Had a good experience with them. My car is working great, had a starter replaced. Good customer service and quick repair. Also, appreciated the mechanic bringing to my attention parts of my vehicle that were in need of repair soon.

Under new management! Took my vehicle there for oil change. Got right in with no waiting! Everyone was very friendly, mechanic was thorough and quick! Would highly recommend!

We went to get a tire repaired. They said there were two leaks that had to be fixed, one of which was right by the tire pressure sensor so he had to break it and it would be $250 to replace (overpriced????). We obviously wanted a functioning tire and didn't want to spend that much on replacing the sensor, so we said ok break it but we won't replace it now and just fix the leaks. He was a little unhappy about us choosing not to replace the sensor. Next day, we have a completely flat tire!!! So they broke the sensor and left the tire in worse shape than it had been!!! Horrible place. Will never go back.Service: Tires

I took my car to this shop last week and Rob is extremely rude! I am a women so I don t understand much about vehicles, especially engines. He has a smart mouth whenever you re asking him clarifying questions on the phone and in person. I went to go pick up my vehicle and he has no levels of professionalism AT ALL! Charged me $100 for a diagnostic repair, when asked why, he explains in a smart and Condescending manner. When I ask about Aj the owner of the shop, he laughs and says good-luck contacting him. Called me out my name as I was leaving the shop. I would NEVER in my life recommend this shop to ANYONE, especially women. He runs both locations, so please find somewhere else to take your vehicle!I had my boyfriend go up to the shop today because I realized that I did not receive any paperwork regarding the diagnosis that I paid $100+ for so that I can get my car fixed elsewhere and Rob refused to give him my paperwork because I left him a bad review and he received a call from his boss about it. This has absolutely nothing to do with the fact that I paid for something and I have not received the proper documentation for it!Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Engine repair

Recently, Rob & his team saved me thousands of $$$. Long story short: I took my 2015 Subaru Forester to the dealership to diagnose a noise. I was informed by the dealership thatmy transmission needed replaced ASAP. I was devastated! They quoted me $8200 to replace it brand new and $4200 used. Took it to AJ s for a 2nd opinion after the noise all of a sudden stopped. A week prior to bringing it for a 2nd opinion, Rob gave me a quote on a used transmission and was aware of the issue the dealership said needed replaced ASAP!They ran tests and determined that NOTHING was wrong with my SUV! I haven t had any noise or issues since! Thank you Rob!!Service: Transmission repair

Great service along with a friendly and professional staff. My truck had a loud noise coming from the rear end. This was not a DIY project!! Rob found a replacement differential and installed it, saving me money from buying a new one. The truck is 10 years old and was diagnosed with some other minor issues that I wasn't pressured into fixing immediately.

The service so far has been absolutely outstanding. They explained everything in detail that a non automotive person could understand. The atmosphere is very friendly and the technicians were all very knowledgeable and helpful

Not happy the gentleman at the front desk said he can do the work and fix my truck even looked at it I've been set up appointment I dropped the truck off 20 minutes early before appointment and then he calls me two and a half hours later and said he cannot fix it because his boss gave him too much work for the day and he does not have the right part not happy. Will not recommend this company to anyone the guy was full of lies and bull.

Quality service, friendly and professional staff. They patiently go over all needed repairs and only the *needed* repairs. In my experience, I have saved a lot of money here compared to the local Honda dealership. I would not recommend AJj Station because they are conniving thiefs. We took our truck in for a wrench and check engine light on . we were told a wire/line was damaged and needed replaced;next morning i was called and informed all 6 lines needed repaired(job was okayed to be done)I also replace 2 tires. I was called 2 hrs before pick up and informed some other line connected to engine was going bad and needed replaced but i was told that could wait because i didnt have enough. (repair in the amount of 835.00) If i would of had enough they woild of done that repair as well. Truck was picked up, was told all lights off truck good to go to Chicago. 2 blocks into the drive the lights turned back on and vehicle was doing the same thing. Took it back and was told o well the transmission is going out . WHAT!!!!Why would they not mention that first and let me decide if i want to invest 760.00 today(400.00 in 2 weeks and 835.00 in 2 wks from that? ) Of course I asked why would you not say this. I asked for a refund on the tires they can take back and was told no, they were mounted and balance and what the heck are they going to do with them. Of course being upset , robbed a few words were exchanged. The owner of this company needs to change these employees because the shop was not ran this way before. I will never visit this shop again nor recommend. I will let everyone know what type of dishonest, thieves this shop is.

When replacing a hose, they accidentally ripped the wire off my vehicle speed sensor, rendering my speedometer nonfunctional. They asserted this wasn't their fault before investigating, then when they realized what happened, they told me both wires spontaneously corroded at the same time and it was sheer coincidence that this happened while in their shop. This is the level of professionalism and accountability that they offer. There is already a complaint filed with the BBB and if they can't get AJ's to fix the damage they caused, small claims court is the next step.Service: General repairs & maintenance

This is my go-to shop. Karl is the manager, he is the best - no nonsense, doesn t try and sell stuff I don t need. He s even offered to show me on my vehicle why something needs fixed if I am unsure about moving forward with getting something done. They do my general maintenance and have done a large repair on one of my older vehicles as well. Car maintenance is always expensive but their pricing is reasonable and aligns with other local shops, bonus - it s much less than the dealership.

Rob was very rude and cold each time I had to get a recalibration on my machine he charged me almost DOUBLE what Don s did!! I think maybe because I m not a man! Never recommend this place! I m gonna add to this.. your still rude I gave my opinion on how I was treated as a paying customer and you feel it s okay to be rude because I got a DUI??!! Go somewhere else people save yourself the headaches and some money too!

Great friendly professional quick timely service! The manager Rob had me in for a 100k upgrade for my Camry at 8 and called by 2 all done! Totally unprofessional, were not able to pinpoint the cause of the issue and their solution was to keep adding additional charges. They installed a new starter that I didn t actually need to the tune of $600. They could also use a lesson in anger management as well, the employee threw a fit when I finally told them I was taking my business elsewhere and kept me waiting for 25 minutes before finally giving me my keys back. Do not recommend this shop.

This place changed my alternator and the bent back the back pad so bad it's maken noise and then my odometer stopped working. They would not take responsibility for any of it but they talked to us like we was stupid. I'm not stupid just cause I'm a woman. Just another place that will never back there work.

This shop is awesome. I thought I had a DIY project I could do myself. After some frustration in my home garage, I decided to call AJ s who had done work on my wife s van that we were happy with. Matt was great. I didn t get any talking down to or snarky comments sometimes given by highly trained people to the layman who attempted to enter their realm of expertise. Just a genuine desire to help me fix my problem and get back up and running again.We even hit a few snags with parts not being available because the vehicle is new enough Nissan doesn t figure they are needed yet. Well, slight correction, for the plug in piece we needed, you had to buy a whole assembly which seemed crazy and cost five times as much for things not really needed. I just need the one piece Nissan! That would be like Best Buy not selling me an HDMI cord unless I bought a blue ray player to use with my tv.After a couple of creative options that were all favorable, he hooked me up with the simplest and most economical solution.Now I m back up and running. Thanks, Matt, you rock!

Rob was rude and evidently nobody there understood English and the kept parts of my car will not be going back nor would I recommend them. Just a shame that AJ being the guy he is has a guy like that running his business. It's quite a shame

AJ'S is fair and honest. Matt was a great help and always pleasant on the phone and in person. Customer service is a rare find these days BUT AJ'S on Cunningham has it!!

You need to watch out with this guys.. if you pay with credit or debit cad, they will charge you % to use your credit card.. after the charge the fee, they will tell you that you bank charging you that fee. very bad service, not honest.!Service: Steering & suspension repairService: Steering & suspension repair
