Britton's was amazing! I was driving our rowing shell trailer home to Moline, IL from Sarasota, FL and went over the dips in the road on 24N after exit 10. The trailer dislodged from the hitch and I managed to get the truck and trailer safely over to the breakdown lane. I called Britton's for assistance and Craig came in (on his night off) to assess and assist. He checked everything out and towed our trailer to the yard so I could get a new hitch and get on the road in the morning. Thank you Britton's!!

Traveling home on 1-57 I hit a deer resulting in my airbags deploying and my vehicle being badly damaged. Craig was so helpful in helping me to make decisions about the vehicle. He explained how the insurance would handle the towing charges and assured me he would keep my vehicle in their building overnight so the contents would be safe. The next day, I went to collect my belongings and there was Craig, continuing to be helpful. Additionally the woman in the office was helpful, knowledgeable, explained the process, and what would be happening next. So thankful for Britton's services and their empathetic and caring staff.

Guys are best best service verry friendly people and affordable. My truck broke down on me call few they are too expensive so call them and Gary was super nice I learn few things from him. God bless you guys keep moving America

I locked my keys in my car tonight. I talked to the owner on the phone he said he was sending someone.Larry came and got my car unlocked quickly.He was very nice and friendly.This was all after business hours.Service: Car lockouts

I've been in the automotive industry for 15 years and have used mini tow companies and this tow company is by far the nicest and best tow company I've ever had to deal with all the way down from the workers to the owner I would give them 100 Stars if I could. My ordeal that they help me with I cannot say thank you enough. Larry helped me load my car and strap it down so it was safe for my trip home. Like I said I would give this company 100 Stars from the owner to the employees thank you!!

Mr. Paul was very nice; however, pictures were taken before Britton showed up to pick up my son's vehicle and the only side with damage was the driver side. By the time Britton picked it up and took it to Honda, the Right passenger Fender was off. So somehow it was damaged during the tow. In addition, they had to do several more tows. So by the time they picked the car up from Marion Collision Center and took it to Harrisburg to the House, when the tow truck backed it in, not only did they hit the house with it, it damaged the right side door. I know for a fact that it was not my son, because the car had no wheel attached. We have photos to show, when we finally made it to the house where there was a crack in the porch foundation where they hit. The passenger side door was damaged along with part of the passenger side. We have pictures when my son wrecked to show what damage was originally on the car, so we know for a fact the additional damage was made during the tow. In addition, the damage from the driver hitting the house matches up with the damage on the right side of the vehicle. Sure they have pictures once they dropped it off. We also have pictures to show how close the car was to the house. We have not heard anything back from Britton. They are ignoring us. Please Yall have my son's number and email. Someone needs to contact us. I am livid.

I had my transmission go out on I 57, I drive a 9 car 80ft car hauler. Larry the tow truck driver was very careful and kept checking the space between my cars( if your a loaded car hauler you know how important that is) Larry was very good and made sure we made it to peterbuilt safe.

Called for blown steer tire and coolant line on big truck. Replaced tire no problem. Patched up coolant line good enough to get to a shop as they didn't have replacement line available. Professional and friendly would absolutely call them again

Thank you Brittons! I was stuck in near Marion IL with my radiator neck broken and leaking coolant like crazy. I was calling every single wrecker service I could find near me and everyone was either way tooo expensive to tow my truck 5 miles away or they simply just didn t want to do it because of 4th of July Weekend. Called Brittons said they would be able to help me out, though I waited 4 hrs , Larry showed up to help me out. He is extremely kind and helpful person! Made me feel like part of the family. Took my truck down to Doc s . Tow bill was very reasonable. Overall very happy customer. Larry deserves a raise!

If you need a hauling/towing/lockout service, USE THIS COMPANY. I cannot say enough great things about them and its employees and I recommend them with utmost confidence. While driving from Atlanta to St. Louis last week, we hit an obstacle on the road which shredded a tire and caused us to need a tow. We were stranded somewhere in Illinois on I-24 and the weather was freezing. While I was on the phone trying (emphasis on trying ) to communicate with AAA and Audi Roadside Assistance, my wife called a local towing company for help. They were unable to help but recommended we call Briton s Wrecker Service. Nice of them to recommend a competitor which certainly speaks well for both companies. Britton s responded and reached us within thirty (30) minutes while both AAA and Audi Roadside Assistance quoted much longer times or couldn t commit at all.William of Britton s arrived and took complete control of the situation. He was highly professional, very calming and could not have been more polite. William took it upon himself to call numerous tire stores and repair shops for us, but it was late Saturday afternoon and there were no tire stores open anywhere. William ended up towing our car with us as riders in his truck all the way to a dealership in St. Louis which was almost two and a half hours away! Then, of course, he had to drive back on a Saturday night. Despite what could have been a long, arduous drive in a tow truck after a very harrowing experience, William truly made the ride enjoyable. He is a fine young man, very family-oriented, and very professional. Further, he could not have been more complimentary about his company or its, owner, Brent Britton. He explained this his personal desire to provide the highest level of customer service mirrors that of his company and its owner. He loves working there and it shows. Because of Britton s and especially William, what started out as a pretty bad day with us stranded on the expressway in very cold weather turned out to be a very heart-warming experience that instilled confidence in both this company and its people. Good for you, Brent for the way you run your business, with special thanks to William who represents your company in a manner that would make any owner proud.Services: Car towing, Long distance hauling

Just had a great service with Larry who was tasked with unlocking our Sprinter. It has been a long day and so great that he came to the rescue fast. He was careful, quick and over the top courteous. We were back on the road in no time. Thanks Larry!

We got a flat 2 hours from home in Southern Missouri and the tire shop we had purchased the tire from was not open on Sunday and none of the open tire shops had the tire we needed forcing us to be towed 100 miles. AAA booked Britton to tow us from Sikeston to Farmington. Our driver William, was friendly, polite, and professional which is a big deal and hige sense of comfort for two women traveling alone. I highly recommend Britton's Wrecker Service.Service: Car towing

My number 8 cylinder decided it didn t want to live anymore and my engine was ruined I called them in the middle of the night and being directionally challenged and sleep deprived they found my location and came to pick me and my friends up immediately put my old school car on the wrecker no problem and dropped us off at the nearest hotel and to the driver if you see this our friends did bring the engine and we did manage to get it out and the new one in. In their parking lot after asking permission of course. thanks for saving our power tour we got back on the road yesterday and are on our way heading to the coast.Services: Special vehicle towing, Local hauling

My husband, who works for UPS in TN, had a tractor trailer hose to blow out on the interstate in KY. Larry, from Britton, came and quickly changed a hose on the dolly. Because of Larry, my husband s delay back to TN was minimum. My husband stated he was very nice and knew exactly what he was doing and was done quickly.

Needed my semi towed to the shop for repair and they sent Larry. He did a great job of getting everything hooked up and getting me and my truck to where we needed to be. While in transit, he was shear entertainment, which takes your mind off of your current situation. My friends and I were out visiting the parks in Shawnee National Forest and ended up blowing out a tire. The insurance sent out a wrecker from Britton's and I ended up getting Larry as my service guy. He called me to ask where I was and easily found me since he says he grew up in the area. He was on time, clean, professional, friendly and all around great! If I ever have issues anywhere in Southern Illinois, I am just going call to call Larry. Super awesome guy!

Wanna give a huge shout out to you guys hada wheel bearing go out on my boat trailer called insurance and within 15 mins i gota call from your driver he was there in a lil over an hour considering we were an hour away from you guys i had a 21ft bass boat your amazing driver liaded it on your rollback perfect and towed it from murray kentucky all the way back ro southern illinois ypur driver was the most respectful understanding guy ive met in a long time i will be useing you guys anytime im in need as we fish kentucky alot
