Amazing customer service from Mandy. Very pleasant and gave me several different options. Quoted 4 new tires and was the best price around. Will come back to get tires on my other vehicles.

I rolled my vehicle and needed towed. Curtis Towing came out quickly, removed my car quickly and got it to a safe place. I went to Curtis towing the next morning and the process of getting my vehicle and contents was painless and secure, and the way they communicate with insurance is an A++! I definitely recommend and would definitely use their services again. Staff is super friendly and plus they have these awesome teal cabinets in their offices! They got my vehicle where it needed to go, the driver was confused about where the vehicle was waiting for him. I couldn t understand why he was confused at all. Nice people.

Curtis towing towed my dads car per the order of the Pana police. My dads car ran out of gas. He walked home to get his gas tank, and when he got back his car was gone. His car could have been there a while because my father has a terminal medical condition that impair his mobility.I was made aware that my dads car was towed the next day. When I called Curtis towing to explain the situation, they didn t budge on pricing. As a matter of fact, they said that if my dads car wasn t moved the next day they would start charging a daily fee. And the only way they would allow someone other than my dad to get the car was if my dad called them. I explained that my dad was being transported by an ambulance ( it ended up being a helicopter) to Urbana. I explained that he was in and out of consciousness. The clerk stood firm that they car could not be removed from the lot without a phone call from my dad. And that the daily fee would start accruing because they would loose money if the car sat on the lot . I explained to the clerk that my dad was close to death. She still didn t budge with pricing on the daily fee. I have very little money. My dad has absolutely no money. Curtis towing was willing to take money from me and my family during our most vulnerable time. I am an advocate for small rural businesses because they tend to be compassionate and understanding. Curtis towing did not demonstrate either in this situation. I am greatly disappointed by this interaction, and will never give this company my business.Service: Car towing

Curtis and his staff are great. Fair pricing and fast service on all our auto repairs! Great selection of used cars right down the road from the repair shop too.
