Called this place and they said they didn t have the battery I needed but they had some on the way and I could come in the next day at 4 to get it installed. I took off work early, as soon as I walked in the door the man acted like I ruined his day. He said they had the battery in but it wasn t ready for install yet. I told him I just called and they said it would be ready to install at 4. He couldn t care any less. A BIG waste of time.

This place is the best place to get vehicle and other batteries in town. Staff is helpful and very knowledgeable for everything in thier store. I recommend 100%

Always friendly and helpful! After calling the "big" stores in town for a car battery, they had a brand new oem replacement with a 5 year warranty where all the others only offered up to a 3 year... and it was $60 CHEAPER!!!

I ve bought several batteries over the years from here. I ve always gotten top notch service and high quality batteries. They ve rebuilt 2 starters for me and both are still going strong even after 10 years of daily use. These guys know their stuff and it shows.

I took the starter and solenoid off of my Hustler Mini Z lawn mower to have it tested. Went to AutoZone and couldn't get the starter tested. Called Napa and asked if they could test the starter off of my zero turn mower. The guy said yes, so I proceeded to Napa. The employee told me we couldn't test it now because the testing machine wouldn't let him. So the next day I took the starter to Battery Specialist to get it tested. Anyway, to make a long story short they tested really quick and my starter and solenoid was good as new. I told them what it was doing they give me some advice and I was on my way. The advice helped me get my mower back to better than new. I want to say thank you guys. I will definitely be recommending Battery Specialist to other people, and I'll definitely be a return customer.

Great service! Got 7 years out of my old battery. Had a new one installed in 10 minutes. Highly recommended.

If they don't have a battery, they will GET a battery for you. Phone battery, kids toy car type battery or car battery. They will test your before they sell you one also.
