Wife is stranded because these idiots don't know how to put tires on correctly. Spend the extra money and go to competent people. You will regret going to Walmart for automotive services! If you don't mind your tires falling off while you are driving then walmart is the place for you.

It's been over 3 hours for an oil change and tire rotation. Which was a scheduled appointment, mind you. This has to be the worst service I have ever experienced across any industry. I absolutely recommend anywhere else but here for service.

Very bad experience. I was told two hour wait, and after 5 hours the work was still not done as agreed at first. They just handed me the keys and said go somewhere else to do rotation. The worker said been a long day and I don t wanna do anything else

My sister took her car in for a tire repair. They took all 4 tires off and refused to give her the car back until she purchased 4 new tires due to "safety concerns." Her car was completely checked over before moving for college by a reputable business in our home town. When she asked for her car back, they continued to argue with her for over 2 hours. She finally was able to take her car to a different tire shop where it was repaired for $30 in under an hour. These guys tried to take advantage of a young female and it's disgusting.

A 3-hour wait to change a tire under warranty and then they charged me more than they said they would. Slow and understaffed. Several other clients I encountered were also unhappy with the service. Do not recommend.Service: Auto tire replacementService: Auto tire replacement

I had a very very bad experience here. It seems that they want you to buy their tires rather than well fixing your tires. One tire of my car was leaking because of nails. I waited for 2 hours but received the decision that three tires were damaged by nails and cannot be repaired in the store and I must change 3 or 4 new tires. That will cause me more than $600. Then I went to another auto repair store to check it again, the leaking tire was repaired within 2 mins, and I was told that the other three tires were totally fine. I was super surprised and angry. So I highly recommend not choosing Walmart if this is not your only choice.Service: Tires

The manager there seems overworked and the attitude reflects it. It's seems walmart should hire a manager who is capable to assist in tire lube and oil changes when staffing is short. We ended up replacing 1 tire which took from 1030 am to 2pm on a Sunday. Pack a lunch and map out your day if you decide to wait vs dropping off...popular to my wife and I beliefs, there is only so much you can do in walmart.

BAIT AND SWITCH! I was lead to believe the tire I chose which was $70 was what they were putting on my car.I was charged for an $85 tire. I questioned why they switched them and was told there never was a $70 tire. They showed me 2 tires to choose from and I chose the cheapest. I believe this is illegal.

Asked for detailed pricing for getting 2 tires done, quoted us with/without warranty coverage. Opted for no warranty, still got hit with $30+ worth of miscellaneous fees that were neglected to be mentioned until pickup. When questioned about it he immediately started yelling. Absolutely ridiculous. Dropping the "care" from auto care

Very slow service, but good prices. Came in the afternoon on a Monday. It took about 15 minutes for anyone to come help me. They estimated a 1 hour 15 minute wait. It took over 2 hours for an oil change and tire rotation.

I had a 2pm appt today during my lunch hour to get a new tire. When I walked in it took 15 minutes before I was waited on and then I spent 40 minutes walking around the store waiting to be called. When I went back to check on my car it had not even been taken inside to start work. The only response I received was from one of the service techs who said they didnt know I had an appointment! Really?!?!?!? I will not go back and will make sure none of my friends or family members do either

Have worked with both Savoy & Urbana Auto Centers.I really have no complaints, except their road hazard warranty brochure should better indicate exactly what constitutes a road hazard, specifically, what they will--and will not--cover!Their work was done in a timely manner, even when I was a walk-in at Urbana ... At Savoy I was able to make an appointment, which worked out well!

Pricing is better than the other tire centers but this location, the 3 times I've been there, they've anyways seemed completely unorganized, slow, once they broke one of the tire pressure sensors and had to send me to tires plus to get it fixed, the last time I was there they told me they didn't have time to get to me that day but they open 7am the next morning ..I was there at 7am sharp, waited till ten minutes after and still no one there. 2 star rating only because of price, I'd rather pay more for better service.

They're unprofessional and lazy on top of highly untrained employees. The one who recommends certain tires is the same one who told me that the new tires go on back. No people thats not correct, the new tires always go on the front to lower your chances of having a blow out with your steering tires while going down the highway. Surprised they haven't injured anyone yet. Don't get your tire needs from there!

We have had several great experiences with the Auto center this year. They seem to have the lowest prices and even though they were short staffed earlier this year, the employees have been friendly and helpful. The increase in staff recently has really reduced wait time.

The broke the lugg bolt off of my car, then towed it to a repair shop, where the mechanic then drove it back to walmart (against policy) damaged my muffler and my gas tank to where I have to now pay out of pocket to fix both because they claim my muffler was dragging on the ground when I pulled up and that my tank already had a leak. I was in a week prior and only had an exhaust leak at the time. Do not let then take your vehicle to tire plus.

Bought tires from Wal-Mart online. I was going to have them installed at Wal-Mart Urbana. But the woman in charge of the auto center said they could not do it because it was to difficult to get the lug nuts off a Dodge. What? She claimed that it was an odd size. I've never had an issue removing the lug nuts. She then told me there was nothing at all they could do. Then referred me to take my business to Farm and Fleet, which I did. Apparently they had no issues with my odd lug nuts.
