I was on the side of I-70, heading to MO from ME. I called my insurance company to file for roadside assistance. The estimated time for Martin's Service Center was 120-150 minutes. My mom encouraged me to get police on site because semi trucks weren't moving over (literally three feet away, if that) and I wouldn't risk opening my door to check the tire situation. The state trooper got involved with getting a tow truck our sooner. She called Mike at Kelly's Towing, and he got there so quickly. Mike was kind enough to drop my vehicle off at a garage and give me and my dog a ride to a hotel.I'm very happy with how this situation turned out.Thank you Mike!

Kelly is not an honest guy.10/21/2019 I hit road side and driver side airbag exploded at Vandalia. It still could start and move. Kelly told me it worth nothing and managed to take it away from me for free even with $190 towing fee. I was not myself I just had an accident that day and said yes.The next day I received several offer from $745( carbrain, online dealer) and called Kelly want my car back. His answer is no and it's already a deal though he paid me nothing. I called him several time later and failed to reach him.Kelly is not an honest guy.

Very dishonest and unprofessional. We got our semitruck towed by them and it was a terrible experience.By the time the truck got in to the dealer for repair the passenger side bumper was missing and they bluntly claimed it was not there. Then we found the broken bumper right next to the tow truck.We have before and after picture. We are pursuing legal action.

Kelly's helped us out when no one else would! Our brand new Kia Telluride overheated about 3 hours from home. They not only towed us when no one else would- they fixed our problem on a Sunday morning. Everyone we encountered in Vandalia was wonderful!Service: Car towingService: Car towing

these guys wanted $100 to push out a wheel bearing and press one back in. i already had the hub assembly removed and the replacement wheel bearing. this is a 5 minute job with a press. this is a $20 job at any other mechanic shop. DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLES TO THIS SHOP. THESE PRICES ARE RIDICULOUSLY HIGH. STAY AWAY

Very reasonable people. They are always very easy to talk to. I would recommend these people to do your work but I do have to mind you they can get busy quick with they also take care of most if not all of the accidents that occur on i-70.

I needed a car towed out in the middle of nowhere about an hour and a half away from the shop. Very fast, friendly service with affordable prices. Highly reccomend!

Had issue with Mercury Grand Marquis coolant. He checked it out and made me confident I can continue the trip. Very knowledgeble, honest and very polite mechanic. Great service, thanks Kelly.

First, a big thank you for being able to push me in considering I was broke dii I won while traveling. BUT charging me 300 for a wheel bearing and being told it was lifetime warranty. So after calling around to every auto parts store in the area including the Dodge dealership, there is no such thing as a lifetime wheel bearing.

About a month ago, I broke down in Vandalia, about 4 hours away from my home. It was a weekend and no one I was calling was willing to come help because it was a Saturday. My insurance agent struck gold with Kellys. Todd came out as fast as possible and was the nicest guy. He was completely honest with me, told me I was screwed (in the nicest way possible) and offered to help me out whether it be with a tow, finding a hotel, and even great places to eat. Seriously, you tend to think that genuinely NICE PEOPLE don't exist anymore, but Todd Whitton at Kellys Auto Repair proved that to be wrong. He even gave me his personal cell just in case I needed o get in touch with him. As a woman traveling alone with a car that chooses to commit suicide far from home, that meant a lot to me. I highly recommend these guys. Thanks Todd!

Even tho the car was towed, and I had to pay a tow bill. It was a cheap bill. The guys there were really nice, not to mention halarious.

Great guys, extremely helpful and polite, new tow truck. Considering how muddy the road was where I got my car stuck, I was pleased with the cost to get my car back on the road.
