I was looking for a shop around Mt Vernon ,didn t want to go to TA services to get ripped over money!Find this guys 1 mile away ,decent reviews nice guys on the phone!Get in to change an alternator,he didn t aware me of the price nothing,they put the new alternator, everything s cool.Now, Bill for the alternator just the part it self 1223.23$!!Called Freightliner dealer in Mt Vernon,original alternator not aftermarket 640$.They charged me double for the part,that insane .And they don t have excuses,that price the system gave them.Total price for an alternator installed 1468$PS if u want to get ripped off,be their guest!Good luck!

So my girlfriend sprinter broke down and brought it here. They had to do some repairs to the injector and wiring harness. Had it a month. We got it back and the turbo exhaust pipes are all put on lose. A screw was Missing from my exhaust resonator. So when we drove about 200 miles the exhaust pipes came off. I fixed it all because I wasn't turning back around. Then I notice my back rack is missing a I bolt where I mount my sign. Idk how they broke that. Other then that the van is running great. Just make sure u check the work before taking off.

We were in big trouble on the road with our RV. RPM employees examined the problem for us and advised that they could fix it immediately. Within a few hours, we were on the road again safely. We are very grateful for their professionalism and willingness to be of service to us.

My truck went in for not getting fuel. They blew my truck up and made me pay 2,000 to get it back in pieces in buckets. Highly don t recommend

Very expensiveThey going to rip you a new one, $238 for installing brackets on out side of truck with 2 boltLong Short storyThey'll gonna get you.Beware of dog getting into people "CAB"

They helped get me back on the road very quickly. As soon as I walked in everyone was very professional and quick to help. If you ever need a repair in this area I highly recommend coming here.

Nice people. Picked me up and took me to the hotel while they worked on my truck. Wasn't too fond of the pet raccoon running around and chewing on the windshield wipers.

These guys have 2 hoists that together would likely lift Rhode Island. They're ready for any heavy diesel job and have plenty experience having operated in 2 more locations for many years.
