I-57 is a great dealership. They treat you like family when you walk through the door. Wouldn't buy a new motorcycle from any where else.

Recently the wife & I were riding from Tennessee to northern Iowa when I took the Mt. Vernon exit & hit a divot in the lane which bent my rim & broke the bead on my front tire.This was on a Sunday, so my only option was to have the bike towed to Roadhouse Harley Davidson figuring I would just have to leave it in the lot of a closed dealership, then put down in a hotel for the night.However, to my delight I found Bethany and her Harley family standing at the door, waiting for us with open arms!!!An exact match for what I needed would ve had to be ordered, but what happened next was totally above and beyond customer satisfaction and my wildest dreams An employee (whose name shall be withheld to protect the innocent lol), took his own personal tire/rim from his motorcycle and put it on mine!I was only down for a couple hours.While I was there I was offered refreshments, and anything I might need. I also had the opportunity to observe this Harley family at Roadhouse interact with their customers Everyone was treated just like family (the good family members lol); hats off to your Business Practice Roadhouse!!!

I went here with a friend to try and win some prize that we were potentially suppose to win. We received a $5 gift card and membership. Well, the place was nice and it was smart to try and get us through the door. I don t ride bikes but it was tempting for me to want to buy. I liked some of the events they let ppl host. Josh did a good job at showing us around. Mt Vernon seems like a decent area also.

We stopped in to get poker chips and swag. Turns out I had some rather concerning oil blowback. Their technician (James) went out of his way to clean, check, and diagnose the bike to make sure it was solid fit the rest of the ride. Thank you! Incredible people at Roadhouse HD!

I called in around 4:30 on a Sat afternoon, stuck with a flat on the highway over 20 miles away. Roadhouse was all over it. They picked me up, got me to Service, replaced the tire on the spot, and stayed late in the day to do it. Great group. Great culture.

I stopped in back on my way back to KCMO. Absolutely loved the staff. Highly recommend stopping there. I will be stopping back on my next trip to IN.

Great shop, great showroom, and what a great group of guys running the place. I had a blast and ended up with exactly what I wanted. This was my first time at Roadhouse HD, but will definitely not be my last. Thanks for a great experience!

One star because I have to. Damaged bile while being repaired and refused to get replacement parts to fix. Said they didn t use air ride to lower or adjust but it was max pressure when returned to me.( impossible to ride like that ) Had approx 24 more pounds of air then when checked in. So did they lower it? Not sure but by the damage they had to. Bright shinny metal on a rain ridden bike is fresh damage! Will never visit again, sucks because they have a bike I was going to purchase, now no pennys go to them. Find another place.

Biggest selection of new and used Harley Davidson motorcycles in the Area. Knowledgeable staff with a no hassle approach to you and your family. Shop, browse and ask questions about anything without pressure. Fully staffed service, parts and clothing departments. While I was there a woman came in very excited to see the new paint job on her bike! They also hold numerous events throughout the year in support of customers, community and local heroes! Great experience.

me and a few of my friends attended 2023 Ash Bash at Roadhouse Harley-Davidson of Mount Vernon Illinois the event was awesome with great bands and great vendors, also Black Diamond Harley-Davidson of Marion Illinois supplied helicopters and we're giving rides around town. I recommend this highly it's for a great cause and it's a really great event with really awesome stuff. I wouldn't miss it again.

Had some bad luck traveling today. Bike failure. The group of people working here saved me from the side of the road with a truck and trailer. Friendly with above and beyond service. Much appreciated.

Overall the best HD store in the Midwest area. Gave me by far the best deal on a bike than anyone in the area would. Amazing customer service. All around great experience.

We were 500 miles from home broke down was towed into Roadhouse they worked on the bike the next morning said it was good to go went 50 miles stopped running again called them they said they would see what they done to it and call back they never called us back we spent over $800 and was left sitting beside I 64 we had to call family to come get us from 500 miles away. I don't recommend them.

Real good folks. Bought s&s slip on 4.5 mufflers fit was perfect look really sharp and sound awesome glad I bought these instead of the rhienhart. And good price.

I really enjoy visiting this store. They really make you feel like your family when you shop, or just stop in to see what's new. Harley clothes customer service is awesome!!! They are so helpful. But I have to say the bike service dept needs help. They were supposed to pick up our trike and was not here on the scheduled time, he even called and said he couldn't find our address. Mind you he had been here before when he delivered our bike to us. We told him our address again he said yes that's the address he put in his GPS but it took him 7 miles away from us. My husband had to explain how to get here from where he had ended up with the GPS. I would have asked him if he spelled the road name properly, and then spelled it for him just so he could see if he did spell it correctly. But my husband wouldn't do that..... the saddest thing is the guy has been here twice before.Other than that we are pretty happy with this store we have purchased 3 brand new bikes from this store over the past 15 years and would recommend you stop in.

It was in 2017 I was in the saddle for 14 hours pull over to get gas it was 10 to 6 in the evening my linkages broke I called them up they were across the highway you told me to bring it in it was an 05 Ultra Classic they fixed it charged me $18 I could leave it now still two hours from the house great bunch of fellows

We had a rear tire go out on I64 in Illinois. I called RHD and they came and picked us up and took us back to the dealership where we waited while they changed my tire. They also put on new brakes and fed us pizza. We were back on the road in less than three hours from the time the tire went out. Everyone there was super to us and treated us like honored guests. If I lived in the area they would get all my business.

Well stocked location. Stopped through on 250 mile trip just to grab a t-shirt and the wife spent 2 bills in there. Personable staff.
