For all your needs even if sometimes cheap, as long as it gets the job done. All the staff are always helpful every time I have been in the store. Most of them know thier products too.

They had what I needed at a discounted price. I'm not saying that the quality is as high as a name brand but you can get two for what one would cost.

Good products for the price. I bought a 110 gas-less welder. Works well for small projects like exhaust, trailers, anything 1/4 inch or thinner.

Great place to but camper itemsThe service you get at our Mt. Vernon harbor freight is always exceptional. They are so friendly and professional. The prices are amazing too.

This is a nice store,I have the swipe card however I thought it was a member so I went to get a purchase and electric tool and I got up there and the cashier said that it's a yearly fee to be a member so I don't understand why I have my swipe card, but actually not getting the deal so I was very disappointed about that.

Call to the store the the manager that answers the phone not only found the product went out on the floor and got the product and put it in hold until we could get there what a great benefit to have it I will do this more often

They have more stock then the one in Fairview Heights. Being a new store it's also much cleaner then the one in Fairview. I went to check out the grey 5 drawer tool cart. Which is the only HF for like 150 miles that has them in stock and in grey. Going tomorrow to get me a cart for maintenance at work.

Came here because I was driving through and the workers were fantastic. They quickly helped me get my large item from the back and helped me load it up. Fast, friendly, and great deals.

Went in for a table saw listed on internet. Couldn't find it staff came by asking if they could help...well they had to go check back in stock area but they found exactly the one I wanted, took to the register for me, helped me with my coupon and even loaded it for me. Everyone was pleasant and helpful!

I have loved Harbor Freight for many years back when you ordered from a catalog. Then Fairview Heights had a store built. We traveled there often. Now Mt. Vernon, IL has one and I love it! I don't have to travel as far and I can travel more frequently now. Everyone was great!

No handicap accessible motorized carts. Very disappointed in this business. Disabled people shop for tools as well. And not everyone has access to those types of things or the ability to bring what they have with them.
