Once again, it's hard to beat the Love's fuel price when you can scan their barcode and get 10c off per gallon. Fuel is my biggest expense these days so it's great to save here and there!This is a nice Love's with the usual clean restroom (I hit the "green" button when leaving), lots of coffee fixings and add-ins plus plenty of grab-and-go fresh food. Coolers with sodas and juices and water.Gas pump area was clean and it was helpful to have the long sticks on squeegees so that I could clean my entire windshield easily.

Hands down the cleanest bathroom I've visited across the country this last month+Andrew is doing great work. Spotless and smells good. Thanks for the hard work

I don't think I've ever had a problem at a Love's travel stop before and today was no exception. Same as usual. I guess my only complaint is that they were out of roller grow hot dogs at the time. I got something else and it's not worth taking off the star for either

The Bojangles inside only sells chicken tenders. They DO NOT sell bone-in chicken. You ve been warned.

I was so happy to stop here. We tried stopping one town west and it was crazy busy so we came down to the Mt Vernon Loves and Bojangles.First it is a very clean store.i was warmly welcomed, without asking shown where the facilities were. Which was nice.They have a Bojangles attached and I was pleasantly surprised at the lunch menu, scratch made biscuits and chicken fingers.Thank you for a refreshingly positive experience.

Very clean place, and nice people work their. 3rd shift Dennis Spell does a great job keeping the place organized and clean. And also the young lady works 3rd does a great job.

Coffee tasted stale, also I do not like how the manager talks to the employees. Overhead on the walkie talkie someone named Danny was being very rude and even cussed at an employee. Didn t see me standing behind the chips but I heard it all. Would not recommend working here. How can you be mean to the people who help you survive? Wow. The audacity. He should not be a manager if he acts like a child who doesn t get he/she s way

It's a newer location so the lot is still fairly clean. The store is clean. The restrooms were clean. The staff I encountered were nice. However, this location has a Bojangles, like the location on I57 and the one on I55 in Arkansas. I am a huge fan of Bojangles but ALL THREE of these locations are just bad. If you have never been to a Bojangles before don't let these locations color your opinion of them. The real store locations are generally good, really good. These places range from slow, bad service to giving stomach issues. I don't plan to ever return to any of these the locations, I gave them a fair shot and they are all just bad. The four stars is for the Loves minus a star for the horrible Bojangles attempt.

The ppl in the bojangles here are so nice, the place is clean , the food was exactly as I ordered and fresh and hot, very nice place to stop and get a chicken sammich and a couple of there great biscuits.

Excellent location. Very friendly woman greeted me when I entered. Ate at the Bojangles which was delicious and also had a friendly staff.

I normally love going to loves but this location is terrible. The chilled dairy is both filled with French vanilla and I go and speak to the cashier and I had to say it 3 times before she would go there and after she checked all she said was I guess we are out of half and half. She couldn't even go back and verify. Apparently that was too much work for her, if you are driving overnight don't stop there go down the street to hucks like I just did.

Mentioned to management several times that the are luke warm.Still 2 months later they are cold to warm.Don't come to this loves if you need a hot shower. Everyone knows the problem but the management doesn't care.Fix the problem, I'll give you more stars.Also shower and floor were dirty,didn't take long to mess this place up.Management too relaxed,corporate needs to do a surprise check and tighten this location up.

I stopped here to get Bojangels, not knowing it was closed. As I was turning around to leave Ashley, the manager stopped me before I walked out and told me they were training staff for the grand opening on March 6. She allowed me to go in and place an order even though the restaurant was in the middle of training. I got a free meal. Thank you again, Ashley, for being so kind.

Showers had plenty of hot water. There is also a small laundry room. Not sure why this new truck stop has less than 4 stars already.

Employes should be able to work without their family being mouthy in front of patrons. Cashier, very sweet. Good Luck

Bojangles has the nicest, most friendly people working in the morning when I stop by for breakfast and the food is always hot and fresh.

Very clean store and restroom, coffee station has bean to cup. Lots of truck parking. Very friendly and helpful employees. Definitely be stopping here more often.

Bathrooms were very dirty and they sell expired candy that tasted stale. The only things they have going for this location is that the staff were somewhat nice and its newer.

There is buy 1 get 1 free monster, at this loves they were telling me it s a new truck stop we re not set up yet with the special discounts. I don t know why we have the app and the deals if we can t use them. When it comes to free stuff system is down I assume

Normally I wouldn't comment about this because I normally drive a small car with a 10 gallon fuel tank but today I'm here with a U-Haul with a 50 gallon tank and the fuel pump is excruciatingly slow. Other than that everything was cool.

Bojangles not open. Bought hot food from self serve could not eat it. Told fuel deck they put in trash. Let hungry with no food or refund .
