Just left this store, stood at the counter for about 10-15 mins and made eye contact with three employees. None of which said a word to me, even when one walked right past me while waiting in line. Maybe I picked the wrong day?

Had a Stihl trimmer that was having some issues. Took it to one place and was told they couldn t repair it and asked to keep it, lol.Took it here to Dust & Son and they repaired the trimmer and we had it back within a few days. The price to repair it was reasonable and affordable. I believe it was Larry who I seen. He was friendly and remembered me from the previous day I had came in to inquire about servicing our trimmer. He also gave me information I didn t know about other string trimmers. I would recommend this place. Especially if you have Stihl products that need serviced. Thanks Larry!

Great Place to get parts and Sthl Products. If something ain't right they would do their very best to make it right. A good man named Larry is who I always deal with and he always makes things work out the best he can.

Dust & Son is my go to store for repairs of lawn equipment. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and more important, they listen to your concerns. Had an edger that would not start and took it to a Dust & Son competitor until they gave me the runaround on repairs. After hearing good things from others, I took it to Dust & Son and the staff member diagnosed the problem immediately. In my opinion, Dust & Son falls into that rare category of a fair and honest business with reasonable pricing.
