I personally think these guys are doing a great job. I know they are not as professional as you want them you be but come on they are mostly teenagers who are earning some extra money while studying. Anyways I m always pleased by their work I wash my car at this location almost every day and if I want something done in a different way I know I can always tell them and they ll do a better job. Respect to those who work no matter weather.

I ve been a member for 2 years and I recently went in and upgraded my basic wash service to have my entire car cleaned aka selected the Whole Thing option for $45.00. I drive an SUV and to my surprise they didn t even touch my trunk??Apparently you have to also pay for the upgrade of cargo which was not conveyed to me. So what you re telling me is it really isn t the WHOLE THING! This place is a scam! Kind of mad I even tipped the guys.

Paid for the most expensive option and am incredibly disappointed with how dirty the inside of my car still is. It seems they vacuumed the seats (although they still have fur all over them) and cleaned my all weather floor mats (that I paid extra for), but it looks like not much else was touched. The back shelf behind my backseats is still covered in dog fur, and my dash is just as dusty as it was before I brought my car in. I don t think they even touched the doors, as they also still have dust on them. Beyond disappointed. I d rather wait an hour at Delta Sonic. (All photos were taken after the wash)Update: went again today. Pointed out the areas I was most disappointed in to the young men working. After almost 30 minutes, they finally came to tell me they were done. I went to look over my vehicle and, by the time I had turned around, all 3 men working there had ran inside away from me and my vehicle (i was the only customer there) without asking how things looked and if I was happy. Didn t even wait for the tip I was getting out of my wallet. Unfortunately, the inside of my vehicle isn t much better than yesterday. The biggest difference is that the inside of my car was soaking wet - from my cloth seats being saturated in water, to puddles sitting on my all weather mats and in my cup holders. Save your money and go somewhere else - they have no idea what they re doing here.Services: Auto detailing, Vacuuming, Auto interior vacuuming, Car waxing

Rude staff. When I asked how long would it be before they got to my car they said 5 to 10 minutes. After 23 minutes with 2 cars still ahead of me I asked for a manager. He,was rude and lied to me. Said the holdup was a customer locked keys in car. It was his staff, I saw the whole thing. Liars, better to lie to the customers instead of admitting staff made a mistake. Rude, nasty liars and inconsiderate to customers. Glad I got a refund and left so I didn't give them a chance to steal from me too. GO ANYWHERE ELSE.

Normally they are pretty good. But today I asked them to clean the trunk and they didn't. I guess it was partly my fault for not looking before I left.

Waterway Carwash provided an excellent service. They tackled the challenge of cleaning my car's interior, which was laden with dog hair from my Australian shepherd, with impressive efficiency. The affordability of their services was a definite plus. While the exterior wash had a few lingering bug spots, the speed of the process was commendable. I appreciated the quick turnaround, which is often a key factor when choosing a car wash. Moreover, the interior rest area was a pleasant surprise. It was not only clean but also offered a variety of food and beverage options for sale. This added convenience made the overall experience even more enjoyable. In summary, Waterway Carwash delivered on affordability, speed, and a comfortable rest area, making it a solid choice for car owners. If they could address the bug issue on the exterior, it would be even more impressive.

I have been using this location for the past couple years and now more than ever their attention to detail is disappointing. It s the glass they struggle with time and time again. It decision making time if I give them another opportunity to get it right.

My first time going to this car wash and it was great! I got the $9 Express car wash (the cheapest option available). As soon as I pulled in, an employee ran over to help me with the machine. When I pulled forward, another employee directed me how far forward to pull my car, then did the best job I have ever seen with the soap sprayer. I park outside and my Corolla was covered with a thick layer of sticky pollen. He used a strong sprayer everywhere (even the roof!) and pretty much got all the gunk off before I started going through the automated part! I was so impressed. The automated part was also very good, especially the final rinse (very strong!). My car was well dried by the automated dryer at the end, but there was also an employee doing a hand dry. I skipped it because I needed to get to work! Very nice employees and I ended up with a squeaky clean car. Will return!

Reasonably priced services for multiple people cleaning your car at the same time. They are quick and professional. It seems they have a supervisor that inspects every interior before handing over the keys nice touch because he did find areas that needed to be addressed.

I could not be more disappointed. Should have done the $8 drive thru, I paid the $22 for "full service"..... they clearly did not wipe ANYTHING down, inside or out. Windows have sideways streaks, and you can see water streaks running down from the mirrors. What a waste of $$. Just after I went, a neighbor told me the $3 carwash on Towneline Road is good, going there from now on.

24 hour rain guarantee is equal to or greater than the BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE! The staff and manager were absolutely AWESOME!!! Something nit clearly annotated is the clearance of the wash is 7 foot. But that one minor things will not take away a 5 star review!! Amazing employees and service!! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED AS A M1 REVIEW!!

My third and last time I will ever take my car to this store. I spent $45 for their top of the line car wash, was asked to pay an additional $8 for cleaning the car mats. When my car was ready, they forgot to put the car mats back in and took 10 minutes trying to locate them. When I reviewed my car I saw they did not vacuum the car. I was told by the manager that vacuuming would have been an additional $3. I spent $53 + $3 tip for them to not wipe down the dash and not the vacuum the car. The manager said I should join their monthly membership and I would get the vacuuming for free. What?! Horrible experience. Take your money else where. I was ripped off!

Don t come to this place if you like your car. They completely destroyed my cars wheels and blamed it on water pressure and did nothing to resolve the issue and now I am out $1600 dollars to get my wheels fixed.

Just found out today, after a months-long absence from this particular car wash, that this Waterway Carwash installed new washing machinery to replace exterior hand drying and hand cleaning of tires. The water/chemical pressure now utilized in tire cleaning is uncomfortably strong. I worry that this new equipment and cleaning method will damage my tires. For its steep price I do not think I will return to any Waterway Carwash for this seriously downgraded service. There's too much available competition to take a chance on my car with this chain.

This all left in the car what kind vacuum they did in the car? All the garbage is in the car. I rather clean it myself than waste money here. Worst place ever to get your car clean.Services: Vacuuming, Auto interior vacuumingServices: Vacuuming, Auto interior vacuuming

Wow, what a difference it is having the Territory Manager at the entrance to the wash! On a Saturday no less! So much attention with the soap sprayer and power washer! I hope they train the employees and really bring back the value of buying a $16 exterior car wash. Wait, I mean $18, just went up. Now if they could just install some high pressure sprayers at the end to get all the soap off the car and out of the mirrors it would really be amazing. It's annoying to see soap hit the sides of the rinsed car, even when driving away. Expected at $12 wash place, not $18. I will update this review if anything else changes.

I got the full service with mat cleaning. They did a good job but I did have to do a little wipe down when I got home because there was a few missed spots they missed. Don't expect perfection for $60. If you want that it will cost you at least $100.

Waterway car wash has been my go to spot for the last two months. It was really hard to find a good car wash and I have finally found it. I drive 20 minutes just to get a car wash. The staff is always nice and welcoming. Always make sure you leave satisfied. From my understanding I hear it's a new ownership and I have to say they are doing a great job. The store is always clean and always has fresh coffee, muffins, and bagels. The C-store manager is such a great person and always has a smile on her face. I believe her name was Janet. Always makes sure you leave happy and satisfied and always answered my concerning questions. They have monthly memberships as well to save good amount on money for car washes. Ask her for more details. Thanks guys and keep up the good work.

I have now gone twice. I have gotten the "FULL SERVICE" & "THE WHOLE THING." Both times the staff was professional and quick, most importantly my car was very clean at the end.My car: '18 GTI

other than a bit confusion about what service I purchased, it was good. the interior is fresh and cashier helpful. the confusion was I purchased full service which turns out wasn't exactly full service. the mud on the doors interiors back seat, behind the front seats were not cleaned until I asked about it. the prices were higher than they used to be too.update: prices are way higher now.

I went to Waterways for the first time today to do the $40 package. The clean was good in the inside and out. When they gave me my car back, a new 2020 Toyota Camry, the knob to my volume was missing. Instead of refunding my $40 and paying for the knob they could not find, he took my information and is going to pass it to some general manager for a damage claim. This made me feel like no one even cared about this happening. Definitely not using them again.Services: Auto detailing, Auto interior vacuuming

I came here in tonight at about 6:45 p.m. Wednesday June 30th to get a car wash and was told that there would be a 35 minute wait. I didn't stick around to find out how long it would have taken but I find it hard to believe that a properly running car wash would take 35 minutes. I noticed that they have a lot of space to vacuum out the cars but only three people working there. This car wash is definitely having some issues keeping up with the pace. I am going to return tomorrow and hopefully get my car washed then.

I stopped by here yesterday for the first time, and could not stop thinking about how great of an experience it was, so I knew I had to do one of these reviews because of how impressed I was. This being my first time at the location, I was uncertain of the process, but was quickly approached by a young man named Joseph who explained things very well and began taking care of my car. When I proceeded to go inside to pay for the wash, I was kindly greeted by the cashiers and their manager Janet who also explained how they are fairly new to the area and all the different services they offer. (They have memberships here, that are actually really good deals)I was just truly impressed with the hospitality and kindness of the employees. During my one visit I was approached not by one but by TWO managers, to make sure I was happy with my experience. Also, one my personal favorite things was the fact that they have an enormous selection of drinks, if you re picky like me- then you have options (lots of them). My car was super clean, and they insisted that I looked at it to make sure it was up to my standards. I am just really impressed with how customer oriented this place is! Will certainly be returning!!!

Since we have been experiencing Spring in Winter, I have took a summer car out for a workout a few days. Waterway is refreshing Car cleaning service. They took great care of it including the wheels. It's a 6-speed manual and not every place has staff that can move it around. They had management staff that stepped in immediately and No Worries about that part of handing over keys. They are new management taking over an established location, and I say, "Welcome to the Neighborhood!"

I have to agree about the coffee, it's is really not good at all. I visited this location a few times last year. The last time being last December. I bought one of their packages which included the interior cleaning. I believe one of the kids took my snow brush. The cleaning was just okay. They missed a lot of spots. There was one guy, I believe the was the manager or supervisor and he kept getting me to get into one of their memberships; he just kept going over their different membership for a good 15 minutes. I really wasn't interested. I am probably only going there just for a quick wash and not an interior one.Services: Auto detailing, Auto interior vacuuming
