Always helpful, my last visit, I special ordered a part for my vehicle. My car got worse while waiting for the part to arrive, so I took my car to the shop. They determined my car didn't need the part I ordered, to be replaced, the issue was something else entirely. At Auto Zone, they're were cool about refunding the part, had to bring in the receipt, then all was good. Any other times I need anything from Auto Zone, they're always in stock of your basic needs like oil, light bulbs for your car, some tools for vehicles, batteries etc... never had a bad experience with Auto Zone all my years with them, in all locations I've been to, across states, great customer service consistency throughout the nation! It's hard to find consistent quality customer service in businesses these days, so this is my go-to place for Auto needs.

I went in for a tail light and Mike noticed something wrong with my car and helped me out with no problem. Adam is ultimately a great manager. The two hand in hand deserve a raise. Great work, fellas.

Needed to fix something on the RV. Had 13 hours to drive. These guys were open July fourth and lent us a creeper dolly to do repairs in the parking lot.

I go here every three months and the employees are always friendly and helpful. I've never had an issue here and if a part isn't available in the area I have it shipped here

Didn't get his name but the guy with the long hair has always been so helpful. Have gotten help from him in the past as well and he made an impression. I really appreciate his good attitude.

They had close to what I wanted. I would like to know why I as a customer have to wear a face covering when the staff aren't even wearing them correctly. I don't mind the staff not wearing a mask, but don't make me wear one if you're not going to.

Came in for a free engine light diagnostic. Was helped by Derek W. He checked the car, gave me print outs, showed me where the problem was and explained what needed to be done. Answered my hundreds of questions. Even made a personal call to help get me a good recommendation of where to get the work done. I so appreciate his patience and time to get me the info I needed. I am also very happy with the service at the location he recommended.

Steve greeted me, helped me find the elusive bulb I needed, showed me how to check the coolant level, changed the bulb, and even helped me carry things out to the car; all if this without making me feel bad about not knowing how to do it.I have never had this level of attention from any car-parts shop.By far the best experience I have ever had! I am now a fan of this location.A++ for sure!

Today, I had the pleasure of having the assistance of Derek w., who has gone above and beyond his duties at auto zone. He came to my home after he was off work, to help me put in a good battery and take out an old one. He has gone above and beyond his duties and title to help. What a great guy. He not only deserves a pat on the back, but a raise as well.what exceptional customer service and willingness to lend a helping hand.

I m loving the reviews saying that this place needs some real knowledge. It s a chain auto parts store. Would you go to a McDonalds and expect any real knowledge on the culinary arts? No. Have some perspective.With that, here s five.

Absolutely terrible service!!! I will never visit this store again!!!! I walked the employee was tending to another customer so waited. He asked what I needed I told him and he said wait until he finishes the next customer and the people he had on hold. I waited. Literally 9 other customers came in and he tended to them while I was still waiting! I said excuse did you forget about me?! He got a very bad attitude and said " your gonna have to wait until I finish them your not buying anything anyway!" Excuse me but I wouldn't have came in if I wasn't gonna purchase anything!!! After 45 minutes and the way he talked to me I just walked out. They will never receive my business again and I'm calling to make a complaint tomorrow!!!

Worst service I've ever gotten in my entire life. The girl working made it blatantly obvious that she didn't want to do her job, pouting and sighing the entire time and making "smart" comments. She continued to act this way in front of the manager, who did nothing about it. Had I not already turned my truck off (which had been jumped and had a dead battery) I would have just left and gone somewhere else.

Get my car's plate light fixed and air filter changed easily and cheaply. The employee is awesome. They helped me. I will go there again 2 months later to get Freon added.

Everyone was friendly and so helpful! Although they were not 100% able to fix my problem, they went above and beyond calling around to see if someone else could assist me. Awesome!!

Great fast and knowledgeable service here. They have amazing staff who did not hesitate to come right out from behind the counter and assist me. I have been having trouble with my car battery for the last week and literally in 10 min the staff here have changed my whole week around. Thanks to all those who helped. I would definitely recommend this auto zone location to all of those in the Champaign/ Urbana area !

Thankfully allowing people to still do engine checks.This is why I only shop here for oil and car accessories. Also best giftcards for male Xmas gifts!My gas cap finally died after 80k miles and fixed it quick.Engine light has already gone off.

Just like all automotive parts stores as soon as you walk in they bug you if you need help. Let people walk around and browse, I'm sure if I need help I know where the front counter is. Some of the workers are nice, helpful, and knows their stuff, but most rely on the computer and have an attitude.

My truck battery DIED on a Sunday evening--wouldn't even take a jump. The guys at the Urbana AutoZone were 10 minutes from closing. Not only were they willing to help me, but 2 other people who arrived less than 5 minutes to close. I bought a battery, and one man stayed to help their last customer;the other drove 4 blocks away to install my battery and take away the old one, while standing in snow. By the time we were done, it was well past 8 pm.These two blessed me greatly, and I am a fan for life!!

I just made what is apparently a horrendous mistake, and called this AutoZone and asked the same employee the same question a few days apart. I don't recall the name of the young gentleman working at 1:00pm on Nov. 1, 2017, but he certainly let me know how displeased he was at my having the audacity to ask him the same question twice by raising his voice to me, speaking to me in what felt like a condescending and mocking tone. Anyway, a customer should definitely never feel insulted and ashamed after calling a business simply to ask a question...
