Someone rear ended me not long ago and my trunk was pretty damaged it wouldnt even shut, but insurance took care of everything and there was 1 part on backorder for over 30 days that was keeping everything from being finished but Al was able to get it earlier and got it all repaired and back to me within the 26 days my insurance was paying for my rental. Im so excited to have my car back, thank you so much Al and the crew at A&B, you guys are awesome!

I got into an accident on a Saturday and Monday morning I stopped here to arrange to get my car fixed. Al called the tow company and had the car brought in that day. Al and Becky handled my insurance claim and I had the car back in a short time. The car was restored to even better than it looked brand new. I wouldn't trust my car with anyone else. Thank you very much.

Highly recommend A and B for your auto body needs! I took my car there after being in an accident which left multiple dents and damage to the paint on the rear driver side of my vehicle.They pulled all the dents out and blended the paint so well you cannot even tell I was hit or that any work got done! I am blown away by their work! They even took the time to clean the outside and inside of my vehicle and left it smelling amazing! The staff is very friendly and handled everything on the insurance side. They also got my car repaired in 4 days when they first told me it would at least be a week! Wonderful experience, great service, kind owners! They were able to track now a window for my jeep & get it placed before bad weather hit. Allowed me to wait in lobby while they worked & conversation was light & inviting.Would absolutely recommend to anyone needing auto body work!

I highly recommend A&B Auto Body. Someone backed into the fender of my car. I have never been through this process before so I went to a few places for estimates and the service just was not what I was looking for. But Al provided me with an estimate and advice. Broke thing down in a way that made sense and seemed to have my best interest in mind. Customer service was great with quality of work to match. My car literally looks better than it did when I purchased it. This shop will be my go to and I'll send everyone I can their way. Thank you guys!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I took my car in for a bumper repair. The paint matched perfectly and the job only took them one day.The rental was the cleanest I have ever received. When I went to pick up my car I was impressed with how clean my own car was. SPOTLESS.The owners and employees were very nice and professional. Prices are very affordable.Bonus: They replaced one of my rusty light bulb housings for free!!

Had some body damage and paint repaired on my car after someone backed into my car in a parking lot. They are extremely friendly, I stayed and talked with them for some time actually. My car was done exactly when they said it would be. I should also mention my car was very dirty, inside and out. They washed and detailed my car when it was finished and cleaned all the trash out of it!(I use it for work so I had random water bottles and such floating around) definitely above and beyond service! It smells like a new car inside! Unfortunately the highest rating I can give is 5 stars, they deserve more! I would definitely recommend them for anyone needing body work or paint done on their car! I was rear ended with 1000 miles on my brand new truck, not only did they make it look and feel new again, they completed it before promised delivery date. Everyone that I spoke to there were extremely courteous and helpful. I had a good drop-in experience here due to their friendly customer service.I started a 5-hour road trip and my car didn't sound quite right accelerating. They were near me so I swung by. Granted, they do body repair, but they didn't turn me away; instead they listened to me and took time out of their lunch break to help me. If I lived closer and needed their services, I'd definitely choose them.

One of the best experiences I have had period, with any automotive business. My daughter got in a fender bender and ended up having damage to her radiator, bumper, etc, but unable to drive the vehicle. Her being a student at SIUE, her car needed immediate repair and A&B was able to take care of the issue, quickly, efficiently and was cost effective. This family business couldn't have been more accommodating. Two thumbs up.

They're absolutely wonderful. I came in because the front valance panel of my car was coming off and Al was able to reattach the existing part and did both a quick and thorough job. They only charged me for parts because I'd been laid off because of Covid-19 which was incredibly kind of them. This is the only place I'll go for body work from now on.

I took my family SUV to A&B after a recent hail storm. They did a good job with the paint job/color matching, but I had three issues:-There is now pronounced wind noise while driving on the interstate. Not sure what they did or didn't do right, but the wind noise is noticeable.-After getting the car back (they had it for 3 weeks), I asked why they didn't fix a few minor door dings on the door that had to be painted. The owner (Al) stated that this wasn't in the quote. I thought that they might be nice and perform this work, since the total bill ended up running around $9,000.-The third problem was a piece of trim on the side of the windshield that channels liquid to the roof. It came off while driving on the interstate. I am weary of taking the vehicle back to ask for this to be fixed b/c he wasn't too pleased with me when I went back in there to ask why the door dings weren't fixed.I had taken one of our previous cars to A and B in the past and they did a decent job. I think this job was rushed due to a flood of business from the hail storm. Needless to say, they won't be getting another dime out of me or my insurance company.

Had a couple thousand dollars worth of hail damage to a brand new vehicle. Took it to A&B and they got the car in quickly and had a rental waiting for me when I dropped it off. Very professional service and quick repair time. Car was repaired and cleaned before it was returned to me, looks flawless and I would recommend this shop to anyone interested.

I've had a run of bad luck the last year and a half, my Jeep was in three times for PDR work and my Honda twice for collision repair and once for PDR. The work is top notch. My Jeep is now 100% dent free and the Honda came back looking new. The quality of the repairs is far better than I have received at a different body shop in Belleville. The staff is great, fun to hang out with. They want you to be happy with their work before you sign off on it. I have never been disappointed.
