Brian does an amazing job! From the beginning to the end he communicates everything that's going to happen and it just makes it so much easier on you as the customer who's bringing your beloved car into a shop. I am so happy with my vehicle and will definitely recommend Fifth Dimension to anyone.

These people are so awesome, I had a peace of metal go through my 14 year old car by my back door, plus torn off the door guard. They were able to fix it plus another spot I had. You can t even tale that it had some body work done, They match the paint up perfectly. They are also the nicest bunch of people. I would highly recommend them to anybody

Brian Reynolds at the Urbana location did an amazing job from start to finish! The communication was clear and timely, his attention to detail was on point and he got the work I needed done so quickly I still can t believe it. The level of care and work at Urbana Fifth Dimension is outstanding and I highly recommend taking your cherished vehicles here! I m a customer for life!

I messed up my side mirror, so I ordered one from a salvage shop and brought everything to 5th Dimension. They gave me several different scenarios with different price quotes, did not pressure me, were able to take care of me the same day (even though I didn't have a reservation and hadn't called), gave me a ride home, finished EARLIER than expected, and delivered the car to me completely cleaned, inside and out. Smooth and pleasant and exceeded every expectation!

I have used Fifth Dimension twice, both for damaged side view mirrors. Each time, I have had a great experience.Fifth Dimension is fast, do quality work, and have excellent customer service. Brian is very kind and professional, as well as his secretary at the front desk. I cannot recommend Fifth Dimension enough!

Took car in for a repair was quoted at one shop 450 to start and 5 days. Went to 5d 240 one day to repair not only quick but outstanding work plus they cleaned interior of car. Only one place to go in champaign urbana area. Plus staff were the best.

Amazing customer service!!! Brian is so nice and explains things very well. I've had two repairs done here and both times they went above and beyond my expectations both times!! I highly recommend taking your vehicle here for body repairs, you won't regret it!

This is the 3rd time I have used Fifth Dimension to repair my Rav 4. Twice for "minor dings" but in February it was "major" repairs. I will recommend anyone to Fifth. They are very friendly and everything is explained thoroughly. Paint matches perfectly! Mr Reynolds and the Fifth crew are a Class Act!!

Right after I got my side mirror fixed, I did something colossally stupid w my bumper. I brought my car back here, they were very kind, offered me different options, trying to find the most cost effective solutions. The car looks incredible, and came back w a spotless interior as well. I cannot endorse them highly enough!

They did an amazing job with there constantly and timing on helping me. I had an issue with my bumper and immediately they took me in and fixed the problem. They are so efficient on urgency and caring about there customers. I was blessed to have my car fixed that day due to the minor issue. I am beyond grateful. I appreciate there dedication and ther loving spirits. I also was giving good advice about preventons from future acquiring issues. Thank you!

Had a great experience at this place! They were honest and up-front about pricing, breaking down the cost of each repair, explaining what was necessary and what could be skipped, and working with me to tailor the estimate to get the repairs I wanted and stay within my budget. Better pricing than other places around town where I had received quotes, and got me in MUCH sooner than other places I had gotten quotes from. Even finished earlier than they estimated, and the repairs are beautiful. I was paying out of pocket for repairs on an older vehicle, and other places in town were not respectful of my attitude towards my car. I wanted to repair my car back to good cosmetic shape since it is in good internal shape otherwise and keep driving it - other places in town were judgmental that I wanted to put money into this car instead of getting a new one. I felt like both me and my car that I love were respected here!!

Brian and his team took great care of me and did very good work repairing my vehicle after I was recently rear-ended. They kept me informed all throughout the process. Explained what needed done and why. They used high quality parts. They kept me updated and handled everything with my insurance company and even got them to extend my car rental when it took longer than insurance initially allowed. They did excellent work on my car. I wouldn t hesitate to return to Fifth Dimension if I ever needed Collision repair services again.

We went in to have them replace a broken side mirror. With vehicles being the way they are these days it was more complicated than just putting the new mirror on. There is technology connected to blind spot monitoring, heated mirrors, and electronics working in concert with the rest of monitoring features. They were upfront, honest, and super friendly. They answered all of our questions, and were kind when we needed them to explain further. They completed the job quickly and well. We were very pleased with their work and will absolutely go back if we need any more work done on any of our vehicles. We can't recommend them highly enough.

Time wasn't so kind to my vinyl stripes and 360R decals, the car really needed a fresh coat of paint after 20 years. Thanks to Brian and Danny at 5D my Roush is nicer than new. The pictures don't even do it justice, if you see the car in person... the paint just blows you away. The stripes and 360R are now painted in and set into the paint. I was very pleased that our funeral coach looked like new again. They were aware the we needed to put it back in service as soon as possible and they followed through. I will use them again when needed. I have also used them with my personal vehicles.

5D did it again! We took our 2021 Yukon Denali to 5th Dimension in Urbana to have the chrome delete done along with a Black & Blue Color Match. The Yukon was brand new and already looked amazing but the 5 D team was able to transform the amazing into stunning in just a few weeks. The amount of detail and care to each item that was paint matched for this project are too many to list so I will let the pictures speak for themselves. 5D has completed 3 vehicle paint to match projects for us over the past 3 years and also repaired damages to our company truck. No matter what the job is 5D will make sure it is perfect and we will not take our vehicles anywhere else.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Lexi, Meagan, and Brian's care and concern made the unfortunate experience of a vehicle accident as seamless as possible. We genuinely appreciate all of their extra efforts, especially when dealing with our insurance company. This was also noticed by our insurance company's claims adjuster, who mentioned being impressed with their diligence and thoroughness. Keep up the great work!Peace.

Fifth Dimension Collision of Urbana was the perfect choice for me. I have a 1972 Z28 Camaro that needed a little T.L.C. Brian Reynolds and crew refurbished the paint and added a couple of coats of clear to her . I am very picky about her and I couldn't be happier. She has a mirror finish! Fantastic job! Thanks again Brian and all involved. I highly recommend this place.

They did a good job realigning my door and the car frame after a wind gust tried to blow my door off. Unfortunately, it got lost in the translation that my window was scraping something, which was mostly why I brought it in, and that problem got worse. I brought it back in and they were able to realign everything at no additional charge, so I'm very happy with the outcome.

Fantastic job! My f-150 had some dents from rock on country roads, but someone opened their door into my driver door in a parking lot. Fifth Dimension was able to remove all of the dents without damaging the paint. The best part is that they were able to do it for less than my insurance deductible. The dent on the drivers door was on the line. I was sure I would still be able to see imperfections. I have gone over it over and over and it looks like new. They even buffed out a few scratches, washed the truck, and vacuumed the interior. Excellent service, upfront price, and above and beyond. I would definitely refer them.

I cannot say enough good things about Fifth Dimension. They inspected my flooded vehicle and took the time to go over every detail of my car. They determined my vehicle was a total loss and explained thoroughly why it would not be safe to drive in the future. They made the whole experience easy and were very professional about the job at hand. I would take my other vehicles there in a heartbeat if I had issues. Very nice staff to deal with.

I was referred to Fifth Dimension when I wanted a lift for my Jeep. From the first conversation Brian was very polite and easy to work with. I had several questions about all of the appropriate parts to order, which parts work best with each other, etc. On the day of the install I forgot to purchase something, and before I could even call around to find it, Brian had found it and brought it to the shop so he could continue with the install. This experience was amazing and I recommend anyone looking for this type of work to contact Brian!

The personnel at 5th Dimension Collision and Repair went over and beyond to repair my Mustang. Although the car is ten (10) years old, they understood the sentimental value that I placed on our vehicle. Aside from working with the insurance company they absolutely went the extra mile to repair/restore in a timely and professional manner. I CAN'T imagine why anyone would even consider using a different company! I will endorse this company and recommend them to family, friends and associates anytime that require this service.
