I highly recommend Star Auto Authority. They went above and beyond to ensure my car repair was done in a timely and professional manner. They took time to answer our questions and did a great job of communicating with us. A top-notch experience from start to finish!

Star Auto was fantastic! The costumer service was great, they made everything clear in what needed to be repaired, they worked with my insurance, and I was able to use their rental car right from the shop. The look of my BMW X1 looked like the first day I bought it when I picked it up. They even got it all done in a timely manner. Bill at the front desk couldn t have been more helpful with every question I had. I will continue to use Star Auto, not just for collision repairs but I also plan to go there for all my maintenance as well. This place is fantastic and I would highly recommend it.

They re super helpful and communicate frequently while working on the car, every single interaction I had with them was a positive experience. Jake and Bill are very informative and honest if you have questions about their services and they won t expect you to be a car expert :) Highly recommend this place.
