Told by salesperson Ross it was a perfect vehicle , upon arrival finding hole in back seat, peeling back decal on hood, splatter pattern bleach stains on black upholstery on ceiling above passenger door and rim damage to all four rims. This was a online deal based on distance from where we lived and trusted their salesperson Ross to be honest with us. I called immediate upon delivery about gole in back seat. Idris from Napleton reached out later to try and make situation better at first. Our estimates show $3000 in repairs to make vehicle look the way Ross delivery it. I even asked about holes in seats and if it had burn marks from cigarettes. Ross said it was perfect. I sent back some numbers from estimates I had received and have heard nothing back. I've left a voicemail for Idris and got nothing so far. Hoping for a positive outcome for reality of car described falling way short of Ross's description.

I would like to thank Luis for assisting us and answering our unlimited queries about the specs, and advantages/disadvantages in detail/s of the car. He is very knowledgeable and passionate about what he does. His patience was extraordinary, we sat and talk everything to our satisfaction, and he even went home late just to make sure that all was settled. Also, thanks to the Manager Lance for helping us to decide which car is what we need. Two thumbs up for him explaining figures and beyond! We appreciate your inputs. Overall, I'm very happy and satisfied that I bought the KIA 2024 Sportage X-line from Napleton! No regrets about my purchase. I came to the right dealership. Good customer service!

We recently purchased a third new vehicle from Napleton's VW. Each experience has been great. We worked with Jordan and Idris. Both went the extra mile to make sure we were happy with our purchase, answering many questions as we worked out the deal. The sales and service teams at Napleton's VW have always treated us very well.

Brought my 19yr old to purchase his first nice vehicle! Dealt with MiMi who is the best sales person ever! Very sweet and her and the general manager did everything to get him what he wanted within his budget! Will definitely go back and do business with them again. Even Emma the finance lady was awesome! Good selection of cars at great prices!

I want to start this review by saying I've been a client at Napleton's I purchase multiple vehicles and brought multiple people there to purchase vehicles. Saying that I want to mention Krista Ellington. I've never had a more genuine, generous and personal salesperson help me before in my life. Amazing personality and a great person to have on your staff. I look forward to doing more business with Krista in the future. Can't wait to buy more cars from her!

Gabriel and Jamal teamed up and gave my first and legit car buying experience! Super nice and communicative! The atmosphere was very friendly and welcoming. On March 30 of 2023, my 2015 Kia Sorento had started to die.I met Felishia Sutton, who took the time to help me find a replacement vehicle for the Sorento. Felishia was absolutely amazing. In the fact that she listened to my concerns worked very diligently to find a vehicle that I could afford with the monthly payments and offered as much service as possible, she found me a 2016 GMC terrain with average miles on it in great condition and the payments that I could afford, she allowed me to take it for a test drive to my home and bring it back. She also allowed me to take it to an independent mechanic and have it looked at and use it while I ran to the bank to get the new financing.Felishia Sutton knew that I needed a vehicle that day and she scheduled a post sell detail for the terrain to be done the following Saturday morning at the VW branch of Napleton's, the branch managers name Idris McPherson, was also fantastic in all of his assistance.While I was dealing with Felishia Sutton I had asked her to please look into seeing if the terrain had any recalls that needed to be fixed, and that I would like those scheduled within a week of taking possession of the vehicle, Felishia Sutton promptly looked in her computer to see if the recalls had been completed, and while she could not confirm through the computers, if the recall had been done, she promptly contacted the local GMC dealership in Savoy, and provided them with the Vin number to this vehicle, and provided me with their contact information, she informed me that they were expecting a phone call from me at my convenience.when I pointed out to Felishia Sutton and Mr. Idris McPherson that the truck needed a new radio antenna they both informed me that they would get a new radio antenna for me in just over a week. Which was no big issue for me.My overall experience with Napleton's. This time was 100% different than what it had been in my previous review of this business.I would certainly encourage anyone that is looking for a used vehicle to contact Felishia Sutton or Idris McPherson and deal with either one of them.Felishia Sutton is an absolutely amazing sales person. She understood my concerns, and she did not waste my time in trying to find something that I was not interested in.The communication that I had between Miss Sutton, and myself was very prompt and responsive within a reasonable amount of time.I was asked if I was going to be dropping off the vehicle for its post detail wash, and when I informed Miss Sutton that I would be, she was happy with it, and she wanted to make sure that everything was taken care of promptly.I cannot say enough good things about Felishia Sutton or Idris McPherson the VW branch manager, they both were more than willing to work with me to get me out of the Kia Sorrento and in to the GMC terrain.Idris, Mcphereson, and Felishia Sutton both took the time to explain to me that because of the fact that the Kia Sorento was eventually going to need a new engine that they could not do a trade-in on the vehicle however, both Idris Mcphereson and Felishia Sutton had stated that they would be willing to purchase the Kia Sorento however, it would be a minimum amount because it would be going to auction because of the problems.I am proud to say that my experience with Napleton s overall was a 110% turnaround from my first experience with them. Everyone from Jessica at the Kia branch of Napleton s to. Felishia Sutton and Idris McPherson did an absolutely amazing job at assisting me in making the best decision for myself, and doing everything that they could to find me a reliable vehicle.I certainly would encourage anyone who is looking for a new or used vehicle to please see Felishia Sutton or Idris Mcphereson for the next vehicle, you will not be disappointed in the service that you receive from either one of them.

Roger from Napleton's, has been my service advisor for my Toyota Tacoma I purchased from this place back in 2020. These guys are efficient and they communicate really well. There is never a doubt in my mind that things will be taken care of when I come here. There is a lot of mistrust out there when it comes to auto mechanics and dealerships, but this place has always gone above and beyond for me. I am so glad I bought my truck from these guys!

Banessa and Micah are the best. I was rude because my engine messed up and they were still very professional and helped me. Everything was covered on warranty, they made sure I had a car to drive while mine was in the shop. They went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. They have nice cars, but good luck at getting accurate information from anyone once you buy one. They ran my credit four times for one sale. Their departments do not talk to each other. Overall, I had a bad experience. I don t recommend doing business with this place.

The Napleton crew is the best!! Reese was so kind and personable, and despite being so busy on a Saturday- he made time to make sure we were good during our visit and worked with us on getting the best deal possible. Went to Napleton Toyota today bc I was interested in a 2023 Toyota Camry. A young lady named Allyson had helped answered all the questions & concerns I had. She was extremely helpful. Will definitely come back again
