I was having car trouble on a Friday. I was able to communicate through email with them through out the weekend. I had my car brought in for a diagnostic. I got a call back letting me know my Key wasn t being recognized with my car. He didn t charge me. Had to get the front brakes replaced on my Subaru - they were quick about checking it out and confirming it was the brakes, and had me back behind the wheel in a matter of hours. Best experience I've had at an auto garage, definitely coming back here when I need work done again

Excellent service!! Richard is a little bit grumpy (hehehe), but very kind and helpful. Ryan was outstanding! It seems they took very good care of our car. They are a serious and honest company. We will definitely bring our car, next time it needs any service.

I called to get an estimate on getting my rear brake shoes and drums changed and they insisted that I come in for their personal evaluation and that they wouldn't trust anyplace else, nor would they give me even the slightest ballpark of a quote. So, I would have to get my car towed there, like I did the other place, just so I could pay for their evaluation, like I did the other place, to then get a quote. They could've just said here is a range of how much it would cost depending on how much we have to do, but they want me to go through all of the hassle of getting my inoperative vehicle there, probably hoping I'd just give up once I got the vehicle there.

Excellent service, the guy who signed us in was prompt and very nice. Replaced my battery for half the price of other local quotes and got us in so quickly. Replacement took 15 minutes -- so happy with this place!

I have been going here for 8 years or so, and I ve been very happy with the quality of the service. They are very accommodating and reasonable. I have never had them suggest repairs/maintenance that seemed unnecessary or superfluous. Once my car had a very strange issue that they were unable to diagnose, and they did not even charge me for the time they spent trying to figure it out!

First visit, I used the Champaign Tru Tires for over 10 years. Matt and staff did a great job. Champaign True Tires is no longer there.I would expect the same service from Urbana True Tires. Ryan and staff did a great job. I was in and out, about an hour, new Goodyear tires I purchased online through Goodyear. I've used Goodyear tires for over 40 years and have never had a problem. Great job, thank you!

I started goin here for tires end of 2019, and I m glad I did. The prices are fair, the staff is kind, and they explain everything they did, and why they did it. If you need anything related to tires, this is probably the best shop in the CU area.Service: TiresService: Tires

So glad to have found Urbana True Tires. I don't know much about cars and I've been afraid of being taken advantage of in the past. That is not the case here. They are very straight-forward about what needs to be fixed and why (they have always answered my questions well too). Their prices are very reasonable. I have never felt like I was being sold more than I needed and their oil change loyalty program is awesome.

I've been taking both of my vehicles to Ryan and his team at Urbana True Tire for years. Without going into detail, I can confidently say this is the most honest auto repair shop I've ever worked with. Their prices are competitive, and service is second to none. I will continue to rely on them to work on my vehicles for years to come.

These guys are the best! I brought in a tire I'd bought in another state that went flat that was practically brand new. They found the puncture and when it was clear it was not repairable helped me assess if it was worth going back to where I had a warranty on it (a 1 hour drive) over the cost of just replacing it with them but not having to put in all the time and gas to get to where I bought it. When it was clear it was a better deal for me to drive an hour away they were honest about that and happily loaded my tire back into my vehicle for me. Very polite, very honest - next time I need tires I am buying from them!

The service with Ryan is outstanding every time I visit. The cost is always as promised and sometimes even cheaper. They provide honest advice and are not pushing for unnecessary service. Rapid scheduling and fast repairs.

The price of the tires was great but they broke a sensor and said they didn't do it everything worked before they changed my tires.I feel like it was a scam to get me to pay another 120 bucks. The price was ok but will not own up to there mistakesService: TiresService: Tires

Had a slow leak in a tire. Stopped in and asked them to take a look. They found a puncture in between the treads of the tire and patched the tire. A couple months later and no further problems. Cost was a very reasonable $35 and I was in and out of the shop in under an hour with no appointment (stopped in late in the afternoon, after 3pm). Very satisfied.

I've taken my last three older cars to them for more than a decade, and they are always affordable, friendly, very honest and trustworthy. They do way more than tires! My 97 Honda's cooling system failed this weekend, and they quickly diagnosed and replaced it within 2 days. In the past I've had my brakes done, used car checks, dock sensor, wiring issues, new tires, and they even fixed my broken hood latch once and didn't charge me. I always trust their recommendation. Before I found them the places I had been taking my car always left me feeling unsure if they did a thorough job or if they were fixing things unnecessarily and overcharging me. Not the case at all with Urbana True Tires. Thanks so much Ryan and Rich!

Was looking for four tires. I had tried other places around town, but after coming here this was were I wanted to get them from. I was satisfied with customer service I received here. The staff here was straight to the point, gave me all the information I wanted to know and they were honest. Just by talking with them I felt they were going to do a quality job w/ my car and they did. I would recommend coming here. Thanks Urbana Tire Tires.

Brought my 05 Honda in for a noisy wheel well issue thinking it could make for a big expensive repair, but they didn't take advantage of me and were honest, found the issue (which turned out to be a rusty part that was ever so slightly out of place), and repaired it quickly for free! Horrible service my tire was messed up within 3 weeks and the tire off my mud flaps off I paid well over 600 for a tire to be messed up already
