Edit:The head of service and parts, Derek Scroggins, called me and offered to fix the squeakiness in my car for free, plus give me a full detail on my car! Zack double checked with the service person, and also took a test drive with me.... and no more squeaking! My car looks great too with the full detail. Thank you Napleton, especially Derek for calling and making things right.DO NOT EVER BRING YOUR CAR HERE ESPECIALLY IF YOU HAVE A KIAI have brought my Kia here a couple times before and have had some issues with them, but nothing that we couldn't work out. After this past experience with them though, I will never go here again and neither should you!My car was broken into and attempted to be stolen. I got my car towed to napleton because I need a window and a quarter glass fixed as well. I also have a weird squeaking in my car when I go over bumps and when it idles. When I asked about that I was told it was related to the brakes and rotors. I was quoted $700 for the brakes and rotors. Expensive, but I was willing to pay it for it if it meant the squeaking in my car was going to be gone. I even doubled check with him over email and confirmed this with him.Flash forward to when I picked my car up today. I was given a check from insurance for the repair, but checked with the Kia service advisor (Zach) multiple times as he told me insurance had already paid him. This was over email. Well, when I went to pick it up, he told me he never got a check for the repair. I told them I communicated with Zach and that he told me insurance had already paid for it. When I tried to show Zach, the lady at the desk, and Justin, the service manager the emails, Zach said, "it sounds like it was just a miscommunication since we didn't talk over the phone." Which is rich since you always wait forever on hold when you call them, and then you always get sent to voicemail. The service lady also essentially insinuated I was stupid for thinking the 1,200 repair of the glass was already paid for by insurance, even though Zach told me it was already paid for.So I paid for the repairs. They give me the key to the car, and I start to put my stuff in the back AND THERE IS STILL SHATTERED GLASS EVERYWHERE. THEY WERE JUST GONNA GIVE ME MY CAR WITH BROKEN GLASS EVERYWHERE. Obviously I am fuming, so I storm in there and tell them they didn't even vacuum up the broken glass. Justin, the service manager, comes and just say "okay I'll take it back and vaccuum it." Never even apologized to me.Get my car back and I start driving AND THE SQUEAKY NOISE IS STILL HAPPENING. I run back inside and tell them this, and Zach asks if he can come and take a ride in my car which I say yes. We take a ride and he says it's the glovebox, which there is a squeaking when you press against it which I figured out by Zach pressing on it. However, it still makes a squeaky sound when the car idles. I expressed my frustrations because he and the mechanic said the squeaking was apart of the brakes and rotors being fixed. He basically just said "sorry I don't know what to say." I SPENT 700 DOLLARS FOR THE THING I ASKED TO BE FIXED NOT FIXED.Also when he came in my car he gave me a half hearted apology and say "sorry we're short on line service people right now that's why it didn't get vacuumed up." It takes literally 5 minutes to vacuum glass out of the car.Just don't go here unless you want to have all these problems and people to be rude to you. I would literally rather drive 3 hours away from here to get repairs done on my car then do it here again.

Paul was great. Came in to have the oil changed and brake flush on my 13 Ford Edge. He was helpful and quick to respond to my questions. Definitely will return for other vehicle services!

I took my Hyundai Kona in for an oil change and it was my first time there and I was very thankful to Kami for helping me through the process she also informed me of a recall and set up for them to deal with that at the Sam time so I didn t need to make another appointment! Overall a good experience!

Everytime I have service done on my car they're always so helpful and make sure I'm getting the best service.....when I had to have a rental car they gave me a great car and no hassle .....everyone in this dept is awesome I could name them but afraid I will leave someone out and they all need to be recognized for the great service they provideThank you again Napleton Service Dept. Brought my VW Jetta for an in service. I ve made an online appointment a few days prior. CJ was attentive. My car was ready for pick up within two hours upon drop off. Definitely will be back for future maintenance.

Angel was great! She was so friendly, kind, and fun! Greatly appreciated her help with getting my car taken care of. I was there for an oil change. BTW, my car is not brand new and doesn't have any warranty. Ms. Kami did a great job of following up with me through every steps ofrom dropping off the car, to the end. She personally guided me to my car. She sent me links via text for each step of the process. She also sent me the whole report as a PDF file and in paper form. She was helpful, and I appreciate her efforts.

I was greeted and checked in as soon as the doors opened. Kami walked me through the services my car was due to receive. When I told her that I felt more comfortable waiting to address non-urgent issues, she was more than agreeable to remove those services. Additionally, I used the shuttle service to get to my office. Ron and I had a nice conversation the whole way there, and he let me know I could expect him to pick me up to take me back to my car this afternoon. Greeted by wonderful Kamilyn!! Great way to start the morning!!! She is very lovely and amazing person! Her upbeat personality make you feel very comfortable and knowing that your vehicle is being taking care while you are away. She even offer a valet service while waiting for my car being service! This is the first time have gone outside my dealership for an oil change. She was wonderful answering all my questions and giving me recommendations and she is not pushy like Services Advisor I dealt in the past. She definitely the face of this company! If I could give Angle Bennett a higher rating than 5 stars, it would be like 20 stars. She was super friendly throughout the process of my wife's car engine replacement. She even sent me a text to say that she was going on vacation and gave me the name of a contact person at Napleton's service center should the car be finished before she got back from vacation. Furthermore, she texted me at every step along the way. If you go to Napelton's for car service, ask for her by name. She will be my go-to person in the future! Thank you, Angle for your hard work and dedication to the customers.

We had a recall and wind noise issue fixed today. Kami our advisor set it up so we could do both at the same time. She also was able to have the maintenance team do our scheduled oil change and tire rotation. We really appreciate her and Napleton s of Urbana taking care of our needs. The service shop and department are both horrible. Their diagnostic fee of $160 applies to anything big or small whether you tell them the exact problem or not. Getting through to talk to a human is virtually impossible. Once you do, you normally get a voicemail and they never call back. The responses to bad reviews on this page say they want to make it right, they had several chances and I referred to that while I was dealing with them. They automatically add a tire rotation and change to the bill even though it s never discussed. If I didn t have a vehicle under warranty from there I d never do business with this service shop. Take it to your local mechanic or find one because the quotes I get from Napletons are always 3-4 times what a different shop will do it for.

I just got my car serviced and repair in under 3 hours. Kami helped me with getting my appointment set up, explained in detail everything that would happen, and arranged a shuttle to and from Napleton's. Plus, Kami sent several video explanations of each item that could be repaired. It shows that she cares highly about customer service!

I was just in town for a couple of days to spend Christmas with my daughter and her husband when my tire suddenly went completely flat. I took it to Napleton and Kami took excellent care of me. She explained exactly what happened and presented me with repair options. She was very kind and helpful even though there is little chance of me becoming a repeat customer. This is literally the worst place ever. I ve been trying to get my car fixed for a month now and have called countless times. No one there cares or makes any effort to help me. I ve been told so many times someone would call me back and they never have. I ve emailed and left messages for the service manager and he doesn t care either. I ve only gone here because there s an extended warranty for the door latch on my hyundai. Biggest nightmare ever literally go anywhere else. I ve reported them to corporate hyundai as well
