We have had excellent service with King City Chrysler!! Their staff is so kind and helpful. We have dealt with Kip many years and he and the staff have handled any problem we've had. We will continue to purchase our cars from them, because of their great service and kindness.

Truck went in Dec 17 th firts they claimed pcm and gas pedal sensor that didnt fix it then claimed was speaking to a factory tech they ran jumper wires off the pcm ran for 3 days charged 3000. After the 3 days same problem as before. Now the truck has been there for 8 days and no one has looked at it or called . Any one can just replace parts a dealership tech is suppose to be a technichian... truck has been there for 2 more weeks still not repaired as of 3-15-24

Was traveling and had car problems they serviced the vehicle right away so me and family could get back on the road. Superior customer service and auto service. Could not be more pleased.

Everyone was so helpful and kind with my whole experience. I had many questions and concerns and everyone was answered within a hour of my call. Aaron was so quick to help me with every concern and to accommodate me with my schedule. I changed my mind with two different vehicles and they were extremely patient. Would definitely buy again from King City Chrysler.

I will start off by saying that this place is amazing!!! I want to thank you to my salesman Kenny for contacting Kip GrobGeneral Manager and explaining my situation and Kip being an amazing Manager and helping Kenny help me get an amazing vehicle better than I ever expected I m very grateful and Blessed i thank God every day for the people that I ran across that Saturday afternoon and into Monday morning thank you very much.. you guys was a blessing in disguise so if you are wondering if you should go here to purchase a vehicle I would highly recommend it I would definitely ask to talk to Kip!! They treat you like family

Total f ing losers. Stranded in Mt Vernon from 7pm Thursday and showed up at dealership before it opened on Friday to get help with our Dodge Ram as the engine light had come on and all fluids ok. Computer problem. Service manager REFUSED to work on our vehicle and would offer NO other suggestions. It s 40 degrees outside! It s great to have a 1 year old Dodge vehicle and pull into an Chrysler Dodge service center and be turned away! Great service???????

Took my car to get rear view mirror put back up and they cracked my windshield and then lied about and said they didn t do it

I have always had very positive experiences with the service department staff. They take time to listen and I feel do their very best to take care of my vehicle s needs. Because of the excellent support and service that I have received, King City Chrysler will be my first choice the next time I am in the market to buy a vehicle.

We don't live in the area, but King City had the exact vehicle that we wanted on the lot so we made the trip. Trent was an excellent sales associate - he even came in on his day off to meet us face-to-face (which we really appreciated). There was no pressure and the whole experience was very smooth. It was, without a doubt, the best new car purchase experience we have ever had.

This is where I always go for my oil change! The guys are fast and do a great job! They also make it a point to do a routine check and let you know if they notice anything off!

We really enjoyed the whole experience working with Trent and King City. We came in 30 minutes before they closed they was still very helpful with making sure we got a good deal and making sure we was happy with our purchase. They even stayed late to make sure we got what we wanted and made sure it was at a price we was comfortable. In our past experiences with dealerships I got to say it was the best experience with a dealership yet I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new vehicle. Outstanding place to go. So thanks alot a 1000 times over

I had a wonderful experience at King City buying a new truck. My salesman was Karl. I found him to be honest and straight forward and I didn't have to spend hours haggling over the out the door price. There was never any pressure to make a quick decision and he answered all my questions. Terri in the finance department was just as easy to work with. She got me a great rate on the new truck. I appreciated the honesty from everyone as so many dealers nowadays try to pull shenanigans with fast talking to squeeze out a few more dollars.

Great service. Your sale's rep Trent is completely awesome. Goes out of his way to make sure you're happy with your service. As long as he is there I will never go to a different dealership. King City Chrysler in my opinion is the best place to go for a vehicle

Helped me get into a certified pre owned car. Karl was awesome and helpful. But I do feel once the contract is signed there is less helpfulness from the place as a whole. They wanted to keep my car over night because they had to order a part that wouldn't be in till the next day. But kept talking me out of a loaner vehicle while still wanting me to leave my car because it would be alot of work to put it back together then take it back apart when I brought it back in. I think if I'm getting warranty work done and they want to keep my car they should offer a loaner not talk me out of it.

Best dealership I've ever done business with. My salesperson Karl is the best, he always takes care of any questions or problems I might have. I always try to steer my friends to King City where they are looking for a good deal.service department is the best too. I had 4 low 35" tires and none of the public air compressors could fill them. I stopped in and they checked and filled all 5 tires.

My experience with the people at King City Chrysler was fantastic. I bought a 2005 Jeep from 2000 miles away. I had to rely on my salesman's (John Lauder) honest assessment of the vehicle. When I arrived, the Jeep was better than I thought. Because I was going to drive it to California, I had the service department upgrade the tires and take care of a couple of items. The prices were very reasonable and the Jeep was ready when I arrived. I wish this dealer was right down the street from my house. They are such nice people.

It took 4 weeks to get my car back. 1st time it was a parts problem. Then it still didn t work. Had to order another part. Just frustrating. They were very nice when we called but they didn t keep us informed.

Horrible customer service after sale would not recommend returning to this dealership if you want any kind of service for your car done! They will give you run around for a while then tell you they cannot find problems! I bought a vehicle from them and took it to them twice said they were gonna get me a loaner till my car was fixed but a week and a half passes and still getting run around then they never even fixed problem like they said they did so I took it to Absher Arnold and they found all three problems and parts will be in soon wow what difference a good service deapartment makes when you have every warranty there could be! And I ve worked in car business for several years and I knew I was getting run around that s on me for letting them do it to me for a week and a half ha

Great guys. Great job. Even if they were soo busy, they got my van and fixed it next day. And since I'm not local, they dropped me to the nearest hotel and back. About $$$..it requires special explanations. Since my pcm got cranked they charged me a looooot cheaper then I expected. Even my friend said, that price is almost impossible. If you guys read this, I wanna say thank you all, and because of you I still believe in honest repairers. People like you will always have job.

My experience wasn t so wonderful. Maybe they we re having g a bad day. I made appointments for my parents cars. Oil changes and a recall. They were scheduled in the morning. The recall would take less than 30 minutes. They should have been done by noon. I had driven 3 hours to do this and had a 3 hour drive ahead of me. We came at 215 pm and they hadn t even started the recall on one car. We told them to forget the service we didn t have time to wait. The service guy got snippy with us. Lesson learned do t leave a car. Stay and wait

I want to thank Karl Wilson at King City Chrysler. My wife and i traded both of our vehicles in for a set of Ram Bighorns. Karl and his team at King city were extremely patient and worked with us throughout the process and even after our purchases were over. Buying 2 vehicles while chasing 2 kids around with 90 degree temperatures, test driving, and doing the all time consuming paperwork is a task in itself, but Karl and the team were all accommodating and as helpful as anyone could ever ask for. This is my second experience working with Karl, and i know for certain, when i am back in the market for a vehicle, Karl is my guy! i highly recommend Karl and the team at King City, no back and forth, no playing games, they are straight to the point and are very willing to do what they can to help you in your purchase!

So my sales guy is Karl Williams. He was awesome!!! I like to be able to go into a dealership and not have to deal with the same sales bs... Everyone here is very "matter of fact" and to the point. Answered my questions quickly. Very easy to deal with! LOVE MY JEEP!!!
