I called and set up an appointment and they didn't show up. Went to the office, they set up another appointment and they still didn't show up. 2 times I've taken time off of work and waited all day, Never called or anything to say why. I don't recommend wasting your time! It's been several months now waiting for them to fix what they were hired to. It's literally a 15 minute job and they can't even manage it! They only got a star because you have to give one to post!

My husband accidentally broke the window on our old wooden door in the kitchen right before Thanksgiving and we were hosting. He called several glass companies, but they couldn t get it repaired until the following week (after Thanksgiving) . He called Mount Vernon Glass Co and they said if we brought the door in they could take care of it that day. He figured he could pick the door up the next day, but they called back within two hours to let us know that it was finished.We are very appreciative of the wonderful & quick service! Thank you so much. My husband does not have to sleep in the doghouse now.Thank you again and Happy Thanksgiving!

Have been known to do good work.I'm not sure what the problem is, but they can never be reached by phone or a visit.Never returned my phone call.The place of business looks desolate.I'm very disappointed.

My mother in law dealt with them for over 5 months, trying to get a window replaced. The came and measured then we never heard back about 5 phone calls and 3 months later they finally came to install. The guy showed up said the owner who came to measure didn t measure right and that he wasn t sure how to get the old windows out so he left. We called again about 2 weeks later after not hearing from them. and the owner got all snippy because we told him that his employee said it was measured wrong and he got offended or something that we said that and said he would have to think about it. After about another 2 weeks we called JR glass in salem. He came out 2 days later took the old glass out boarded the window and measured. Said it would be after Christmas to install new glass. Which is completely understandable

I've been waiting on these guys for 2 months now. They have been to my home and measured my bathroom to put my mirror up. The man keeps telling me he will come put it in. All I have gotten is unreliable service. Its ridiculous!!! Can anyone suggest somebody that will actually show up and do the job??? Would love to get my bathroom finished.

They did good work, when they finally got there. Numerous times they said they would be there or they would call, then they didn't. Satisfied with the work, not so much with the dependability.

I brought a small window to this business four months ago and it is still not finished. My wife and I both called several times, asking nicely when this would be finished, and each time we were lied to and told it would be done next week, soon, tomorrow. Finally, we had to pick up the window unfinished to take elsewhere.

Would give 0 if could. Ordered plexi glass, told needed it promptly. Rude person on phone always said he s not here. Will call u back. No call back. Finally had to go pick up. Don t recommend.

Horrible!!! Had glass 3 months and still not done...kept saying will be done certain day...nope so finally went and got and never even apologized...not even a one star but had to push something to post it
