Absolute worst experience! Purchased a vehicle from Glenn in which we have not possessed the vehicle for more than 2 days in a row where the engine light didn t turn on. Took back for repairs multiple times of which he kept the car for over 2 months at a time to fix, only to have engine light turn back on the next day. Glenn made various repairs charging us more than $1,000 more than purchase price of which did not actually fix the issues. Every time we got the car back from repairs it was stained with grease and smelled. We have had multiple issues of the car not even starting. Glenn claims only to cover engine but is not concerned that an engine light is on or the car wouldn t start. We cannot register the vehicle with an engine light on and Glenn has failed to back any of his workmanship. Glenn has given us the run around on any resolution and hung up on us during the discussion. We do not recommend this shop as there is no quality workmanship. The whole experience feels very shady.

Glenn and his team tried to help us out when we found out the wheel lock key was missing from our car when we got a flat on our Christmas road trip this past Friday. He even called the nearest BMW dealer he knew to make sure they could help if we headed that way. And, nicest of all, a few hours after we left him, he called to make sure we had gotten safely squared away (which we had, thanks to a dealership in Paducah). So kind and smart and helpful!

Glenn and Hunter went way above and beyond in helping me. I was on a family trip from Minnesota to Florida and when I got to Mount Vernon on Friday morning, one of my cylinders stopped firing on my Audi S7. Knowing I was on a trip, they dropped everything and immediately looked at my car when no dealer would even touch it until Monday. Unable to find parts locally or even 100 miles away Glenn hopped in his car and drove a total of 10 hours to get the parts needed to complete the car and get me back on the road same day. I have never experienced such above and beyond customer service like this before and how dedicated they were to help me out. Glenn and Hunter even stayed three hours beyond closing to help me back get on the road same day and able to enjoy my vacation. Unfortunately I have had to see Glenn more times then I would like, not because of anything that Glenn or his team has done. My 2014 BMW seems to like his auto repair shop. Glenn is absolutely the most reliable auto mechanic around. Very honest, intelligent, and never give up attitude is so gard to find this day and age. If Glenn and team cannot repair your vehicle then no one can!! He has basically rebuilt my entire car. If you have a foreign vehicle that needs anything and everything corrected to get it back on the road, then he is your answer. If you just can't seem to get a win, we'll you better call Glenn!! Glenn, Hunter, and Ron were there when I visited because I m preparing for a long drive in my volkswagen. They took care of everything, and even went out of their way to identify some potential issues that should be fixed after I come back. I highly recommend everyone there as they all seem to care about not only the car, but the customer too.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Vehicle Inspection

Glenn and his team paused everything they were doing when I pulled in with my car issue to do a diagnostic and proceeded to try ordering needed parts. They knew I was from out of town and was on a time crunch to get to my final destination. When we realized the car was not going anywhere and there were no rentals available Glenn took the time to get me to where I needed to be. Who does that for a stranger thank you Glenn for caring enough to take care of of this customer

We were on the last leg of a cross-country trip and our vehicle that had been converted to a performance engine broke down. Other mechanics in town could not or would not work on it. This shop understood our predicament and worked us into the schedule. They did a lot of trouble- shooting, including working with the shop that did the rebuild. We are grateful for their help.Service: Engine repair

Driving back form my family vacation from Shell Lake WI. our engine blew. It was by far the most stressful thing especially being stuck on the road with 2 young children. We could find no one to help, no one did engine repairs. I came across Glen's shop and called him. from the beginning he was a God sent. we did not have a ride to even pick up a rental, he was willing to drive us 1 hour away to get the car. We really could not have done it without him. we left for home on Wednesday and received the call our car was ready on Friday! Glen literally has helped me so many times and unlike so many other mechanics he has been so honest and trustworthy. I m a single mother and he doesn t take advantage of that. He is a blessing.
