Great customer service! I had an oil change done to my 05 Pontiac couple months ago maybe, and the staff was helpful! There was a Hispanic helpful while he was ready to clock out then a white man took over and was super helpful. He was cool as hell and interactive and chill. The young crew who did the oil change was fast and all super chill in there from the front to the kids! Will visit soon for another change

Check engine light was OFF before oil change was started but after oil change check engine light came ON. It seems there was a issue on how filter was re-installed. The service provider didnt even bother to make sure the filter installation was correct. I have concerns on accuracy of any service performed and definitely wont go back.

Two days ago I needed to have my oil changed and went to JiffyLube. From the moment I drove up the team was friendly and courteous .even helping me as the driveway was still icy from the overnight sleet. There was no heavy sale of things and they were quick and efficient. I will go back!

First time at this location. The staff was very friendly and helpful, informative but not pushy to upsell. The work on my vehicle was done quickly and effectively. I ll be a return customer.

friendly staff escorted me from my car before they drove it in, nice to not have to drive it in myself. inside the waiting room the guy at the register kept cracking jokes with the customers, really lightened the mood

The Vernon Hills Jiffy Lube is the best around. I live closer to the Barrington location, but it isn't as good. As a woman, I never feel pressure to overspend on anything that's not necessary. The service tech will make suggestions and educate me to come up with an action plan for my vehicle's maintenance.

Christian and the teamDo an amazing job, and are very reasonable with pricing. If you have a problem they will make sure it is fixed. Great customer service! They take the time to explain what the problem is and what the plan and pricing will be to fix it. Thank you once team for you great customer service!!!

My experience was very good. Just surprised that a labor fee of $20 is added. I was told they are not in the union to charge labor fees. I never saw that before.

I had an excellent experience at this jiffy lube location! The people were welcoming & kind. The man behind the counter explained everything very clearly and was patient with my questions. Danny who I met last year was knowledgeable and took his time to make sure I was satisfied with my vehicle. He set me up to come back and introduced me to the entire staff who were very friendly. I'm so grateful to have found Jiffy Lube and the entire staff in Vernon Hills.

You can see they're trying their best to help the increasing number of costumers and walk in when I was there. Although my yearly vehicle safety inspection was not completed, they have explained it well; the person in charge is off and does not want to be bothered by even the manager. I did the same.6/12/ '23....follow up... this is the second time that they did a yearly vehicle safety inspection for my two cars. The crew perform the task faster than what I anticipated and go beyond the inspection list. Things that I usually don't mind to check, they inspected. That's the wipers. They have freshly brewed coffee too!

Excellent customer service from the second I drove up! I was given a warm greeting and the door was even held open for me. The service advisor was wonderful, very knowledgeable and professional. The waiting area was clean and there was fresh coffee. The oil change was so quick I didn t even realize he was calling myname to check me out. Much better service than my dealership!

I cannot say enough about the customer service at this location. They were the most friendly people I've done business with in a very long time. Arrived shortly after they opened on a Saturday with little to no wait time which was a win for this location. The Technician Romero was friendly and honored a coupon I had forgotten to bring with me. Even tho this location is a bit out of the way for me, it was worth the service and waiting time. I will be going back when it's time for the next oil change. They also carried Pennzoil High mileage 5w-20, which another location did not. Highly recommend.

I was refused service at a different jiffy lube because they couldn't get my "filter off." They said I had to go to the last jiffy lube I went to. I went to this jiffy lube and they were able to get my filter off right away and complete an oil change. All the guys at this location are genuinely nice. I'm happy this was taken care of quickly. I came to this location because the other one I had gone to was packed. Here, they got me in and out really quick and they were so nice! The service is amazing and I'll definitely continue to come for every oil change. The manager, Danny, was beyond helpful. I truly appreciate the level of service they gave me.

Came in for an oil change. The oil change they performed was fine. However, the person speaking to me tried selling me everything from filters to brakes and tires. I was told my brakes were very close to metal on metal contact and needed to get them done ASAP. My car is still relatively new so I got a second opinion at another Jiffy Lube and was told I still have at least a year or two left till I need to change them. That saved me from spending close to $500. I don t recommend going to this location.Service: Oil change

The employee who handled what I need for my car is very knowledgeable what his been trained for. And his very respectful and listening what I need to be done.Elder G is very kind give me a 10% discount for first time customer.. Danny has helped my husband and I many times with oil changes, rotating our tires and checking other functions like brakes and filters. I wouldn't recommend this jiffy lube to anyone. Over 2 hours to tell me I have to take my car to a dealership or a mechanic! Really? Lost a life long customer due to lack of knowledge and customer service skills. I took my car to a different place for them to tell me nothing was wrong with the bolt to get my oil change done! I would go to anyone else besides this place! Horrible & outrageous employees with once again no knowledge whatsoever! If I could give no stars I would!Service: Oil change

They were so accommodating and kind at the Vernon hills location. I went in for an oil change and brake inspection. My brakes needed to be replaced but I didn t have time since I was on my lunch break. They offered to drive me back to work and they dropped my car back off to me that evening when it was done. They saved me the trouble of having to come back another day and were so kind.Services: Brakes, Oil change

First and last experience with Jiffy Lube. I called days in advance to see if they do a transmission fluid flush and they made sure to have it the fluid in stock. Get told yes and to arrive early. I arrive, "oh no you'll have to get that done elsewhere"....Thanks for nothing
