Save yourself from troubles, problems and frustration and do not buy any cars from this lying, dishonest and unprofessional seller. Cars are bad, over priced, and his fees are extensive. Jason will charge you $500 for car inspection fee, and sell you a bad car that hasn't been inspected or checked. He sold me a car with failing breaks, non functional lock system, bad struts and sway bar links. Moreover, the engine light popped up 2 weeks after the purchase. I had to spend $550 on repairs right after the purchase, and more repairs are needed.I attempted to call him over 20 times, but this dishonest junk dealer will not answer your calls, texts or emails. Even If he answers, he'll brush you off. If you try to visit the place please be aware that the dealership is always closed. Please avoid!

Worst experience ever. The most unprofessional business I have ever shopped at. Jason cheated me out of money as well as things that were promised to me regarding the vehicle I purchased. Eventually he will not pick up your calls and your texts once he has gotten everything he needs out of the deal. Trust me don't waste your time at this unprofessional business. There are so many better locations to purchase a vehicle then this dump. If you don't believe me, look through all the other unsatisfied customers reviews. THE WORST!!!!

Best place to buy a used car. I had the best experience ever. I have purchased many used cars in the past. The owner Jason and his staff treated me better than family. Has a good variety of Nice luxurious cars and trucks. I went to pick up a Lincoln, but came out with a truck. I was undecided, but Jason made it easy, helpful && even gave me some tips on how to save money. Was patient and the best of all made my daughter feel like at home! snacks, cartoons, beverages =)

Early 2017What your looking at was a vehicle purchased at Luxury Auto. Which this not the real name of business. These are the other vehicle's purchased because Jason don't want to take this BMW back.So here's what happened the BMW was purchased before closing one night back in 2017. For my ex-wife who had fallen on hard times. I went to Jason because we have a history that goes back to him working at his father's gas station in Harvey,IL. This would have been the second vehicle purchased from him with in two year's. Now that I gave you the bases let's get into the deal. The mistakes that had been made on my part. What they did not to return the money from this deal.1. On the mistakes going to this dealership at almost closing.2. Signing the paperwork know it was mistakes made on it. The seller price for this vehicle was 12k on paperwork it came to 20k.3. The BMW had check engine light on which they tried to clear three times.4. Jason said he would fix the contract the next day. Here never came into the office.Now that night I parked this BMW at my brother's shop indoors. At 6am when my brother go into the shop. He ran the vin number for service. For all the problems made it clear to take back to the dealership. My brother than called a friend to have it taken to Carmax to check the value of BMW. Once at Carmax they check vin, they let me brother and I know. That vehicle was a total loss under State Farm.Once I found this out I returned back to the dealership. Knowing that the car was a bad deal that fraudulent transaction has just be made. Here's why when every a car is a total loss you must sign paperwork given you knowledge of the total loss. At that time i was shown a clean carfax. Which the next day I found out it wasn't. Yet, Jason was worried that my ex-wife and I had been on bad terms. He's thinking was that's why I returned the car.So I than contacted our family attorney she made contact. We made it clear about everything. Next step was court, within the week. They dissolved that business name and started a whole new company.Leaving holding the bag. After month's dealing Alley Bank. They came and got the car. Now after auction the balance was and still is 7500.00 dollars, from the 20k. Than came a tax bill for the vehicle purchased one year later. I don't want to go to the State Attorney office because of our friendship at the time. But, yes I said I was going out of my rage of feeling betrayed by someone. I trusted and respected so much.In this process on returning the car I got two brand new Fiat's in Tinley Park for the price of the BMW. We have a history with the Fiat dealership and the brother's who own it. The bigger Fiat was shipped to Virginia for my ex-wife to use. Which she still has today's. One picture you'll the little one infront of a rehab I was doing at the time.All in all do your research on the vehicle your about to buy. You can run the vin for free to see if has any claims on this.Please don't make the mistakes I did in doing business with this dealership.I loss a friend in this whole process. I bought a 2010 Candy Apple Red Lincoln MKZ for my son in December the car was so clean on the inside, and nice and clean on the outside. It runs very good too, Jason was a very nice salesman who went above & beyond!! After 2 months of having the car battery had a dead cell. Gave him a call and he went out bought a new battery and even had someone bring it all way out to Plainfield install the battery and get the car started. I would definitely purchase a car from Jason again. Very nice man customer service a plus. He also helped us get the financing we needed in order to finalize the purchase. I would definitely recommend this car dealership! Thanks again Jason!!!

Just an update. I purchased a lower mileage vehicle back in 2022 and the vehicle is still doing great. Its needed the average recommended manufacturer maintenance but nothing else. Jason was great and super cool to work with. The cars came from a reputable source when I was there so I will continue to do business here in the future. Jason oversees sales, operations and purchasing and is a very busy guy but did find time to return my calls. Many thanks Jason!Best of luck to everyone! Also wanted to share that I personally run an autocheck and a carfax on vehicles I am serious about purchasing along with my personal knowledge of cars. The method has worked well in my purchases over the years.

If I could give less than one star, I would. I purchased a VW Passat online which I knew had (what I was told was) minor hail damage, which would cost approximately $1,000 to fix. After getting an estimate, it will cost me close to $6,000 to fix. Jason did a FaceTime call with me (with horrible reception, so pictures weren't clear) and told me you couldn't notice the hail damage unless you were up next to the car looking at eye level. Lies!I wasn't told about the botched paint repair on the front fender and hood, which is another $1,000 to fix.I was told the key fob needed a new battery, when in fact the car itself needed a new battery. Add another $300.I also wasn't told that someone spliced into the factory wiring to wire lights. Luckily, my son is good with wiring.I've tried several times to call and email Jason, but have received no response. I wouldn't purchase anything from this dealer. Nothing but lies and deceit.Update 8/2/23:I do work for a Chevrolet dealership, but I personally administered the wholesale purchase from Luxury AutoMax. After this review was initially posted, I received threatening emails from Luxury AutoMax stating they would post multiple one star reviews for my employer if I didn't delete my review. Ultimately, they did post a few one star reviews from made-up accounts. A little bit of digging revealed they have done this to several others whom, I'm guessing, did delete their bad reviews. Buyer Beware!

I loved this dealership. I support small businesses and family owned establishments whenever I can, and as soon as I showed up to the lot they made me feel right at home. My salesman was patient and answered all my questions. Before I decided on my car he made sure I loved it, because he wanted to make sure I was truly happy with my purchase. 5 stars would definitely recommend!

$500 used car inspection fee. No paperwork or any information to support this. Astronomical dollar amount on this fee. Highly doubtful any inspection was ever done.Lied about cause of airbag light on in the vehicle I purchased.Paid $306 title and registration fee, but then after being delinquent by more than month the dealer decided to send the title to me instead of the state. So I was then responsible for the cost of titling and registering the vehicle. Jason, the owner, was very responsive prior to my demand for a refund, but as soon as that came up he quit responding to calls or texts. In his efforts of dodging this refund he has gone so far as to block my phone number.Stay away if you don t want to get scammed.

Had a great buying experience here. Nick the sales guy was knowledgeable of the inventory and helped select a set of cars to test drive based on my needs. The financing was fast, easy and fair. I purchased a car with Luxury AutoMax today. They were excellent. They treated me more than well. Stayed beyond their closing time to service me. Alex and the detailing team had my vehicle looking like a million bucks. Alex stayed late to make sure everything was was perfect. I recommend them 100%.

I see a lot of bad reviews on here. I know every experience is different, but I can only speak on my experience. This was one of my best experiences dealing with a car dealership. I consider them (Alex, Jason, Dave and the staff) family now. They don't BS around; the communication was excellent! The service was excellent! The deal was excellent! I'm loving my new Range Rover. July 29, 2020 If I could give anything lower, I would. So unprofessional, actually very disgusting. Checked my credit 3 times in 1 month, in which twice was without my permission. Never returned my calls or texts since June 1st. Talked extremely fast & kept cutting me off. Jason was so adamant on turning me down, as I was stating I wanted to pay cash, but I was ignored. A (white) woman walked in & took his attention. He offered her a cold bottle of water, which was not offered to us. He said to her "Give me 30 seconds I'll be done with these people" & pretty much walked out on us. I took my money to Orland Park where I was treated with respect despite the color of my skin. Paid cash for a better, younger vehicle with warranty & all.

This place is awesome, Jason can be described as an automotive educator because not only does he know about the cars, he also is informative and transparent as it relates to car buying in whole. Jason will not let you sign a bad deal!!. Nick was great on the test drive and very knowledgeable of the vehicle we were in. I'm certainly going to be a repeat customer when I pass my car to my kids and am looking for another one. Thanks Jason and Nick for your professionalism. Oh yeah, even the porter was professional, great detail work on the car.

My in laws bought a few cars from them throughout the years. Everyone has been satisfied. Not one complaint. A month after we got married we figured we'd give them a try when we needed a car. We were extremely satisfied with our first car experience from Luxury AutoMax in November 2016.We went back for our second car last weekend. We are really pleased with Jason and Jimmy's service. We bought a different SUV but absolutely consistent service from LAX. Monica gave us the test run for both cars. They are very generous and hospitable. They are fair and honest people, hard to say that in this line of business. Guarantee customers.

My experience with LAX was perfect from start to finish. Max and Jimmy were great! I never felt pressured and they took time to answer all of my questions and really worked with me. Very laid back, yet professional business. I drove down and back 3 hours to pick up my new car and I am in LOVE with my Mercedes! Jimmy even bought me a Chicago Italian beef sandwich :) awesome customer service and the complete opposite experience from a large dealership - very refreshing. Thanks guys!

I've been to so many dealerships in the last month and this was the BEST ONE BY FAR! I was a first time buyer and they made my car buying process so easy and quick!
