You get what you pay for. Good things come to those who wait. Both are true with Crash Champions. My car looks new again. They even put gas and vacuumed it. Had a 2016 jeep grand cherokee very nice jeep clean from Texas and 1 owner ,my wife got into a very small accident, allstate insisted I use therecommended body shops then all repairs are lifetime, with the outstanding prices this body shop charges for there work and all the overhead they have because there a big franchise they end up totalling the jeep because of high end body shops like Crapchampions ,I should have taken it to a independent small shop and would have been fixed ,allstate totals it and I can't even fine the jeep like it for the money

I was recommended by my best friend to this specific location after I was involved in a rear end accident . My vehicle was repaired in less than 2 weeks ! Regino was great ! This is how a business should run .

From beginning to end, I've been given amazing service. My elantra looks new again, they did a great job! I've received updates throughout the service and my questions were answered. Initially I was worried about going through all the stresses after an accident, but Service King/Crash Champions in Tinley Park made the process smooth and easy. I took my vehicle here for an insurance claim, I had a head light out so while it was there I paid to have both replaced. About a week later one of the led head lights began flashing on and off. I spoke with a person there and he said that the person who changed the lights would be out for a month .lol! He said that he was going to talk to the GM and give me a call back. 5 days later I called back and spoke with the GM (I assume) she told me that they don t usually install after market parts (head light bulbs) but since the car was there they would do me a favor and install them for 180$, some favor. I asked if they could check the problem because led lights don t flash, they just go out. She basically told me that it was my problem and good bye. If they weren t going to stand behind their work I would have got it done somewhere else. They weren t obligated to do it, they did the favor because they assumed that it would be an easy couple bucks. I ll be contacting someone else from the company next.Services: Painting, Electrical

Both Tim and Christine kept me updated on the status of my vehicles completion and were most timely in their call back communications with me! My car turned out beautiful! Great experience using this Service King location in Tinley Park. Rachel was wonderful & took my car in the same day, she also made me aware I was able to get a rental car which my insurance had not informed me of and sent enterprise right to me! Central Collision Center was one of the shops my insurance company recommended to me after an accident. I'm so glad that I chose to have them do the repair work to my car...it looks great now! The office staff was more than courteous as well as extremely knowledgeable and the repair work was top notch! I would recommend them without question to all my family and friends.

Central Collision Center, in my opinion, is the best Auto Body Shop in the Greater Chicago and Tinley Park areas. Their work is phenomenal and I would not use any other shop to work on my automobile(s).The customer service is OUTSTANDING!! They greet you with warmth and genuine. They leave you with that trust factor feeling that your automobile will be secure while in their possession and you leave with a peaceful feeling.Words can not explain how excellent their work is on automobiles. My vehicle was in an accident, the rear bumper and tire was damaged. It was sent to Service King for repairs. From the day it was towed to the pick-up after repairs, Christie kept me informed through text and phone calls about the status of the service being performed. The repairs took a little longer than expected due to covid but the finished product is awesome, it looks like new! I HIGHLY recommend Service King for all repairs!Services: Tires, Painting, Body & Trim

We had a Bonneville 1998 to be specific that we brought in with damage. Anywho, when we got it back after it was suppose to go back to us, the window no longer worked. Yes we totalled the car out but did that mean the parts were not suppose to work??? Anways they all didn't know what was going on..... they were okay but I prefer Gerber....

Brought the car there after state farm recommended. Got the car back to find they didn't fix everything. The car is at another shop now getting fixed properly. Always remember you have a choice where to bring your vehicle for accident repairs just don't bring it to service king. They left a bunch of broken and bent stuff hidden under the bumper.Service: Body & Trim

Central Collision in Tinley Park recently repaired the damage to my car after a rear-end accident. They did a terrific job and the car looks as good as new. The staff was friendly and we were able to make all the arrangements over the phone without any hiccups. I would recommend them to anyone and use them again, if needed.

Originally I had my SUV towed to the Crete location. The next day customer service called me and asked if it was ok to move my vehicle to the Tinley Park location due to the backlog at Crete. I fully understood, mind you this was in the middle of one of the worst Chicago winters ever. The Central Collision Center in Tinley Park is my new choice for the best Auto Body Shop in the Greater Chicago land area. Their work is outstanding and I would not use any other shop to work on my QX56 SUV. From the first to the last contact I had with them, they greeted me with genuine concern for my vehicle. You are updated on the progress as promise.I had body damage to the entire left side and the rear suspension and all the repairs were done to perfection. One would never know that their automobile was ever in an accident. I dropped off my vehicle after I was involved in a serious accident the damage was fixed to my satisfaction great customer service and the vehicle was actually finished early due to the good work vehicle stand almost $9000 in damage and they were able to take care of it in just under 30 days as well as working with insurance I recommend them to anybody looking to get any repairs on the vehicle they take very good care of the vehicles of employees are very nice and courteous
