Advance employees including Owen and Dustin went above and beyond helping me install a cabin air filter into a Mazda 5. They had a really rough time fitting into the cavity and getting some stripped screws off but were willing to try all the possible options and they were successful in the end. Very cordial and honest. I would trust them to help me again. This establishment has great customer service.

Dustin and Owen were very helpful and friendly! They were honest and went above and beyond, trying every possible solution and not giving up on my hard to reach cabin filter. Would recommend them to my friends and recommend a raise for how hard they work!

I went in for several things and was a bit lost when I walked in. Paul (I believe was his name) immediately helped me find everything I needed, helped me learn a few things, and changed out my headlight bulbs! I will definitely be back here if I need anything else. 10/10

Got a 25% discount from reserving my part (car battery) online. Website was easy to navigate too. Went in to get the battery and they installed it for free even in poor weather. The employees were very friendly, helpful and professional. I would definitely go back again in the future!

Previously had bad experience with AutoZone, because those guys don't know anything about customer service. Since then i found this particular store of AAP, which i really like for following reasons:1) Staff. I have seen many store associates every time i go there and every time i have experienced friendly and knowledgeable service from them. Those guys are honest - don't try to up-sell you. They are helpful - you can ask whatever you want and they definitely know the answer. First visit they advised me on repairs - they even helped pulling the repair quotes from nearby places, so i decided to do repair on my own with parts purchased from them. Second visit - they helped me to install windshield water spray nozzle even if they don't have to do this repair. I keep coming here just because of customer service and this guys are nice to chat with.2) Inventory. I really like hassle free drive and buy experience. They have everything for my 1998 Toyota in stock. Prices are the same or even cheaper than everywhere but i don't have to wait for online delivery.3) Price. Most of the time they are competitive and cheaper than others. Sometimes it is the same as others.4) Location. It is close to me so i like visiting this place.Look no further for you car parts. Recommended place! But all of this relevant to this particular Urbana location - i have no idea about other places since i didn't visit them.

Amazing service and super helpful staff! The employee that helped my sister and I was very friendly and helped us get the exact headlight bulb that we needed, will definitely go here again when I need something for my car

Walked in to charge a battery that was basically new returned to pick up battery and it was destroyed. They made me take a battery covered in acid that they damaged and told me that it was nothing they could do for me. So upset right now

Would be better if they didn't act like mechanics.. they are cashiers.. if they knew how to work on the vehicles then they should go work in shop.. know your roll.. by far the worst parts house in the area. wouldn't even recommend this place to a democrat

Knowledgable and helpful staff. When there are 2 or 3 people in the store, be prepared to wait 10min to get help tho. Also, their prices arent bad but they dont even come close to being as cheap as amazon.

They were friendly, but didn't help put in a battery that literally took 5 minutes for a person to do at the west Champaign store. Don't go here it you expect any help.

The staff is knowledgable and friendly. You can ask them any questions about cars. And they are passionate. It's better to check the availability and price online first before going there.
