I have used 3 other local body shops over the past several years and I have to say that A to Z Body has by far been the best experience. The whole process was seamless and my vehicle was returned to me in less than 2 days. The work that was performed was perfect unlike at the last shop I used which was awful for several reason. I was even pleasantly surprised to have my car returned to me cleaned on the inside and out!

They got us in and started our repair job way sooner than we expected. We were kept up to date on the vehicle s progress the whole way and we were 100% satisfied!! I highly recommend A to Z!!

I was rear ended at a red light and took my car to A to Z for the repairs and I have nothing but positive things to say. The work was quoted to take 7 days and I received my car back two days early after a technician stayed late to finish my car on a Friday night. I picked it up the next morning to find my floor mats cleaned and the interior of the car spotless (I use my car for work and there s always soil and groundwater samples in it which leaves the interior very dirty), as well as the exterior washed and the tires dressed. The customer service was excellent as well as thorough updates throughout the repair process.

Super professional, reasonable, and knowledgeable! Ricky was great at texting me updates throughout these repairs. The work turned out awesome! He offered his opinions and suggestions to ensure it was completed properly and reasonably. If we ever have the need, we will for sure return here!

You will be happy you went to A to Z for an estimate. They did a great job on my fender bender and they can do it for a reasonable price.

The people are so amazing and friendly! Easy to work with and made the process smooth. My truck was cleaned and detailed when I received it and high made my experience that much better. 10/10 recommend

I've had A to Z Body repair 2 different vehicles over the last 4 years. Both times the work was great, and they coordinated everything through insurance. Ricky and his crew do a fantastic job - professional, thorough, responsive, detail-oriented - only thing is because they do such good work, they are in demand, and you may have to wait a couple/few weeks to get in. In my opinion, that's actually a good sign and shows the demand for their quality work. Highly recommend.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

These guys are the gold standard for service. They are old school professional, courteous and knowledgeable. They made the entire process painless. They know the ins and outs of the insurance carriers. I could not have been more impressed. The work they did on my vehicle was flawless. The car looks and handles like it did the day I drove it off the dealer's lot. They deserve more than 5 stars.

It's been years along with many cars I trusted to this shop. Bringing more business in through family and friends as well. Never knew I'll get cheated. First it took more than a month to even get the car in the shop on top of getting the car back which was another 3 weeks. Hood and bumper has a huge gap. Was told by a mexican lady there that the buffing was "on the house", yet here we are getting charged as well. Don't trust this shop.

My rear bumper was scraped while my car was parked, unattended. I received a couple repair estimates that were $1100+. My car is 10 years old & didn't need a new bumper. I happended to find A to Z & came here yesterday. Not only did they do a beautiful job repairing my scrapes, they also painted a couple chips as part of my $100 charge!! Everyone was so nice. They were very busy, but offered to do the work immediately. I'm so glad I found them. : )

We have used them several times for fender bender repairs. Always satisfied with workmanship and quality of parts. But this time their customer service was out of this world. I brought the car in by accident a month early, Feb and March have the same dates who knew. Instead of turning me away the manager added my to his already loaded workload. Week later I was riding in my car. I felt horrible about my mistake but they never made a big thing about it. Very understanding Crew.Service: Body & Trim

Keeping my 2012 BMW X5 as I only have 80k miles and love the car. I was a little sloppy though the years on my swing radius of my front end (missing the mark) and scuffing up and damaging the fender and reflectors. Not super bad but nagged me as I scuffed both side corners.I decide to not do insurance and just get it fix on my dime as I enjoy the car and sure not want to pull insurance in.A to Z worked with me and found in Chicago a used fender from the same year, color, and even approximate production month so it was a dead match to replace. They also buffed out a couple or other little scuffs as part of the repair. They were 30-40% less then another local shop. Very old school and long established business.Years in the family business happy the son's (cousins) are continuing the business.Service: Body & Trim

I have had 3 cars repaired at this shop and they have never failed to bring the car back to normal. The customer service it top notch. Consistent updates, fast responses, and worked with my preferences.The only downside is because they are so good, the scheduling time could be weeks away but it is worth the wait.

I've used A to Z twice now. Once for a major repair on an Acura TSX where they walked me through the insurance process and did a great repair. Most recently we had a door that had been hit and wasn't closing right. They fixed it in minutes and wouldn't accept any money. They are always fast, courteous, and professional. I had extensive damage to the rear of my car. They were so incredibly great to work with Cynthia was the best... Ricky made sure everything came out perfect. Their customer service is incredible. From the moment I went in for a quote until my car was ready they kept me posted and we're very friendly and professional. The work they did was top notch. They even cleaned the interior. I would highly recommend this shop for their professionalism, cost and quality of work. You will not be disappointed.

From beginning to end they wanted to make sure an amazing job was done. Ricky and Kyle got my car in and had a game plan for my repair laid out before I arrived! My tech completely cleaned up the shattered glass and the install was fast and looks like new! They were so nice to me which is rare in auto repair as most people just want your money.. not them they beat safelites prices and got me in same day!! I have already referred friends to them! In need check out A to Z!!

I dropped my car off to get some car wash scratches buffed out and not only did they do a GREAT job, they detailed the entire interior as well. I couldn't ask for better service at a great price and I would recommend this place to anyone.
