extremely pleased with the quality of their work. Reputable shop!

Top notch service.I had broken side glass in my 2014 Camry. They came and replace it by my work for very reasonable price. It was done fast and professional by great guy- Carlos. He even cleaned all the broken glass from inside of my car. If you looking for good fast and good priced service look no further. Thank you AA Auto Glass Service !!! Appreciated the honesty of Tony at AA Auto Glass. I brought my car in for a new windshield because the original molding had come off and the car was leaking. Tony's team examined the car and determined that the windshield was fine and the true problem was the drain channels were clogged with years of leaf and pine needle accumulation. They replaced my molding and cleaned out the drain channels, saving me the cost of a new windshield. These guys were the best! I highly reccomend using AA Auto glass. They came to my house right on time to replace my windshield. They were very polite professional and personable. Great workmanship. God bless America! And hard working folks everywhere. Dan the MAN.

I just got my windshield replaced on my Honda and am so impressed with the quality, price, and professionalism that I wanted to share. The technician was punctual and his craftsmanship far exceeded my expectations. The glass is top-quality & he re-installed the moundings around the glass better than Honda did from the factory when I bought the car new!! Perfect glass & work in every way (and my wife will tell you that I m very hard to please). I am soooo happy that I chose to go with AA Auto Glass and now I know who I m calling the next time the need arises.

I work for a collision center we have broken windows all the time as well as ones that just need to be removed for the repair process. we only use AA for all of our glass needs Tony in the office is great can usually get out to us the same day I call it not the next day his guys that he sends out are top notch and know their stuff. if you are looking for a quality glass shop AA is the place to go.

Auto Glass was great. Tony was very helpful and explained everything. Emilio was very punctual, polite and professional. He did a great job. I always strive to use local businesses and I would use AA Auto Glass again if needed.

My family has a small business and sooner or later a box truck or pick up truck requires a windshield replaced. Tony worked with our time constraints and came out to jobsites to do the repairs. We've called again when some construction equipment was vandalized. He was able to replace uniquely shaped glass for a skid steer and a front end loader as well. Being a small business as well they take pride in the work they do and it shows . Tony also has a lot of contacts in the auto and construction industry so he can also point you into the right direction for auto repair, diesel work and heavy equipment repair too. I never hesitate to call AA Auto even if it's just for local referrals for related work

I should have called AA Auto Glass First!!!The well known name on the commercials cancelled twice so i called AA Auto GlassThey were out fast, charged less for a new windshieldTony the Installer did a great job in about 35 minutes and now i have new glass with a warrantyIt was much less than my deductible so i dont have to make a claim on my insurance policy either6 stars!!!

SIMPLY THE BEST! Fixed my window on the FIRST TRY, after several Chicago trim shops and mechanics had FAILED 12 times. That was about 5 years ago and it is still fixed. Don't have enough good things to say about AAA. The vehicle is a 1995 Regal.Richard Adamiak Ph.D.

They are very quick to make an appointment, but definitely not happy if you ask them whether they are insured... when I asked the answer was "if you are so particular we do not want to do business with you" and he hang up.

Awful. I called spoke with Tony on Thursday scheduled the time for next day at 9am. At 9:30 am NO Tony, no one came. I CALLED and I'm told they were waiting for the weather to warm up before the tech came out. Why the HELL didn't they call to tell me that!!!!! REALLY!!!! it's 27 degrees and SAFELITE was willing to come out, it's just they're more expensive. You leave me waiting as if I had nothing else to do and said we'll send a tech within an hour and a half. NOW an ADDITIONAL hour and a half!!!!I called to cancel and went with Safelite which the tech's did a FANTASTIC job. All AA said when I called to cancel was "ok, sorry and hung up". AWFUL service.... NEVER will I use them or refer those hacks.
