Great customer care staff! I needed to change some items on a last minute order and Jeannette originally emailed me that my order was shipping the following day because when I placed my online order it was after hours. I called and talked to her and she was able to modify my order before it shipped!My next question I had for her was regarding a snow dog/ air flo wiring harness. She researched and went above and beyond to give me several options that would work!! She even emailed me several pictures of harnesses that could work with some modifications! The most professional, caring, and efficient customer service I have ever experienced with any online accessory company! Keep up the great work!

I had them install the truck side mount and wiring on a new truck...I drove up from Nashville to have the work done. I recommend CPW to install ANY item they sell or service.I was extremely happy with the service I received and the positive attention given when things went a little side ways due to my mistake in ordering the plow mount. They resolved the issue as any professional Tradesman would, and completed the job on time.Great job installation team, and service counter team for the great experience I'll definitely make the 8hr drive whenever I need to.Thank you againJess Ingram

We order a $12,000 salt spreader for medium size truck. We call numerous times to assure parts needed to have unit run . Day of delivery they find out parts are sold separately. I wouldn't trust Mary or this company for your snow needs.

Absolutely horrible parts staff. Do not want to help other than what their catalog says. I have a Blizzard plow and tried explaining that the undercarriage mounts don't change by plow model, only the plowbox part # does to adapt plow to the undercarriage of the truck. They were totally unwilling to help and basically said I didn't know what I was talking about. I went on to the blizzard powersearch and double checked. The undercarriage part number does not change per plow chosen, only the plowbox part number. The may respond but i am telling you that the Blizzard undercarriage part number does not change per plow. So why don't you learn how to be a good customer support agent and do your job correctly. All i was asking for was a crossover part number to give you $900 worth of my business. Wish I could turn down those kinds of jobs. Thanks for nothing Heather.

Very good service if it were. The slightly more personalized treatment would be much better. Many of us who are new to the snow pushing business would benefit from recommendations or extras to make improvements to our equipment.

Sent me a Meyers A-frame when I ordered a buyers A-frame then when I sent pics they told me that was not a-frame they sent. Has refused to replace with correct part. It took me a year to email them but no response and was another year before I got an answer. customer service will not response!

I bought some LED plow lights. And they had a harness for a western 11 pin. Everything was hooked up right. Lights didn't work. I called them. They said they would test a set and exchange with me. I never heard back from them. I never received new ones. Poor customer service. I will deal with different parts outlets. They charge high for shipping. Central parts isn't worth the expense or headache!!!!

Unfortunately the plow parts we ordered didn t actually fit our plow. The company resent another set that was cheaper than the set we ordered. This set also did not fit. Pictures were sent to the company they stated it must be a manufacture error. My husband had to drill the part to force it to work. After literally hours on the phones, bills sent to the house for the second wrong product sent by the company, they only refunded $12 and stated everything was all set. They tried to help but did not actually seem to have the parts to fit the plow as advertised at the buyers expense and time.

Worst company I have dealt with. Purchased a leer cap and it was installed this year. I have been back 5 times as the cap always leaked. The back window holders do not hold the window up and it now smells like mold. They are completely unresponsive at this point. I have called, left voice messages and emailed with no response in two months now. ZERO stars.

These guys blew me off after saying they could help which left me hanging just before snow season. They had me complete detailed paperwork and provide extensive specifications for some custom cylinders they said they could make. I never heard back and attempted to contact them multiple times with no reply. I lost several weeks trying to deal with them. Good luck if you need customer service.

Communication with this company at best..is horrible. I wanted a snow plow/salt spreader package estimate which they priced over the phone. However, I had to call several times to get the estimate emailed to me. I run a landscape company and have to have a paper trail when making purchases. What business doesn't? After making the purchase I could never get a straight answer when the items would be available and then be shipped. I ordered this in late Oct and now it's Nov 24th and I still don't have these items. I had to call several times just to get a tracking number so I could locate my shipment. I was told 2-3 days and I would have the plow. A week later..still don't have it. If you don't mind giving a company your credit card info and hoping that you'll get your stuff, have virtually no contact, and no idea when your stuff will show, then this is your company. I suggest looking elsewhere for your plow equipment. By far the worst on-line ordering experience I have ever had to deal with.

I just got off the phone after ordering a part from your company for the first time and I felt I needed to write this about the person who helped me place the order. This company has a winner. Tim Helac, is by far, the best person I have dealt with over the phone, when placing an order. He was helpful, kind, etc.... If this was my company, I would make him employee of the year.I have found we are fast in contacting others to complain about people, but complementing people just doesn't happen like it should. So please, thank him again and pat him on the back from me.

I ordered an extension cable for a western 6 pin I ordered it on Friday evening my order was shipped Monday and I received it Wednesday morning in my hands. The price was actually cheaper than I expected too! I'm very satisfied.

I ordered a small solenoid, great price, free shipping, Until later when I get a phone call asking me to spend another $50 for shipping or spend another $30 to qualify for free shipping ( but not overnight), plus my invoice shows free shipping too. "The website is to blame, they can't control the website"?? If you go their about us page they use words like "...sophisticating our computer and order fulfillment systems..." or "...Our latest endeavor is our new website built on the hottest technology ..." FAIL..Then they tell me that they don't have the part,so it wont be next day anyways. They talk about honesty as a "CORE values" Ha I wouldn't want their values. BAIT & SWITCH, FAKE ADVERTISING. kinda like FAKE NEWS. Not an honest company.

Drives me nuts when you break an important part on a plow, go to the website. Place order to be rushed out in a hurry. Then find out 3 days later that the part is backordered and will take much longer. And still get charged for expedited shipping. Is it that hard to put a label on the item on the website that says "backordered" before you purchase?. kind of like every other website in this world. Thanks for your unprofessionalism and screwing with my business. It's taken me 15 years to build my client base and takes one screw up from a crappy supplier to destroy it. Thanks central parts.

Great to do business with. Has most parts in stock. Only confusing part is website price is different compared to over the phone price compared to what is said in person at the store. Best to order your spare parts ahead of the winter season, otherwise you'll be waiting a week or two for major components.

Will never buy from these guys again!!! Got wrapped into a lease to own scam with their finance companies ( quick spark & timepaymemt)) so I clicked the financing link because we were in the 4th snowiest month on record and 1st all time Feb.I was in the middle of 4 total financing loans. This one being one of them the other 3 were normal as they usually are. Other 3 are for different equipment and companies. But I just signed and went cause I was going none stop for the whole month. Only reason why I went with the load for the Salter was to keep money in the company account for break downs or anything that comes along our way.. the plan was to pay it off before the first month which I went to pay it off and it went from being a $3695.00 loan to $6300.00 in less than 30 days. Long story short ILL NEVER BE SHOPPING WITH ANYONE OF THESE SCAMMERS AGAIN.. central parts is just as guilty having a scam option like this to fock their customers.. oh if I want to return the un used Salter still in package its $4300.00..This Monday I'm going to the attorney general of Minnesota as everything said financing tell the last second

i called the number to WJN enterprises with central parts warehouse cause I called to check on my return just to make sure they got it back so they could refund the company i ordered from to refund me and i spoke with Mary and she was absolutely rude the entire time on the phone very snotty to me and terrible customer service. i will be making a complaint with executive office too. she shouldnt have a job speaking to a customer that way.

Really bad Customer service and sale person Mary don t know what she doing(Order part for you and then schedule work is 2 months )We gave all vehicle information about install and they order part and then they will tell you we cannot installReason is she didn t see vehicle body typeTry to call service but no one answer for sureDon t waste your time

Had a motor go out on my salt spreader not even a year an a half old won t even work with a person on warranty on a new motor. Never doing business with them again
