Visiting from out of state and punctured a tire. James graciously patched it as a walk-in in the last hour of the day on a Sunday and topped up all the air in the tires. Excellent communication and service by the whole team. Thank you for helping me get my trip quickly back on track!

We love Blaine's. We go there for lots of odds and ends for our kid's farm and for our house as well. The staff is also always nice and very helpful, which is one of the main reasons we keep going back.

4 stars instead of 5 because I took my car here for them to test the battery and they told me that my battery was good - they told me that my car was having trouble starting because it's cold outside. Went to leave and my car wouldn't start. Turns out the battery was not good at all. Replaced the battery and the car runs great now. I have no idea why they told me the battery was good the first time they tested it.

They helped me out by patching up my tire and I was able to make it back home to Seattle WA. Thank you guys for the help. Also it was a Sunday and they were awesome

Unless you're looking for a simple oil change, I absolutely would NOT ever take your car here.Short story is that I took my car here for a wheel alignment, and they told me they cannot do the alignment because my steering rack and pinion needed to be replaced. Ryan made it seem like my rack and pinion was very damaged and dangerous. I bought my own part and took it in and they replaced the rack and pinion. I left the shop thinking my vehicle was safer than I brought it in, but I was terribly wrong. After the repair I noticed a faint screeching noise coming from the front end. I drove home 2.5 hours away and scheduled an appointment with my trusted mechanic from my home town (I'm a college student at UIUC) and my trusted mechanic informed me that not only was the outer tie rod end missing a rubber dust/water protecter boot, but my CALIPER BOLTS were MISSING from my left front caliper/breaks. Meaning that either they put these bolts on loose, or forgot to put them on completely. My trusted mechanic told me that these missing bolts could have resulted in my breaks failing completely.It's also worth mentioning that before I took my car in for this alignment, my trusted mechanic had done a lot of inspections and work on my car before I left for school so that it would be unlikely for me to run into any issues while I was there. It was 4 months in between the time my trusted mechanic last looked at my car, and these farm and fleet "mechanics" did. He seems to think my rack and pinion likely did not need replacing. Between buying the part and paying for labor, I spent around $600 just to leave this Farm & Fleet Auto shop in a car that was more dangerous than when I brought it in. And in result, paid my trusted mechanic another $180 for inspection and replacement of the missing parts. Which is a lot for a student who is already in thousands of dollars of debt from school.I'm writing this review to warn all others not to let this place work on your car unless you're just looking for an oil change. I personally wouldn't even bring my car back for that. How do you forget to put on caliper bolts?Services: Vehicle Inspection, Wheel alignment, Auto maintenance

Very helpful group of guys working when I was there. Made an appointment, got me in and did a quick job. They also went over the warranty with me and made sure I knew I could come back in if I had tire issues again. They were busy, but took time and didn't rush me out the door.

Went in to get a quote a few years back on tires in the auto center. Person working the front desk just kept on sighing loudly and literally dragging his hands across the desk to truly express how much he hated being there.

Two men sitting at computer, no cars in the bays, yet I was told they did not have time to fix a tire, 3 hours before closing time. I had called the store customer service from the highway and was told to come over and the tire service would help me.

Told me they could fix my tire in a particular time slot. Wasted my entire day and before they called an told me they couldn't work on it until 3 days later.

Tried to schedule service twice at this location and was cancelled twice but instead of calling to tell me I drove all the way in with brakes and tires that needed changed only to be turned away. I would not waste my timeServices: Tires, BrakesServices: Tires, Brakes
