Mike the service manager is one of the rudest people I have ever dealt with. I went in to the service center because my tire pressure kept dropping. After an inspection they found that there was a puncture in the interior sidewall of the tire. This was a week after I had my oil change and tire rotation done at this dealership. I agreed to due the replacement and they put the spare on for me. I literally drove the car home which is less then 3 miles from the dealership, and the next morning I found my spare was flat. I brought it in and I was expressing my concern as this would be three different tires that had issues on the driver's side front. I expressed my concern that there could be something wrong with my car that could be causing it as I was given very rude service. After I dropped it off I was told there was a nail in the spare, which was weird as there is no construction near my home. I asked if it was possible that it came from the dealer, and I was rudely told that there is not a nail in the entire dealership. I asked to speak to Mike as this treatment was not ok. I was calmly explaining my concerns, and he was treating me like I was trash. I did not raise my voice nor did I swear during this. He then proceeded to ask me where I worked, and after I told him he then said that the Corporation I worked for treated him like this so this is what I deserved. He then turned around and told me to just go pay my bill and leave. I work for a large corporation, and I am not high up in the company. I was not there as a part of my company. I was not bringing in a company vehicle to be repaired it was my personal car. I should not be treated like this for something I cannot control. I will never bring my business back to this place.Service: Tires

Did not like the financial department not sure if they knew what they were doing , looking at a new car and never informed us how much we would need to put down to get the payments were we needed just said they couldn t do it tried to sell us a old car with 50,000 miles dry rotted tires and stain seats we were looking at new not used fyi

I brought my car on Friday morning around 9 am to get checked out. I had to leave it at the shop and Uber to work ($25.58) since they were backed up, not a problem. I called around 3 pm to see if they had a chance to look at it. They hadn't and needed to keep it overnight. I was told it would be looked at first thing Saturday morning. I asked about a loaner car, none available. I Ubered home ($39.17). Saturday came and went without an update. Closed Sunday. I Ubered to the shop Monday morning ($39.83). When I asked about my car I was told it hadn't been touched. Instead of having more of my time and money wasted, I took it somewhere else. I paid $104.58 for my car to be babysat all weekend. I bought my car brand new from this place and never had an issue like this before. Their lack of communication and professionalism means I will no longer be a customer of Family Hyundai. I recommend others go to another dealership for Hyundai services.
