We own a campground in Knoxville where we do propane fill. We had them come out to our campground last October and replace our old pump and meter. The meter didn't work when it was installed. They removed it and sent it back in to be rebuilt. They put it back on when we closed for the season. When we reopened in April we called them back because it still didn't work. They have been back twice this season, and it is still doing the same thing. They just charged us for another service call, and labor, but it still doesn't work. The lady that invoiced me said they weren't responsible for how we use our equipment. I understand that some people are hard on things, but our meter hasn't worked at all for us to be hard on it. We have paid them over $3000. We would just like it to work.
