Sam provided us with excellent sales service throughout the entire process and helped us successfully buy a car that we liked for our daughter. He is very patient, enthusiastic, funny and talkative. Amazing experience! This is my second buying experience with Ben. We requested him because he's always ready to work with. He also gave us a COMPLETE run down on our vehicle when we picked it up. He's knowledgeable, courteous and experienced. He had no trouble finding the vehicle we desired! I will definitely return!

Came here to get a routine maintenance for an oil change/tire rotation. Told Roger I am going on a 14 hr road trip so I wanted to make sure I was safe to drive. He was very considerate and told me I needed new braking pads so he told me to come back again before my trip. So I did and he helped me get squared away quickly and I couldn t appreciate his help.

I recently purchased a car from Napleton Toyota. David Samet (Sam) treated me really well during the sales closure! He is enthusiastic and explains everything in detail!! From the moment we first spoke on the phone to test-driving the car to finalizing the purchase, he provided me with every piece of info I needed and answered to all of my questions. I really recommend Napleton Toyota for purchasing a car!

I have been having an extremely pleasant experience in Napleton Toyota , one of the sales associates. Jim is the son of my landlord. I have been working together with Dax in the sales department to potentially secure a vehicle for my future. I have also worked with a very pleasant individual by the name of Nick in the service department, who s attention to detail is to be commended and that s coming from a 10 year intelligence analyst in the military community and also the civilian community. If you want your socks, knocked off with Service attention to detail and kindness, head to Napleton Toyota.

We had an excellent experience buying our new Toyota Rav4 Hybrid this week. The first salesperson to spot us on their lot was a nice young new employee, Luis Ramirez Salas. He was respectful, helpful, fun, and genuine. When he didn t know the answer to our questions, he humbly admitted it and immediately researched an answer. His people skills are outstanding and his work ethic is topnotch. He was patient with us senior citizens who needed help with the new technology. Kudos to those involved in hiring Luis! We also noticed that Napleton s appeared to be doing a good job in diversifying their staff overall. We hadn t purchased a vehicle there in 20 years. They ve impressively improved!

I was blown away. Seriously. Sam was fantastic, and he was attentive to what I needed, extremely personable, and did everything he could to ensure I got the best deal I possibly could. It was undoubtedly my best experience anywhere with a auto park, car sales place. I would 100% reccomend asking for Sam if you go to Napeltons to purchase any new/used vehicles.

Nick Rice was very courteous and professional. Got my car in for routine service even though it wasn t on the schedule (I scheduled online). Recommended additional service items but was not pushy about getting those done at this service. Great experience. Wish there were more new cars on the lot to look at but that seems to be the norm these days, unfortunately. Nice, clean and quite waiting area. Thanks Nick!

I was so stressed out after my Toyota corolla crashed and total my 2019 car! I need the car right away for work and such; I call Napleton, they didn't have the car that I wanted, it seems like no one know when the car going to come in! I was almost in tears of frustration! I almost went somewhere else to get a car just so I can get to work, but my heart always set on Toyota! Just when I was giving up hope of getting the car I want, I got a call from Ben Starks from call center at Napleton Urbana; Ben told me what's going on, though I didn't get my car that day, but Ben kept me updated and he even worked late waiting to see if the car I wanted came in, and it did! He texted me to let me know that the car I wanted was there and he informed me that he's going to do everything he can so it can be ready for me the next day! The next day was Ben's day off, but he went in to make sure I got my car! I love my new. You guessed it, Corolla! I won't write 20 pages long about Ben Starks, but he's definitely my super hero, and I won't go anywhere else for my future car, but Napleton and talk to Ben before I buy new car!

Sam did a wonderful job helping us pick out our 2024 Highlander. He went above and beyond to get us exactly what we wanted and spent a lot of time teaching us all the features of the vehicle. I would highly recommend him to anyone!

I had the honor of having Mr. Nick Rice as my advisor during my time here at Toyota Napleton and he was incredibly helpful. He assisted me with every question and request I had in a very timely and kind manner. He was even able to find a student discount for me when I asked, which is very much appreciated. I have never had a bad experience at this location because of the wonderful people that work there! Highly recommended!

Worked with Ben Starks to purchase a 2024 Camry Hybrid. Ben was extremely helpful in finding the right car for us, setting a price we all agreed on, and explaining all of the features that came with the new car. Nick was amazing and so nice. Some squirrel seems to have gotten in my engine area and chewed some wires. On his advice, I talked to my insurance and they covered everything. Nick helped me through the process and kept me updated as the appraisal and repair was completed. Afterwards, he explained ways to prevent this from happening again. Would definitely come back again (hopefully not due to another squirrel).

Once again another great experience here! My service advisor Nick B is aweome. He is understanding, honest, and his technical knowledge of the vehicle is impressive. As a technician myself we where able to "talk shop" about the work, diagnosis, and future service needs. Also the tech. That performed the repair from a visual inspection did a clean, and thorough job.

Jim worked with us to close the deal on the car of our dreams. He was mindful of the time considering we picked up the truck just a few hours before I was heading to work. The original truck we reserved was on hold for over a month so Jim found a way for us to get the exact same truck that we wanted. Luckily, we got to drive the first 2024 Tacoma in the Chambana area! I took our Toyota 4Runner in to get a new battery. Our service rep, Roger, was very helpful and made every effort to make it a pleasant experience. We had delayed some service that the 4Runner needed. Roger fit us into the schedule for the additional service and provided transportation so we did not have to sit and wait. Overall, a very good experience.

I bought my car elsewhere however I have my car serviced here. They have done almost all of the work on my car. I have been very satisfied. When I need a ride or pick up they take care of me. The folks in the service department are fantastic.

Nick Rice is the best!! Nick reached out via text to assist me in scheduling a service appointment for my car. It s not that I m slow and didn t know how, it s because I m slow and kept forgetting to set an appointment up. Within a few text exchanges Nick had me scheduled and job was quick! He made sure I had all the information I needed to help with service decisions and went out of his way to make sure I was satisfied with this visit! As always, great company, great brand, amazing culture, and great customer service!!

Didn t have a good experience. This is my third time buying from there. First two times were excellent this time they didn t even look at my car to assess how much it was for a trade and went by what the Internet estimated I can t believe my car depreciated $10,000 in 6 months ,it s way below than what it should ve been. I went to the Toyota side first asking for assistance in looking at 2 vehicles, which were not Toyotas, and he said that he didn t know anything about the cars and to go to the other side of the building and that someone could help me over therewhen I mentioned that I ve been dealing with Bruce Andress for the last two cars that I bought and asked if he still worked there , because I trust him, Matt just said I don t know what he s doing and I walked away. Should ve known right then to just walked out the door. poor customer service.

Bruce Andree has helped me twice with a purchase of a new car. He has been beyond helpful and great with the entire process. No games and no tactics. Everything was great!! He is definitely responsible! Find him next time!
