Fast, friendly, good pricing. Great communication and they didn't try to oversell or upsell. Clean shop. You wait in your vehicle and they even offered a complimentary cold bottle of water.Highly recommended!

I'm so glad they finally got a Valvoline Express near me. They have been able to get me in and out the last couple of times I've been here since they opened here in Cape. I m completely bowled over by how helpful Damion was today! The folks at this Troy, IL location are always professional and friendly, but Damion went above and beyond and exceeded expectations. He was incredibly patient and knowledgeable while answering my questions and helping troubleshoot my car s increased oil consumption. He s a wealth of information and provided insight that I wouldn t have been able to find anywhere else. This location and all its customers are lucky to have Damion on their team!

All staff were exceptionally professional and very friendly. First visit since the transfer of business ownership and my visit was an extremely smooth transition into the new business computer system. The workers on my auto were making all the vocal call outs to each other, all safety standards were followed, and I was in and out in and for shot time. Highly recommend this business!!!

Service was top notch, all the guys were helpful, they showed me my air filter and I thought they were going to tell me it needed replaced like every time I get an oil change but he was showing it to me to let me know it has some life left. I felt like they were more than thorough. They even offered me a bottled water. I ll be returning in the future!Service: Oil change

I have 70k miles on my vehicle and have only ever taken it to the dealership where I wait forever even with an appointment. I decided on a whim to stop by the Valvoline in Troy. TEN STARS ACROSS THE BOARD. I got to pull right in, stay in my car and they talked me through everything. They were fast, professional, transparent and kind. HIGHLY RECOMMEND this place. I was in and out within 15min with an oil change and tires aired up, also inspected all my lights and blinkers and a list of other items. Thank you for such an amazing and easy service.

I was very impressed with the service, speed, friendliness and cleanliness. The video screen showing my motor and underneath so I could observe everything was not only impressive but gave me confidence in their ability to take care of my car. Will definitely be bringing my car here for all future oil changes tire rotations, etc.

Very professional quick and kind they were awesome and worked around the fact that my territorial, sick rotty barked at them throughout the entire stay I couldn t leave him home because he was sick and I was late getting my oil change they were so understanding and didn t mind repeating things when I couldn t hear because of the loud barking. Great service!

The personnel handling my oil change were great. They were efficient, patient and professional. My son began to get a little fussy about 10 mins in and the gentleman at the computer opened his door to chat with him which calmed him down to get us through the last few minutes. I would go back again with any of our vehicles.

I only bring my family's cars here. Great service, great prices. When I get my oil changed, I always have them check all the fluids, the lights, and tire pressure. I wouldn't think of going anywhere else.

Valvoline in Troy IL is the best!! The employees were wonderfully kind and friendly. They took great care with my vehicle and quickly and efficiently changed my oil, checked all fluids and levels. This was my second visit there and I will return over and over. This is my oil change place now!

This place is always great! It s quick n easy and they re thorough and don t try to charge you for stuff you don t need! Since I started going here I ve become a regular and trust them enough to even send the wife here for her oil changes and what not. It s fair priced and finding a trustworthy place to work on your cars without overcharging or selling you stuff you don t really need is priceless! I d recommend them to anybody!Services: Tires, Battery, Oil change

Where very friendly people seemed like they really were enjoying there jobs and they looked like they triple checked everything by at least 3 service guys and even let the oil settle and checked and showed me, honestly this was my first experience with taking my vehicle for a oil change other than my self and they just made me feel so welcome and comfortable, I will at some time when I m feeling lazy will come back here.
