I can't say enough good things about this place. We hit a deer at 8 pm and totalled our van. It was the day after Thanksgiving and had no idea who to call because we live out of state. State Trooper called Sam and he was there in 15 minutes towed us to a hotel and gave us all the time we needed to get our stuff from the van. Next morning(Saturday) had us a estimate by 8:30 am. Our van being totalled, he helped us get everything from our van and treated us like family. You won't find this kind of honesty, kindness, and professionalism anywhere else. Thank you Sam, God bless.

I have alway had my auto bodywork done at Goddard's. After we moved away, my truck bedside was damaged and wanted them to do the work as I have always been more than happy with their results. After a 5 hour round trip drive from Vincennes, IN to drop it off (I still have family I visit in the area) and another to pick it back up, I can honestly say I was WOWed. The repairs looked like it had never happened, which wasn't the WOW as that's what I have come to expect from them, it was the rest of the truck. The entire exterior had been cleaned and shined up, even the tires, and the interior had been cleaned up to look better than when I bought it. I had to do a doubletake to make sure it was my truck. I was super proud to be bringing it back home and super happy I took it to Goddard's. Thanks guys!!!

Very friendly with excellent customer service! They were in communication with us often and kept us up to date much better than the insurance company. We had a lot of parts that had to be factory ordered, and in this current day it took longer than it would have two years ago. The repair was excellent! While doing repairs required by damage from our accident, they also had concerns about the wear and tear on the breaks from over 7 years of use and made it a priority to be sure we left with a safe and reliable vehicle. Satisfaction and safety are their highest priorities!We are so grateful that the state trooper called Goddards to pull us out of the ditch and tow our vehucle. We are not from the area and had to trust we would be taken care of and not taken advantage of. Goddards was so polite and professional they greatly exceeded our expectations! 48 years of experience in a family owned and operated business; you'll not be disappointed if you take your business to Goddards!

They have been towing for us for many years. They are more than helpful with anything that they have knowledge about. Reasonably priced and all around nice people.

EDITED TO ADD: Got my car back sooner than they initially thought!After having it back for a cpl wks now, I have to say- Goddards rocks!! I have never had such a smooth, painless experience with an auto body shop or mechanic before. They were so kind and patient with me and washed, waxed, and detailed my car with no charge.Go see them- you won't be disappointed!Goddards has been nothing short of fantastic. I got in a pretty bad (for my car) wreck recently. They have handled everything with my insurance and kept me updated every step of the way. Anytime I call, they are incredibly kind, compassionate, and aware of every minor update.They also have been super expedient on getting the repairs done. Will update once I get my car back this weekend.

I was on my way back home in the North from the South. A 1300 mile trip and my car broke down in Vienna. The lady at the gas station gave me their number to call for a tow. I was broke down at the gas pumps at a gas station. They were there in 10 minutes. After going over a few things, they figured it out. I asked if I could take the car to their shop to check out everything else before I left and they did. They made sure I was safe for the rest of my way back home. I thank God for putting me there with them. Wonderful, honest, super nice and honest! Thank you Goddard's!

Thank you for the fast and friendly service! We were on vacation from Minnesota to Florida, when our truck tire blew and left us stuck on the interstate because our tire was seized up. Quality work at a fair price!

Can t say anything for their body work, however, car broke down and they picked it up and were told where we wanted it dropped off, and they stated they would call us when it is there. Instead, they did not drop it off where we wanted it dropped off, they took it back to their shop, and did not call to tell us it was back. After an hour and a half I went to the shop and it was there, so I asked if I could run my own OBD2 scanner on it and they rudely said no, come back in the morning. So on top of not doing the job correctly, they decided getting to the job done after us was more important than simply dropping ours off where we had asked. Very displeased. I would pay more to someone else rather than call them.

Not the cheapest around but if you're looking for quality work this is your place. Sam and his crew are the best body/paint guys in the area by far. Fixed work I had done at another shop trying to save a buck, fixed damage from deer collisions, hung grill guard straight as an arrow. They've done alot over the years. I've known for a long time Bart was the go to guy for alignments. I'm picky when it comes to my vehicle's handling. Gave him a shot at full front suspension job and he didn't disappoint. 2005 Dodge 2500 with the Cummins now it's tight and handles like new. Great shop, great group of people. Will be a return customer for years to come.

I broke down, traveling to northern Illinois. The repair facility I was utilizing recommended Goddard's for my tow. Keep in mind, I called Goddard's at 11:20, on a Saturday and my repair shop was closing at noon. My driver had my truck, and my passenger and myself unloaded, at the front door by 11:50. Thank you Goddard's, for making my day better and being kind to my pocket book! I can't remember my driver's name, but Tracy in the office was a wonderful help and our driver was not only prompt, but comforting, in a highly stressful situation of breaking down while traveling. I would highly recommend them to anyone!

Went in and was told I needed to make an appointment ment (understandable) then when trying to make said apoint I was told "maybe if you didn't look so disgruntled people would be more inclined to help you" I left called and asked to speak to a manager/owner and when I explained what had happened was told there was nothing they could do.
