Twice now I call before I go in and they assure me they have my oil filter in stock, only to show up and have them tell me they actually don't. Then they have the gall to charge me the exact same amount of money, but I have to go buy my own filter and then come back. There was a $2 credit on the receipt for buying my own filter. Total rip off and old fat guy doesn't care and won't bother to update inventoryEDIT:I have a stock oil filter. You guys are just really really stupid. I've explained this multiple times. I have a 2020 RAM EcoDiesel. It has no aftermarket parts at all. You're just wrong and refuse to listen or even bother to check. I've never had this issue anywhere else. It's just you

I just got my oil changed on my 2013 Lexus RX350 and it was truly a fast and great experience. I legit got in and out in about 10 to 15 mins. They offer to put new wipers on and top off my antifreeze for a very reasonable cost. I can express enough having trust in local places like this one in particular. Will be bringing my other vehicles and friends to this business great job again

Would give a zero if I could. Just save yourself money and don't take your car here. They will put locktite on your drain plug.

Fastest oil change service in Champaign County from my experience. Always friendly staff and they look up your vehicle when you pull in so that they can see your service history before you even exit your vehicle. $74 for an oil change seems a bit steep, after being used to paying $35-40. That being said, the people were very friendly and professional. The price is honestly the only reason for 3 stars. The people working were great.

Horrible. There was something wrong with their credit card machine. They kept running my credit card over and over so much it looked me out of my account. I had to go to the bank and get it fixed

Wonderful techs. Very knowledgeable and understanding. Took time to discuss options and showed me the old filters giving me the option to swap out rather than charge and send on my way. Got my van in immediately with zero wait. We've gone here pretty much every time we need an oil change. The staff is always friendly and helpful. The prices are reasonable and service is quick. If something truly needs to be done (air filter needs to be replaced) they will explain/show you and you make the call. It's nice not having to wait a long time.

not only are they always fast, but they also vacuumed my floor mats and left them looking amazing, which wasnt expected (I was actually a little embarrassed because my floor mats were pretty gross). Really appreciated that, thank you so much!

I have been a customer of Speed Lube for years. I have always been pleased with the service which I thought was quick and decently friendly. I just had my oil changed 3 days ago but was still experiencing a brake warning light. My receipt noted that my brake fluid was full so I crossed that off. Parking brake was not on, brake pads were new. I took our vehicle to our mechanic to find out what was going on to find out that our brake fluid was indeed not full. Once the fluid was added, the light went off. I am a little frustrated at having to pay to have fluid added to my vehicle when I just paid $55 for a full service change only days ago. Mostly, I am disappointed that all these years I may have not been getting what I was paying for.

Friendly crew. Quick and efficient. I'm glad they're willing to accept and use customer-provided additives. I've always stopped by during the noon hour and I've never had to wait to get in.

I just went to get my oil change here and wow. What an amazing staff. Everyone was very friendly and got me in and out. I had brought my dog and they were super friendly with her. Fast and efficient!!!...I had a bad experience from the one on Springfield Avenue and went to Jiffy lube on Neil St. They only had two people and told me it was going to be a 50 minute wait. I took a chance on Cunningham Speed lube and I am not disappointed...Thank you.

Been here twice. Both times were impressive. The only place you can leave 20 min before work and get oil changed on the way. Fast. No upsell for me, never showed me some other car's dirty air filter. Or mentioned the cabin air filter. Oil almost exactly on the high mark of the dipstick. But I have only been once.

No nonsense here! I paid for the higher grade synthetic oil, which came with a few perks which was really nice. Drove my car cross country the next day and have had no issues, so I will be back. Special shout out to the woman (I didnt get her name ) who handled my car, who was professional, knowledgable and friendly!

I've frequented this location for years and always had good luck. The last visit they left the valve stem cap off of my right front tire. When I arrived my tires were between 32-34psi, when I left my right front was 39 PSI and the other 3 were the same pressure as when I arrived. I'm disappointed to see the quality control has diminished since my last visit.

Having a very limited window to get an oil change today I went to this location around 9:30 AM. Upon arrival, I was motioned in by a young technician that was clearly having a bad morning. He was immediately frustrated with me as I tried to obey his unclear hand motions and once I stopped, he glared at me, glanced at a coworker and then laughed. To which I asked for them to open the doors and let me leave. Not to say that they don't do a good job at other times, but there is no way I'm going to let someone with that kind of attitude touch my car in the first place.
