Truly disappointed.. my husband and i both took our cars here spend 70$ on both based on the reviews we thought it was a good place. Way too much money on such a lousy job. Definitly overpriced! Don t mind paying more money for a job well done but this was not it. Sometimes we try to save time by going to a car wash when we could have done a better job.Services: Tires, Vacuuming

I have a dog (husky) who sheds a LOT. Car spa took care of my Ford Explorer, and did an amazing job. I used their complete interior detail service and I m very impressed with their work. We tried this place out for the first time and did the mini detail on Sunday. We were blown away at the quality of the detailing work. We have a 16-month old who leaves crumbs everywhere, and they made it spotless. They even were able to clean off a scratch/scuff mark through the exterior clean they did. We will be returning and highly recommending your location. Thank you to the team who cleaned our car- it's the best it's looked since we purchased it a year ago.

I had both of my vehicles detailed (pickup and sedan). Both came out looking marvelous, inside and out. We could not be happier with the job that was performed as advertised. The scheduling and communication was excellent from start to finish. We will without question return to have them both done again next year. In the meantime, we will utilize their drive through car wash when we are in the vicinity. Thanks extended to the detail technicians for jobs very well done! My neighbors told us they look like new vehicles again.

I have been coming to car spa for a few years now I have a rav 4 2015 that I was getting a regular oil change on,one time one of your employees had torqued the oil filter on to tight and Aiden at the time said if they had tried to remove it and something broke that its another piece they needed to replace, so he ordered the piece, if took a few months and I was called back when the received it to have my oil changed, mean while I purchased a Lexus rx350 in 2021 and I started to bring it there also for oil change, on 1 time it was taking longer than usually so.i asked Aiden what was taken so long,he said the oil cap was dropped inside and they were trying to get it out.i didn't know that they took a loose my car shield until a few days later when the shield came down as I was driving on the expressway and it was dragging under my car. I came back several times for them to fix it then I started to communicate with Ann.she said she would see what she could do,months of talking to her she said that she called the dealership to get a price for the shield, I also took my car to the dealership for them to look at,he said I had about 3 clips missing and he gave me a price to fix it I then gave Ann the estimate and she told me that I needed to talk to Eddie Crown, she gave me a card with his name on it I called several times trying to reach him,left.messages but never a call back and he was never there,up to this date January 2024 no answer, I went to small claims court to file,they said I needed to find out who the agent was also I have gone back to the car spa and it was closed,so now my car isn't fixed I'm out of $340 for.filing a claim They need to take care of their customers when their employees mess up

The absolute best service I've recieved at a car detailing shop. The service was prompt and the Cashier was kind, knowledgeable and helpful.

I really wanted to give this place 5 stars. They did a good job detailing my vehicle, however, when I let someone know there was a piece missing from my car, I never got a call or email back. This piece is minor, but replacing it isn't easy and I'm not sure how much it'll cost or how much it will devalue the vehicle. Nice incentives. Detail includes a month of free car washes and they give you a goodie bag when you pick up your car. I just don't like how I never was contacted with a solution for the missing part.

Since I've been working here in the Tinley Park area they are conveniently located from my job site. They have a very thorough Car Wash and Staff for the detailing service they provide. Not to mention the pricing is so fair that you have no reason not to get your vehicle cleaned. See you in 2 weeks! Thanks guys.

Was a monthly customer with two cars paying $120 per month. During my last and final visit to the wash my wheels were sprayed with what the said is brake dust cleaner which is a Acid mix. This caused my wheels to be damaged. I never asked for this substance to be sprayed on my wheels. Yes these wheels had been professionally powder coated in December of 2018. These wheels had been through the Car spa wash many times sometimes two times a week with no issue. This Acid mix caused damage to my wheels, one of the employees even admitted he made a mistake spraying the Acid on the wheels. When this issue was brought to the attention of the Manager Eddie he said that he would make things right. Eddie quickly backed tracked and said that the owner would not make things right, because of the disclaimer sign at the wash.Every attorney knows that sign means nothing in court. Any car wash that damages your car is liable . The cost to make this right would have been $370. So I had to pay out of my pocket to get their mistake fixed. So they allowed me, a monthly customer to walk away from this business over $370 and never even offered to do anything to keep a faithful person who also sent friends to them for washes and details. Plus the money I spent on my details and the great tips we always gave the nice employees.

DO NOT LEAVE VALUABLES IN YOUR CAR!I left my Apple Watch 3 In the middle console. I had my car detailed, I didnt realize the watch was Missing till later on, but the manager said the employees dont have recollection of this problem. I don't think anyone would comeForward and say they took the Apple Watch. It saddens me that I can't even trust someone to detail my car. And now if I do I have to take all my belongings out of the car. They left the change in the middle console and also my wedding right. But stole my watch. I'm very disappointed about this. I come there once a week wash and at least once a month for a a detail. But now I can't trust anything of value in my car. Time to find a different detailer, where they don't steal your belongings. I honestly don't want to get the authorities involved I would just like my watch back. But if I really have too I will get the authorities involved in this.

Changed my oil and they give a wash with an oil change. I opted for extra services and what an amazing job they did cleaning my car! Nice people, clean facility and wonderful work preformed!

I wasn t disappointed with their car wash services so I brought my car in for an oil change. The work was done fast the price was decent but the tech had an attitude before my car was even pulled forward and worked on should ve been my clue to leave right then. Upon leaving the Carspa 3 of my check system lights appeared on my dash and was take to Autozone to code read. Upon basic inspection it was a cylinder misfire, but when taken back to the Carspa to double check things they did to the car I was able to see a big jug of oil getting put into my already full tank and was told it was nothing they did to cause issue to my car. The car was taken down the street by a trustworthy auto shop and after diagnosis the car suddenly was fine again and they were able to clear all the codes in working order for me. They just like Autozone and myself discussed suspected the only thing to cause all 3 of the system messages to come on was the oil not being filled properly aka something the employees did as it was the Only service done on the car for months. I won t ever be back for an oil change or anything other than car washing services from this business.Service: Oil change

I had the car detailed from bumper to bumper. Our guy who worked on it was Frankie Enriquez. What a professional job he did. I had bought this car secondhand and it was not tidy in the least bit. Frankie made it look like a brand new showroom vehicle. Car spa is the perfect place to take your car to make it look show room awesome. And all the people that I came in contact with were super nice and friendly.Services: Scratch removal, Tires, Seat shampooing, Engine detailing, Auto detailing, Vacuuming, Car waxing

The poorest service you can ever receive. Brought my 2nd car in for an oil change and car wash. The oil change was done perfectly. The carwash was another story. I watched as the driver took the car in and they ended up cracking a hub cap. The driver talked to me about what happened and offered to purchase a new one. After that I went to pay for the service upon realizing that they charged me more for a service the 2nd time around. I requested to speak to the manager only to receive one of the worst interactions I've ever received. The cleaning of the interior was as if a child cleaned it and brother it up to the managers attention and he insisted on stating it cost more for that kind of service. Then he began to patronize me with a bunch useless information. At this point I insisted that he's making an excuse as to why the service wasn't done right. We both had words with each other and he then refused to pay for the hubcap that his employee broke. Please read this review as not an intent to create a bad review but one to enlighten you before going to this establishment.Update 8/19.... The company still has yet to contact me or replace the damaged rim.Update: This issue was NEVER resolved. Please do yourself a favor and don't support ignorant businesses such as this establishment.

This place is exceptional. The staff are professionals and their customers service is superb both on phone and instore.I bought a used car that was extremely dirty, smelling of smoke. I took it in to carspa, though I was charged extra 30 bucks but the job done was fantastic. I couldn't believe it was the car I took in. The guy who washed my car is Davis if I'm not mistaken. He delivered an excellent job. I can't not but be grateful for taken off the bad odor from the car.I recommend this place for anyone who want to get what you pay for.I will always come back.Services: Seat shampooing, Auto detailing, Auto interior vacuuming

Awesome place for vehicle detail services. They can bring a vehicle back to NEW! Can assist with certain dings & scratches.The manager Eddie has Great professionalism, Anne is soo passionate about customer service. Can't ask for anything more. Awesome customer service and Awesome vehicle services!!!

This place is hit or miss. It all depends on who services your car. You'll usually be okay if you get an older employee. If you get a high school kid, beware. I paid for an upgraded wash yesterday and they didn't vacuum at all, and they streaked the glass in the interior. Rather than complain to the high school girl behind the counter, I will go elsewhere from now on.

Had oil change performed. Problem arose and they took full ownership and fixed it right away to my full satisfaction. Everyone there was very respectful and professional. Could not be happier with the work. I feel confident going forward all the work that will be done in the future absolutely will be done as it should be. They definitely deserve the 5 star rating.Service: Oil change

It disappoints me to write this review because I typically love the service here. I got a bumper to bumper detail on my car and the work was lackluster. There was still visible dirt on my cars dash and center console and in the back seat cup holders. They raised the price of the detail, which I was bummed about, but told myself the service is still worth it. The detail specialist barley spoke to me and just gave me my keys and left. The vacuuming seems fine, but I'm upset about the lack of effort on everything else. I went through and wiped everything down myself once I got home.Edit:I'm changing my rating from a 2 star to a 5 star because of the phenomenal customer service I got from Symeon, the owner, and his customer service team. They reached out to me immediately after posting the initial review and did everything in their power to make it right.

I just had my pick up truck detailed at Car spa and my detailer was a gentleman named Frankie. Best and most thorough detail I ve ever had ! Amazing job and worth every penny! Thank you Frankie and thank you Car Spa!

Was searching for someone to get overspray off my new car. Went to 3 places before I found Frankie at The Car Spa. He shared his knowledge and experience and I felt confident he could do the job. I dropped the car off hoping he could work a miracle. When i went and picked the car up I was amazed. Not only did Frankie do what he said he could do, he made the car look better than new!!! This guy is the best!!! Going forward Frankie gets all my business. I highly recommend this place!!! Update one star to five: The next morning I was contacted by the manager who fully admitted the issue fell through the cracks and had every intention on getting back to me. The issue was corrected and all is well. I like this establishment so this one incident will not deter me from coming back.I purchased a mini detail and was serviced the afternoon of 8/23. The car was cleaned beautifully. I ve been here before and my boyfriend is a regular. Always great service and the cleaning is top notch. The evening of that night I realized there are numerous nicks on the inside of my window on the window tint that weren t there before my detail. No other window is damaged. A few lines were also scratched into the tint. Maybe someone had buttons or a sharp object in their pocket and was rubbing up against the car as they cleaned the inside? Something was leaning on the window? Not sure exactly how it happened.I contacted CarSpa in the morning and was told I needed to come in for a manager to look at it. I arrived at the time I told them and the manager just so happened to leave. He designated an employee to take pictures and my info down. This employee did and advised they would probably just replace the one window tint but the manager would call me by 2pm to discuss the issue. It s now 6 days later and I never received a call. I even left a request on the website for a manager to call me. Still nothing.Service: Auto detailing

I called inquiring about service there. The young lady that answered was so polite and very helpful and she went out of her way to make sure I get the best service for my car. I bought my suv in for a paint correction and buff job and I picked it up later. The vehicle looked brand new. Frankie did an Excellent Job. I would recommend everyone to experience this place. Keep up the great work guys. You have a new customer now. Thanks......

I had my car washed today. Was the worst car wash experience I've ever had. They stopped the car wash for 15 minutes worh soap that dried on my paint .I said something and no one seemed to care. Their employees were pathetic. Will never go back and I've been going here for years.

Had my car detailed today and it looks brand new! They did an amazing job. My seats were really bad and now they are spotless! I can't believe how nice my cars looks inside and out!
