Extremely pleased with a service I received. They got my bike in and out in great time, fixed every issue I had. They really know their stuff! I highly recommend this shop for any bike repair need you may have. I know I'll use them again if I ever have any more issues.

I had Semper Fi cycle install 4 Sinister Sound speakers and an ARC Audio 720 amp. I can't believe how loud and clear it sounds. This is by far the best sound system that I have ever had on a bike. The guys do good quality work and I would recommend them for your motorcycle work.

I cannot speak as to any one else's experience with this shop. However I can describe in detail my experience. I dropped the bike off to them on may 3rd, complaining of a wobble in the front end. My experience that day was let's just say less than professional. There were a few people sitting around a table drinking. It was so loud that I couldn't even hear the man speaking to me directly in front of my face. Anyway against my better judgment I left the bike with them as they did ar least seem knowledgeable about bikes. I heard back from them roughly 5 days later, telling me that they felt the wobble and that my fork seals were bad, claiming that one side was "bone dry". Again I should have trusted my better judgment as my fork seals had never leaked any fluid. After speaking with the mechanic for a few minutes I decided to pull the trigger kn getting them done and asked him how long the parts would take to get in. He claimed he already had them in a shelf, I thought that was odd but overlooked it. I also asked them to balance both front and back tires with beads at this time. Fast forward about a week they tell me the bike is done. I come to pick it up, paid the 300 dollars. On the way home I notice the wobble is significantly worse than before, and the back tire had not been off the bike at all. I call them they apologize and tell me to bring it back in. I do. Fast forward another 2 days. I come pick up the bike again. Ride it home, on the way I notice that fork oil is flooding out of the seals and down onto my brake and tire. Call them up, they tell me to take the dust caps off and look in or take fluid out as they thought maybe they over filled it. I refused to do so as I'm not a mechanic and did not feel comfortable doing so and being blamed if something bvb happened. I ride the bike to a competitor to have it looked at as verification that they had botched the job. The competitor confirms. I call them up again tell them it's not safe to ride they will have to come pick it up. This is where the true colors of this shop shine through. An older man shows up in a truck and trailer, mumbling under his breath, very obviously not happy. Tells me he has no idea how this happened it doesn't make any sense. I responded and told him that this was a very bad first impression of his shop. The man begins to curse at me, he threatens to leave my bike and not fix it. To which I responded to ahead, and I will see you in court. Fast forward another week I finally have the bike back. Wobbles worse than when I brought it in there, I'm 300 dollars down on a fork job. They claimed they would give me a dis count on the work or or put new tires on at no labor charge. The man was upset when I told him I already had planned on using another shop to do the tires as I didn't trust there work anymore. I never received any discount on work. I would highly recommend staying away from this bike shop. It is poorly run, poor communication, poor attitude poor everything. I'm sitting here wishing I would have saved my 300 bucks instead

Semper Fi is top notch. Not only do they sell bikes and build trikes but they do service also. I had my 15 UL in this week for 10k service. They used the HD 10K checklist, took the time to explain what they found and corrected and even polished up the bike before sending me down the road. The owner, Mike, came out and discussed pipes and tuner options for the future. While your there, play with the shop dog Jake, hes a cool dude! Thanks guys for excellent service.

Called because bike won't start.. Took a week for them to pick it up. They had it for a week before they figured out that they didn't have a clue. Wasted time and money . Still looking for someone to work on it.
