The guy that helped me I didn't get his name but he went out if his way to contact me and didn't forget about us little guys . He called told me tires were in and when I got there helped me load them and was very nice and professional. I will recommend anyone to come here very good prices and friendly. Great svc...

They are amazing! I bought my car there a little over a year ago and it was by far the best car buying experience I have ever had! No pressure at all! My car had a head to toe warranty for a year. During this time it was driving a little off . They couldn t figure it out so I though I just needed an alignment. So by the time I bought new tires and an alignment, the warranty has already expired and I came to find out it needed a new rack and pinons. I of course was disappointed it was finally figured out after the warranty expired. So I made an appointment to have it fixed but ai thought I would ask them if they would cover it since there was signs of it acting up but they couldn t figure it out during the warranty. I figured the worst they would say is no but it was worth a shot. Not only did Bob cover it and had it fixed, he loaned me a vehicle to drive while it was being fixed. Zach is amazing to deal with! Dan the man as I call him was always so friendly and great with fixing my car and so honest! Bob is the best and truly cares about his customers! I will probably never buy another car from anywhere else! I am sold on being a customer for Life! Give them a shot!

Ordered a part from them and it ended up not working or fixing my problem. But they was good on the return and very helpful on solving my issue. Not the 1st time I've used their services before. I'd recommend them if you can use their services to fix a problem.

This place really helped me out. I needed a new wheel and tire or I couldn t drive home for spring break. After Zack told me the wheel would have to be ordered in and could take till Monday, I asked if there was anything that could be done so that I could drive home. After some smart thinking and examining the rim, he was able to find a solution. I am incredibly thankful for this shop and Zack s help because now I can drive home for break!!!!

Amazing shop especially with Zack around from front desk he really helped me when I was in a pickle and was able to order my needed tire on my Tahoe quickly and the tire did not have any issues at all.

I have been to bill smith several times for various things. Great friendly people! I have picked up good rims at an affordable price, a couple of used hub bearings and a rear differential . The rear differential is normally a very expensive part new but the used one was much cheaper ! Whenever there was something I needed to return(not often) they took it right back no questions asked. The parts I used were all good and affordable. Great place to go if you want to fix a car without spending a fortune on parts!
